I love when people misgender me in the name of “just being safe.” The safe answer is to ask. The “guess my gender” game isn’t the correct choice nor is “I’ll use they/them cause it’s safe.” It’s not safe to me!!! That’s still misgendering!!! I don’t use they/them at all!! The closest thing I have to a second set of pronouns is it/its, and even then I rarely ever ask someone to use it for me. I wear a pin every day that says she/her. All my close coworkers call me she/her. If you wanted to take a stab listen to what others call me, however, the best choices is just to straight up be like “hey, what pronouns do you use.” I won’t be mad in the slightest. Hell, I’ll be happy to tell you cause it at least shows me you care enough to ask. Anyway rant over.

Even if you look at this without the Buddie goggles, it’s stupid as fuck. For 5/6 seasons both these characters have been developing and finding things out about themselves. In 6b both of them have been having difficult conversations and they’ve been developing themselves even more. i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

yes Annie is visibly mentally ill. just because she is visibly mentally ill doesn’t mean we really have any idea what her lived experience is, simply because symptom burden is so different from person to person…I think we can say that some of the symptoms she has upset her, because Finnick helps her mitigate them, but beyond that it’s conjecture (and room for interpretation!). the narrative makes her out to be her mental illness and nothing more, and her mental illness is portrayed as the most interesting thing about her. we simply do not have to do that and can do better.

Without fail, every time I post a positive post about it being okay to have feelings (anger, sadness, etc), someone always has to comment “yeah but it doesn’t give you the right to treat people poorly because of them.”

No one said it did. And I understand the sentiment but it just rubs me wrong for some reason and I’m not sure why.

I think that even with good intentions, it just rubs me wrong because I’m a BPD blog so maybe it feels like someone is making an assumption even if they’re not intending to?

Finally made an actual design for the kid in this little post awhile ago [My ramblings of a Eury and Ctimene fan child].

I choose Lysander as their name but I’m free to suggestions. Not sure if I will continue with the AU or not tho.

They kicked him out in one of the most humiliating ways, and threw him to the media to deal with it all Singapore weekend. To the point where we literally saw him breakdown on live broadcast.

And for what? It helped absolutely nothing within Red Bull.

It’s disgusting that they used him as a scapegoat, when he was never the problem.
