incredible to me that in the age of spending minimum $100 for groceries for one person every three weeks where i live, people are still online like "dairy is bad for you because it has a lot of calories". at this point im calculating calories per dollar at the grocery store and youre still stuck in "fat bad" mindset from 1980. you are an absurd person to me. laughable

I know not everyone is aware of MCAS as a medical condition, but it really grinds my gears when people come onto one of my posts and is like, “I don’t get it, just take iron supplements, it doesn’t need to be a big deal” (I already blocked them for being annoying so don’t go harassing them).
Meanwhile my medically complex ass has my two epi pens at the ready because depending on where the iron supplement manufacturer sourced their vitamin c addition, I might get to enjoy an expensive trip in the wee-woo wagon to the nearest emergency department.

I went shopping with my mom today. We went to NAV to check my mom tax returns i finish them and the lady working there really loved me. I finally get to see a land my mom owned. My mom bought me 3 small smoothies and i drink them all very quickly. I got a round Camembert and almost ate the entire thing and a rectangle shaped one with basil. I choosed a orange flavoured C vitamin chewable tablet. (I hate orange but, the C vitamin taste sour on its on and have ate it somehow and other flavors weren't an option). My dad found a hedgehog. Who was eating the dog food. I finish a crossword puzzles my mom got me. Tomorrow is English class i think.
