the dash is asleep and no one really goes here but i started reading the a/tlas six (1st book). and yeah don't be surprised if i am going to add one or more of those lil freaks to the new canon multi i am cooking up. i have so many characters from books i want to write but most of them are such obscure series or standalone books that i could lit tell you anything and you'd have no choice but to believe me. anyway i'll be mostly busy today with setting up the blog and graphics. might play some games afterwards bc i am adding some characters and i need to juice up on their lore a bit, if only what i want to apply tbh.

Simon Cowell in on the hunt for the next One Direction – but STONE frontman Fin Power has very much rejected his invite to audition (never mind the fact he’s already in a killer band).

STONE’s Fin Power has shared his emphatic response to an apparent invite to audition for Simon Cowell’s new boyband talent show.

Of course, Fin is already the vocalist/guitarist in a brilliant group as it is – who are in fact releasing their debut album Fear Life For A Lifetime on July 12.

And he’s taken to TikTok to very publicly reply to the representatives for the London mogul and TV personality, rejecting their invite for a new The X Factor / Britain’s Got Talent-type hunt for the next One Direction.

“I got this message from someone on behalf of Simon Cowell,” Fin explains in a TikTok video, sharing that it says that “singers around the age of 16-18 years old” are being scouted “for a new boyband, which is being filmed as part of a potential televised documentary following him on his search”.

In response, Fin has just this to say: “’Tell Simon Cowell to go fuck himself. Team 1D.’”

Walking away after hitting send on his phone, he adds: “No other reply my friend, no other reply.”

The caption to the video also reads: “I want nothing to do with [Simon] Cowell’s scheme Team 1D. Thanks for thinking I look 6 years younger tho.”

Sharing a news story from The Independent on X/Twitter, Fin also reiterates: “I’ll say it again.”

Kind of want to write more about the Drăculești as a family. Kind of want to write more about Vlad being an absolute menace on the battlefield. Kind of want to carry on with When Paths Cross. Kind of don’t have much time for writing. 😔

There was a line where Carisi said a priest saved his life. based on the Bobby Bianci story he was bullied but we don’t know if the plate glass was all that happened to him? Could something happened with another kid or at camp for example? most of the others characters on SVU had a bad parent, but I appreciate that Carisi did not so I would not want that to change.

I also would not like that to change!!! I love that Carisi has such a great foundation because it shows in his character. Like he doesn’t struggle with same intimacy and dependency issues Olivia and Amanda do. Which I love.

This was my thought immediately when I read the theory that Carisi could possibly be a csa survivor, that something else happened during that situation or another situation. And maybe he doesn’t even remember it! But with the trauma of being held hostage, what he witnessed, as well as being a father now??? It could all come back up. Oh I’d love to see that storyline I can’t lie. I’ve been a little sick of how Carisi’s fatherhood has almost been made into a caricature, but if they’re hitting at a deeper storyline? I could see it.
