Be it any kind of sweet dish, it is as necessary for us as breathing, well, maybe I am being a little dramatic, but you got the point, right?
But wait! I bet your next question is going to be which dessert should I try first? Well, that’s easy too. Here are 10 Indian desserts that you must try.

Writing Notes: Herbs, Spices & Seasoning
Herbs and spices can add flavor and variety to your food.
Use a little at first, then add more when you are sure you like the flavor.
To substitute dry herbs for fresh, use ¼ teaspoon powder or 1 teaspoon crushed for 1 tablespoon fresh chopped herbs. Some herbs and spices are expensive.
You might want to buy only a few of the less expensive herbs and spices you will use.
Herbs and spices lose flavor and can spoil or get buggy if kept in the cupboard longer than a year.
If you use herbs and spices slowly, buy small containers, or store them in the freezer.
Uses of Herbs, Spices & Seasonings
Allspice - A mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Use in fruit desserts, pumpkin pie, apple cider, cakes, cookies, chicken, beef and fish dishes.

How Does He Act With A Crush?
he follows you around like a puppy.
he saw you in the hallway and he was awestruck and he’s been trying to get your attention ever since.
he finds out when you like going to the library and who your friends are and befriends one or two of them to figure out a tiny bit about you.
he approaches you in the library and asks what you’re reading, making a point to seem interested. he’s straightforward, asks you to coffee the next morning.
stresses the whole night, probably shows up five minutes late and kicks himself in the shins.
memorizes your coffee order and then tries memorizing all the small things about you. how you style your hair, what colors you like to wear most, what topics you talk about most.
befriends you and takes you on mini dates until he finally asks you to a real one, which was probably just a diner where he sat not knowing how to act so he was really awkward but really sweet and persistent on paying and making sure you got back to your dorm safe and were comfortable the whole night.
Love Languages
acts of services and quality time
he likes being useful to you. he’ll carry things around campus for you, he’ll help you rearrange your room, he’ll help you study, he’ll go out to buy things for you if you express a need or want for something. he’ll purposefully place your things in strangely high places so he can grab them for you. he’ll ‘accidentally’ leave behind a jacket when it’s cold out so you have an extra layer you’ll want to wear.
he’s the type to be content sitting beside you while you both do your separate homeworks. you could be in complete silence watching tv or a movie and he’d be fine as long as you’re curled into his side. he’ll be reading a book at his desk and you could be laid in his bed sending emails to people and he’d feel great. if he can feel your presence, he’ll be in peace with the world.
Dates
takes you for walks on campus with an arm around your waist. he’ll listen to you talk, but if you ask him about his day, he’ll start rambling about whatever happened.
getting takeout and then watching tv! he buys the dvds for a full season of a show and comes over with chinese or indian or whatever you like and you two watch a few episodes and these dates repeat until the end of the season.
dinner dates. simple and classy. takes you to a restaurant and you talk about how the past few days have gone.
study dates. you two power through your separate work, but if you need help with flash cards or writing an essay then you team up to conquer. you guys make sure to take breaks where you drink water, take a breather, chat about whatever for a few minutes.
honestly likes to take you outside at night and just sit on one of the benches on campus and look up at the stars. he’s a nerd, he probably knows a bunch of constellations and will point them out if you ask him to, but he likes to see how pretty the night sky is and then look at you and see how pretty you are.
Kisses
shy nervous kisses omg
gently holds your face, eyes soft and mumbling a soft ‘is this okay?’ and then giving you a short n sweet kiss.
when you’re cuddling and watching a movie or trying to sleep, his arms are wrapped around you to just hold you close and his lips will kiss your hair a few times before he props his head back and smiles in content.
after a study session when you’re both finished and happy and tired he places a lazy kiss to your forehead and mumbles about how getting a degree would be worth it.
hello and goodbye kisses when he sees you in the morning and then when you go your separate ways.
kisses to the knuckles to ground you when you come to him upset about anything. his lips gently press over the joints over and over until you give him a hint of a smile and he gently pulls you closer by the hips and just hugs you.
Random
you two definitely have a book club. he lends you some of his favorite novels and will take any you give to him or he’ll check out any you recommend and he reads them and shows up with a little journal filled with his thoughts. it’s so sweet when he starts rambling about his thoughts like that.
he’s actually so shy. he’s never dated before, so he’s so blushy talking to you for a good while. he’s always so soft around you. the 6’4 hunk seems to be smaller and he smiles more and he has the sweetest laugh when you say something funny.
i think sometimes he just spaces out so he likes to sit beside you and lean his head on yours and wrap his arm around your middle and trace your skin and just be in his own world while you can read or watch tv.
he has warm hands. they feel nice when he cups your face or sneaks his hands under your shirt or he just holds your hands in his.
please make him a bracelet. he would make it match every outfit he wears. even if it’s bubblegum pink he finds a way to make it match his browns and reds.
he overexplains things a lot. he’s a yapper at heart, he just gets happy to talk about his favorite things and he says a little too much. it’s cute to see the way he straightens up and his eyes get bigger when he’s explaining things.
he’ll make sure to buy your favorite music cds and listen to them in his free time or while he’s walking campus or studying so he can learn your favorite songs. he thinks it’s sweet to learn about somebody on multiple different aspects like that.
he’s always making sure you get to your dorm safely and you think it’s sweet how protective he is about making sure you don’t get kidnapped or anything. and yes, that, but also it’s the ex-hunter in him. if a monster came and got you he would never forgive himself.
he brings you coffee and flowers before class sometimes. it’s so sweet. he’s blushing and he’s offering the coffee before the flowers and he’s saying he saw them and he just had to get them.
when he gets the dreams of you dying like his mother did.. i really hope he doesn’t ignore them like he did with jess.
