got another whole chicken from my school food pantry which is freaking awesome ofc i can use all of it an the spine will make nice stock but also. our oven dont work and trying to use the little bitty toaster oven at 400 sets it on fire so i was trying to think of other good ways to use the bits im not gonna use in soup and i remembered. CURRY AND KORMA literally exist. i need 2 ask my mom for bengali recipes. im so freaking excited

BUT ill figure something out 👍 ill buy some yogurt #i met a cool indian girl at the foster center who was tellin me that she makes her own yogurt an i was like thats awesome... i wanna do that #but half the time when i go to the food pantry the only milk left is stupid freaking almond milk #SOME DAY !!!! my most ambitious goal is to have a rly sweet kitchen set up #where i have home made yogurt an sourdough starter in my fridge #and good canning equiptment and fresh herbs... sighhhg #i DO have fresh rosemary in my apartment actually its awesome like i cant believe what a difference it makes #i can also do gumbo-ish things.... hmm #why do i always wanna cook at 1am. im not even high
