I’ve been having this problem where my breathing seems to stop when im dozing off, which I then have to get up in my place and gasp for air. It goes on and on like that the rest of the night till I somehow manage to finally sleep. Sometimes I never even go back to sleep coz im just scared it will happen again.

First of all. I think you MIGHT have sleep apnea [spelling?] and should go to a sleep doctor. That sometimes happens to me and my wife shakes me awake. It's pretty common and I think in severe cases you need a machine to help you at night. I am not a doctor I just know a big bunch of people who have this issue! I would go and check it out ASAP <3

Thatch was the type of person who would be fast asleep the moment his head touched the pillow. He was always out like a light, ready to rise with the sun.

But you were his complete opposite. You struggled to fall asleep and even struggled to stay asleep.

Every day, you wake up groggy and feeling unrested, yet you get ready for your job, doing your duties as a member of the 4th division. Thatch knew you had a hard time resting, so he would try to go easy on you in the kitchen, leaving you to simple chores that didn’t involve anything sharp or hot.

Thatch noticed you tried to avoid going back to sleep sometimes, too shaken up from gasping for air, much like a man who’d been drowning, breaking the surface of the waves to gulp in a breath.

He would comfort you as much as he could, and you’d feel a large, rough hand on your back, rubbing you gently and soothing you as your heart raced. You sighed and closed your eyes, trying to focus on his voice, trying to ground you.

“Shh, shhh, darlin’, it's okay.” he cooed and started to snuggle behind you when he was sure you wouldn’t mind his body against yours when your breathing normalized, and you didn’t seem to be in a state of panic.

“Ugh, I hate it, Thatch. I’m so worried I won’t wake up again,’” you confessed and turned to face him, your tired eyes meeting him as he hummed in thought. We should take you to talk to Birdbrain tomorrow. It’s not right to keep this to yourself. Ya never know. He might have the answers,” he said as he carried on rubbing your back. 

You nodded only half here as your eyes grew heavy. You kept trying to wake yourself each time you heard your breath deepening in a light snore. 

Thatch sat up, leaning against the headboard, his hand now running through your hair, fingers playing with the strands. 

“I’ll stay awake and make sure you're okay. How does that sound?” he offered, and you blinked.

“But won’t you be tired?” he shrugged his shoulders and chuckled. “I’ve already slept a near-full night. Let me stay up these last few hours, and if you stop breathing, I’ll be here to make sure you get up. How's that? My word!”

You felt warmth bloom in your chest. He was such a wonderful man, a perfect partner. “Really?” “Anything for you, darling. You just have to promise me you will see the doctor tomorrow.”

“I promise,” you sleepily mumbled and got comfy.

“Sleep tight,” he said, and you were already snoring softly, feeling safe with him.

Hi, sorry, I just went through the entire sv rip-off tag because I'm all for isekai! Macaque, and all, but I do also want to share my thought on this.

1.) I feel like the relationship between General Ma (or was it Marshal) and Macaque would be strained. Because she cares for Wukong and likely detested all the bullying that Macaque did. So, maybe later in the story, she would snap at Macaque, all rage and disgust at the fact that he might be deceiving Wukong, only to be shocked at Macaque actually listening to her and apologizing. It's an interesting little story moment that can really help fix their relationship.

2.) While I like the fact that Macaque has a good relationship with everyone, I just want a scenario where some demon fucked up real badly and Macaque goes all villain like in his rage. He doesn't go ballistic like Wukong. He goes all sinister and threatening, which really shows the extent of his acting skills and how he is getting comfortable in his role as the "scum villain." Bonus points if the reason he got angry involved Wukong somehow. This can be set after Macaque's journey to figure out how to get more powers, so it just puts into perspective for the people who witnessed this show of power how strong Macaque grew to be. I can see General Liu being all proud, General Ba being surprised and stuttering questions while General Beng just raises his eyebrows. General Ma is conflicted, and Wukong just falls in love with him for the 4th time, again. Macaque's harem are swooned by that sheer power display, and the Brotherhood will all be up in Mac's face, being like, "When did you learn how to do that?". The aftermath would be very funny for our dear isekai'd boy.

