I want to propose a fun idea to those running trainer blogs.

essentially, let your Pokémon take over the blog for a short amount of time. That’s right, it’s not the trainer writing and answering questions, it’s their pokemon

This will be a fun way for people to understand the Pokémon better, and how they truly feel

if enough people are interested I’ll make a special pokereality ask game for it, with questions directed towards the pokemon

Calliope in Sandman is the Muse of Epic Poetry, right? Not the Muse of Haikus. We mostly see her in captivity but the few times we don't even in the comic I think we've got some evidence that this goddess likes to talk.

So now I'm imagining that Dream of the Endless has an even more specific type than we realized: not just gorgeous brunets with dark eyes (Nada, TV version Calliope & Hob, and Comic Alianora)

No, Dream's type is in fact gorgeous brunets with dark eyes who will also talk at him for hours about their special interest so he doesn't have to. All Dream has to do is sit back, relax, and listen to his love tell him stories all day.

a fun poly character dynamic is when two characters who are in a monogamous relationship both independently meet the same third character and develop feelings for them but are like, "I'm still really in love with my current partner and they've never given any indication they were poly or would want to open the relationship; if I bring it up they might think I don't love them as much or might feel unwanted." So they both (independently) say as much to person 3 without ever bringing it up to their existing partner and everyone goes on with their lives ignorant and kind of disappointed (person 3 like 'damn rejected by 2 people in one day, woof') until the established relationship couple go together to some event where they run into person 3 and all of them just look at each other like

I can confirm. One of my rivals is a gym leader, and since he lives in Motostoke, he has a lot of early gym challengers come to him. For early trainers, he has a (galarian) meowth and a Togedemaru. Early challengers always state how easy and not that bad his gym was, but do you wanna know something? His fill team is a Metagross (who can mega evolve, but that's not allowed in the Galar League), Scizzor, Aggron, Gigalith, Excadrill, and Tyrantrum. And that's just the team he did the gym challenge himself with! I'm pretty sure he has a Coalossal that can gigantimax as well! He says he goes easy in challengers because he's required to, and because he wants them to experience the thrill of future challenges like he did. It's not because he doesn't know what he's doing. Trust me.

Sometimes I see people bragging about how they beat gym leaders when they were 10 and its like... oh buddy. It's a fairly common practice for them to scale themselves back depending on experience. Did you not notice how the more gyms you completed, the tougher and more Pokémon they had on their teams?

They didn't get to the position of gym leader because they had two Pokémon level 10 and 15 😭 They often have MULTIPLE Pokémon and two different trainers can have a battle with the same gym leader but face different levels and numbers of Pokémon.

The purpose of the gym challenge is supposed to prepare you for what comes next! The elite four before the champion, a tournament, whatever. These gym leaders could be potential champions.

Not every region works like this ofc, but you likely weren't that amazing a kid/teen. The adults and leaders around you just gave you an appropriate challenge to drive you forward.

This is a sketch of my Milotic, Aphrodite! She looks a bit different because 1) she is a freshwater variant, so she is smaller and spotted. 2) she's a crossbreed, with her father being a Dragonite. She currently has both traits of a Dragonair and Dragonite, and she'll lose her Dragonair traits once she gets more experience. Though, she doesn't want that, so she holds onto an everstone to prevent that.
