anyone else have a really vivid illness memory from childhood that just imprinted itself on your brain? I’ll start:

one time I had a fever that was so high (like 105 or so) and my mom packed me in bags of frozen vegetables while I laid on the couch and laughed—she was so worried (rightfully so) but I was so out of it and thought it was hilarious??

I also have a vivid memory of getting sick in the middle of the summer and going to bed for the night when it was still broad daylight out

a family member got the flu and had really bad chills, and I can still picture them miserably huddled at the kitchen table because they just couldn’t stop shivering