3.) It would be funny that while Macaque is oblivious to Wukong's advances, he is entirely aware of Mei and Red Son's towards MK. For example, we know MK knows about Wukong being in live with Macaque, so why not have Macaque give some advice to Red Son on how to win the little monkey demon's heart?

4.) With all the love potions and sex pollens going around, I kinda wanna see Macaque pull a move where he 'saves' Wukong from drinking some tea and getting drugged because he recognized that scent from his time on his journey and obviously seeing and learning a lot of stuff, so he immediately goes on and try to control the situation by having everyone leave the room so it doesn't affect anyone further. What he doesn't know is that the tea was originally meant for HIM and just got mixed up in the kitchen, and when Wukong and Macaque's harem realizes that, they go hunting.

Anyway, that's all I got for now. This AU has been going around my head like a record, and I can't wait to see which direction it takes.

3. Oh absolutely! And it's the same for MK's perspective, he sees Wukong being all lovey dovey to Macaque but is totally oblivious to Mei and Red Son's advances just cuz I think it's funny but to also develop Macaque and MK's relationship for the better

4. Yeahh there's bound to be a wife plot for Macaque whether it's a truth potion or a sex pollen, he'd definitely save Wukong and in turn Wukong goes crazy with having to not only control his murderous rage at whoever could poison his beloved but also having to deal with a fevered and dazed Macaque which I think is a fun scenario

“What is it? What’s wrong you had everythin’ fuckin’ planned.” Eden stressed, after being told they had been betrayed.

Ada had left the room, with baby Karl and an anxious Inara in tow, whilst Eden and Tommy stayed. The Dawkins woman watched as he paced, gulping and tugging at the roots of his hair, wanting to say something but couldn’t spit it out.

Black Star Day was their day. It was planned, everything was going according to plan, and Tommy said so. Prayers had been said, drinks had been poured, and Eden and her newfound friend Grace even chatted, buzzing about it all.

But it went to hell when Jeremiah informed Arthur that Billy Kimber was spotted, with an army full of fuckers rallying behind him. There was no God in Small Heath. With every War that ended, another started up.

“It was Grace,” Tommy finally blurted.

Eden froze, face full of confusion, “What was Grace?”

“We’ve been fuckin’ betrayed.”

Tommy had been so stuck on the why, he didn’t focus on the how, how the Irish Barmaid they befriended so quickly could accomplish all of this in such a small frame.

“No,” Eden, of course refused to believe it.

And just like that, she began to pace and he watched, observed with a pained expression as she struggled to come to terms with the truth.

“Eden,” Tommy exclaimed.

“No, she’s our friend remember,” Eden gesticulated. “She was in the Garrison, fuckin’ seconds ago, pouring pints, celebrating with us all.”

Tommy breathed out, more steadier than before, “She gave us away.”

His voice was calm but he was anything but. He had to keep it together, for her. For his Edie, who was on the verge of spiralling.

Eden gulped as her heels slammed against the floorboards, creaking and cracking.

“You said we could trust her,” she whispered, but he heard.

It was like shrapnel to his chest.

You were wrong Tom, was what she meant. You didn’t think.

“I know,” Tommy nodded, standing still, silently raging.

She turned to him, gritted her teeth, “You said we could trust her Thomas.”

He shut his eyes, “Don’t you think I don't fuckin’ know that.”

Eden wrung out her numb hands as she choked back a sob. All that happened, all that has been going wrong since that fucking inspector came to their city, their town of Small Heath. She felt the work of a wretched soul at play but she didn’t expect to think it would come from such a nice girl like Grace.

Eden had just felt so lonely, Tommy had returned home from the war and her best friends were either dead or in London. Oh, how they were wrong.

Eden’s face scrunched up as Tommy’s eyes quickly opened having heard her shuddering breaths.

You said we could fuckin’ trust her. Tommy had his suspicions. He knew the barmaid lied about where she came from and why she moved. He didn’t trust her at first but his wife did. He too, missed the comfort of a friend. Freddie wasn’t one anymore, not after the war, they were on two different paths, racing like trains that wouldn’t come to a halt at any time soon. His other good friend was dead and had been for years. The war took more from him than he thought and his little ‘Nara was the light of his life, his Edie was his heart. But Grace… she was something new, something calm that settled both him and his wife. An outsider, a new friend.

Oh, how she played them for a fool.

