(aro)ace lesbian culture is people being more accepting of your lesbian identity than the others, even if it's not really 'accepting'

Aro culture is randomly having flashbacks to the time period when a lot of people were on your neck for 'changing' someone's personality and mood by "breaking their heart". Even though you told this person countless times that you weren't interested and they didn't budge.
Why can't some people just take no for an answer?

Hi everyone ^^!
You can call me carjoo (as my main account @carameljoo goes), Dash, Addi, Emma or Mannie, whatever suits your taste! I go by she/they pronouns.
Bambisexual: someone who prefers hugs, kisses, cuddles and other affectionate and or other non-sexual sensual acts over sexual acts.
This blog, irrespective of the name, is dedicated to all bambis, whether you're on the A-spectrum (Aromantic and Asexual) or not, whether you like one or more genders and no matter what you identify as.
You can send in "bambisexual(plus any other addition e.g. bambi lesbian, bambi ace, e.t.c.) culture is" submissions and ask questions that I'll try my best to answer.
At the start of this blog, I will not add any DNIs or rules yet, as when shit does attempt to fly through the roof, I'll address it once and add it to the list.
Keep frolicking, my little woodland critters 🦌🍄🌫️✨

Note
(suicide tw)
Aro culture is someone threatening you with suicide so you can date them, despite you constantly informing them about how uninterested you are in them, or relationships in general.
I'm tired :)
also: abuse tw because that is emotionally abusive!

Aro culture is meeting someone new for the first time, them confessing their love for you, and you doing two things ; panicking because "yay stress" and being confused because, this person just met you, there's literally nothing they know about you that warrants them seeing you that way.

Note
Aro culture is not outwardly assuming people's sexualities to respect them (*meanwhile struggles to not headcanon a character as aro while everyone else is fighting over whether they're gay or not*)

Note
Aro culture is being either good at using big words (amatornormatuvity) or forgetting how to spell simple words like "our" during your exam. There is no in between.

Note
Aro culture is telling someone you're aro and them saying you're lucky you don't have to experience heartbreak and you feeling "um actually no" 'cause you can still feel heartbroken from other things (like your toothpaste falling off your brush when your day is already going bad)

Aro culture is being told "your standards are too damn high!" and responding with a Feel Good Inc. laugh because the only standards you have for people in general are kindness and emotional intelligence

Anime watcher ace culture is watching Scum's Wish and feeling a strong range of emotions.
(Started out with me watching it to make sure it was safe enough to bond over with my younger sibling and ended with me wondering if it was even safe enough for me 😔)

Aro culture is hating the "aros are cold" stereotype 'cause you're not cold, you're just tired of the tomfoolery
