Friends, what do you call the comme çi, comme ça gesture that Rook uses in this scene (for writing purposes):

Davrin: Do you think you can trust Solas?

Rook: Ehhhhh. "Trust" is such a strong word.

Like, "Rook made a [blank] hand gesture" or "Rook [blanked] their hand [blankly]" or something else.

What do you use? Because I landed on "Rook made a comme çi, comme ça gesture with their hands" and I'm guessing that's not going to land with most audiences. :P

Tuesday. June 18th. I just finished making Crepes and shoving them in my face. I can honestly say one of the greatest comforts of my life is Crepes. When my Memere was alive, I would drive over to visit and she would make them for me. She never counted how many I ate, but didn't stop making them till I said when. I make them occasionally, following her instructions to the T. I know I've talked about them before on insta or wherever but man...I'm always overwhelmed by how good crepes are and they have like 5 ingredients. I'm so glad my sister and I stood by her side when she was alive and really studied how she made them. She lived to be 96! A tiny French woman who loved her grandkids, her son's and daughter. She lost her husband to cancer when my dad was 3 months old. She never remarried. I like to imagine her now, out in the universe, with Phillipe, making good food, and driving. Cause she was always mad she gave up her license. Lol so her soul is her best self, still in love and happy. Some might say that's a juvenile way to view the dead. I do not agree. It gives me solace to think my ancestors are at peace and happy, doing what they loved most. I mean why shouldn't they? We don't know what's in store so let's just imagine it as joyful.