“She’s the reason why ‘Nara was almost taken,” Eden’s glossy eyes darted to him, as he stood there in shock. “That fuckin’ inspector tried clawing our daughter out of our hands. For dirty dealin’ Moss said. He got the fuckin’ social on us, claimed that we were a pack of animals.” Eden remembered it all like it was just yesterday. “But they — they trashed our houses, turned it all into a tip, framin’ us like we did it all and they tried… oh Tom they scared us good they did. They scared our little girl even more.”

Tommy’s jaw clenched, recalling the day, hearing his daughter’s screeches and his wife’s wails… Christ, they were louder than the shovels against the wall. Pat. Pat. Pat. He almost wasn't there to stop it. They claimed that Eden was too erratic, too primitive to look after a child like theirs. Daddy! Inara’s shaken voice will always stay with them.

Being dragged and kicked back to that day, neither parent saw or heard Polly enter the room, full of grief and torment.

The Shelby Matriarch's stomach dropped once more, it scarred her brain just like it did when her children were taken from her.

Eden rasped, “I need to see her.”

“No, no you won’t.” Polly shook her head, “I'll deal with Grace. If either one of you set eyes on her again, you might kill her.”

Eden hung onto that blissful thought.

When Polly left, Tommy turned to his wife, sighing when she gripped her Black Madonna.

“I thought we could trust her,” Eden wanted to cry.

She wanted to scream, stab, shoot, fuck anything.

“I know love. I know,” Tommy slowly nodded.

The two exchanged a dark look, one that read, that they’ll talk later.

“Tommy?”

“Yeah.”

“Please be safe.”

And with that Tommy raced out of the house, needing to end this all one and for all.

Hahahaaha I totally get what you mean, I have a ton of ideas but actually writing them is a whole different thing. I have storylines, I have plots, I have things that I simply want to make fics, and then they just stay like mere ideas because I move onto the next idea 😭, I have like 50 songs I've been meaning to make fics too, there's one I particularly feel sad for not doing which is touch tank by quinnie, it was the perfect song for an Anton fic but I left it abandoned too 💀, it also had a ton of yearning and it was just all about swimming (because oh surprise I was a swimmer) and I wanted to put one of my most precious childhood memories because I KNOW it was romantic as fuck even if I never had nothing with my irl friend, it was purely a fic for me but that I was sure a ton of my big girlies would've loved.

I wanted to put a lot of things about growing up with a swimmer body because I was literally the nightmare for both athletes and chubby young girls, I started becoming broader but at the same time I wasn't losing weight and to add more pain I was also always the tallest kid there, not only between girls but with everyone my age 💀 (you can see why I'm so into talking about beauty standards 💀💀💀)

I loved f(x) so much, I've always been a SM Stan so I suffered so much when I saw my babies not releasing anything anymore, 4 walls is still one of my favorite songs ever and I remember being obsessed with the MV! I don't know tiny g, mad town or c-clown but I loved secret and fiestar too 🩷, U-kiss was such a special group for me too, they, B.A.P, MBLAQ, teen top and Nu'est would always sound in my playlists 😭, then I liked Winner and Ikon but we all now how YG is... (I still miss 2ne1).

Lately I've been really into Ateez, I never expected to like them this much, I heard about them more than once but they never caught my attention until I saw a reading about this mingi guy and it really sounded like me so I started to think who the fuck are these guys and THANK GOD BECAUSE I LOVE THEM (Yeosang is my current bias wrecker 😭). I haven't listened to their entire albums but I know the most popular songs and I've been putting those long fan playlists to find what I like the most. From other groups I've been listening to Boy next door, but I don't really like them like them, they're not really my style 😭 but I like their music a lot, it's really fresh and I have to admit, they know how to follow a concept! Zb1 is been on my radar too but my problem is I can't say I stan a group unless I find a charm on each member and in both cases I'm just there for the music 🫠, I like certain members (in bonedo no one tho, in zb1 Zhang, Hanbin and Matthew) but just liking a few is not enough for me, in Riize's case I didn't doubt to fall in love with all of them from the minute I saw them, however I have to admit that lately I've been getting a bit distant (maybe that's also a reason for my block?), idk, I miss Seunghan a lot and I haven't liked much their recent songs (boom boom bass is dope tho, I finally adore the song and have been repeating it every day), and I just... I just need more. I need to feel obsessed, to feel my body burning when I see them, my heart jumping when they dance and this desperate yearn to see more of them, but with the pass of time I've just felt the flame going down 😭.

I miss having more of everything. I'm not into moderation at all, so I'm the kind that is all of nothing, once I truly enjoy something I need it until I hate it or until I can't like anything anymore, if I like a tea you'll see me buying 20 bottles to have in storage, if I like a book I'll read everything else the same author writes, if I like a brand I'll go and get what I want, so in terms of k-pop i also need all of it until I can't digest anything else, I need more songs, constant fiction, long stories, a bunch of interactions between them, I just need to be satiated and I haven't been feeling it these days 😭, I still like them of course, I Stan them, but I still think there could be more 🥺.

aprils almost over and I couldn’t be happier. 4 more weeks left of school and 5 more till im out of here. i’m genuinely so sick of school. it’s just so annoying and boring. like I move through the day as happy as I can be but it’s just bleh. today was nice though. I left early so I didn’t have to go to 4th. yesh! there’s nothing wrong with that class it’s just I get sooooo bored cause no one’s there with me. I did have fun though today.

today I went to a restaurant that i’ve only gone to a couple times in my life and the funniest thing is we ran into my brothers ex best friend who works there. he was our waiter and let me tell you my feelings have stayed the same. I use to have a massive crush on him. not as big as the one I had on my brothers other bestie but like that’s a whole other thing. anyways. i’ll call him A. he looked so good like get out my face. I think it was the all black. and the lighting in the restaurant. I remember my brother had a sleepover for his birthday one time and A was there and I literally would not leave them alone because I wanted to see him. like I was supposed to sleepover at my grandparents that night but I stayed the night in my messy ass room and I didn’t even have a bed😹. anyways. A looks like great. he grew some facial hair I think that’s what fixes everything for a guy. he’s not super tall but he’s still taller than me so yayayay. I missed seeing him. he spend like a year doing army stuff, did durgs then like got back into college and I think he’s doing better. I think he’s greek or something cause his name is so cringe and his NOSE DIEEEE. I love it.

but the whole reason we were at the restaurant was great. my grandpa finished his radiation treatments and it was also my grandparents 53rd wedding anniversary. YAYAYAYAYAY. i’m so happy. it was such a happy day. I wish all days were this happy. ik they won’t always be. but I loved it. except the parts where my grandparents friend come in.

my grandparents have these neighbors that have been there neighbors since like the 70’s. and omg I love the wife(Y). she’s so sweet and she’s like another grandma to me. but the husband. I need him to burn in hell. I want him to be skinned alive. /jk. but he’s so annoying. like shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t care. ik he’s old and I feel bad but he’s an asshole. he makes his wife do everything when she has so many health problems to deal with. and his fuckifn daughter in an asshole to her. he had her before he got married again and that girl does nothing but piss me off. she literally does nothing to help when she comes to visit them. like girl you are 45!!!! start being the grown woman you are and don’t have ur stepmom do everything for you like ur a child. and her kids are ever worse. they never wanna do anything with Y, which is why I love my Y. she’s just the sweetest. and she’s so tough too. I just wish she would stand up to her family. she doesn’t have a whole lotta time left and I just want her to be happy. I used to hang out with her and my grandma all the time at her house and it was so fun. but yk I grew up. and I just feel so bad for leaving her. my grandma hangs out with her ofc but it’s not as much as it was. and like I said, her step daughter doesn’t like doing crafts or even helping her with anything so she just sucks. so I try to hang out with her as much as possible. but i’m just so busy or tired and I feel so bad. today she was talking about a pizza oven she has and I felt so bad cause her grandsons will go over to make pizza but they don’t want to help her and just have her make it and i’m like “that’s ur grandma wtf???” I understand being spoil by grandparents but these boys are like 19 and 18 and have acted like this their whole life and never help her. last summer I made soap with her and my grandma and I could tell she was having so much fun. like she just wants to do grandma activities but her grandkids suck. so this summer i’m going to make it my mission to spend more time with her. I will be gone for a while but when I get back I wanna make pizza with her and ik that she wanted to try doing resin projects or other crafts and I want to do them with her because that stuffs fun.
