Ok I’ve never seen anyone with the same pazzi timeline as me so here it is lol also this is long asf and very detailed (yes I’m bored)

I think Paige prob had a crush on Azzi first, especially with her being a little bit older she might have already known she liked girls before meeting Azzi. I think Paige was probably azzi’s “gay awakening” if you will lol. But I think Paige might have even seen Azzi/thought she was cute before they officially met given how interconnected the basketball world is plus there was something on here about them having an overlap in Atlanta I think about a year before they officially met. But I think they became more than friends sooner than most people seem to think. I think they became more than friends (talking/fwb/situationship) whatever you want to call it, like almost immediately after meeting. Paige seemed to really be glued to Azzi during team USA era. So I think they became “more than just friends” in like 2017/early 2018. But especially being so young (Azzi would have been like 14/15 and Paige 15/16) and being long distance, and basketball being your #1 priority, AND coming to terms with your sexuality so young and with another person can make things complicated. But I believe they were only talking to/seeing each other all throughout high school. If someone tries to mention vinnie hacker to me, my answer is I just think Paige was trolling tbh 😭. But she obviously wasn’t out to the public yet in hs, and still isn’t technically but I mean it’s obvious lol, bc of her saying a guy as her celebrity crush in an interview I think her senior year. But I mean most of her family and close friends prob knew ab her and Azzi in hs given how close p & a were and how often they saw each other, while living states away. But yeah I’d say around 2020ish it became more serious, especially quarantining together they kinda got to play gfs/house together. I’m not quite sure if they were officially gfs at this time or just non official gfs, but I mean I’ve never named someone I’m just talking to or just fwb with as “💗” or called them my other half if we weren’t dating so… I think even when Paige first got to college they were just seeing each other bc of Azzi commenting how she missed Paige or something on tik tok and how she wanted to see her. Plus with Paige recruiting Azzi so hard I don’t think she would do that if they had “broken up” lol. But I guess sometime Paige’s freshman year she might have talked to other people. I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened or if it didn’t happen tbh. I’ve never seen solid proof of her talking with anyone else and I feel like if someone was talking to someone so famous we would all know about it lol. What I’m trying to say is she might have talked to other ppl but wasn’t really in a “talking stage”/in a relationship with anyone else ever. Also they both pretty much liked all of each others Instagram pics through hs and college so I don’t think they ever had a big fight/argument/falling out/breakup or whatever you want to call it. But yeah from my personal experience being so young and seeing a girl can kinda be confusing as to how that dynamic works (ex: who asks who out? How does it become official? Should we even tell anyone?) so it was probably just a kinda known thing that they were together in hs/early college years without the official label. But they both might have seen/talked to other people in like 2020/2021 but I don’t think they ever stopped seeing each other. Also I honestly would not be surprised if either of them have never really talked to/seen other people either so idk. But I think around mid 2022 (so like Azzi going into her sophomore year and Paige her junior year) they became officially girlfriends. This being because of how they interacted/posted with each other. Like the pic in Paige’s photo dump on tik tok of the old man with the flowers and her saying “how I’m trynna be” was crazy lol. So yeah and obviously the longer they date the more serious and obvious it’s going to be for the public and this summer idk if they had a conversation about being more open or if it just happened naturally that way but it’s quite obvious that they are together and have been for awhile.

How to say this delicately...

He SUCKS at comforting!

Given his stoic and reserved nature and the fact that growing up he was either a) by himself; or b) surrounded by criminals, the only crying he had to deal with before was the one of his fangirls and he NEVER really cared to comfort them.

So when he saw his s/o crying for the first time it was both awkward and stressful for him.

What was he supposed to say? He didn't want to pressure his s/o to talk about things if you were not yet ready to do so, but at the same time he was dying to know what or WHO made them cry (so he can take care of the problem ASAP!).

He is also not sure what is appropriate? A hug? Holding their hand?

He would probably reluctantly pat their back a few times if his s/o decide to hug him, before removing his hand and just keep it in his lap.

Great listener - his s/o can ramble on and on, and on, and on and he will sit there and listen to EVERY SINGLE word coming out of their mouth.

Not great at giving any advice tho - he would probably just reply with "hm" or "don't be sad".

It's so bad I want to give him a zero, but that is not possible so I give him a 1. (1/10)

Not that different from Sasuke tbh, but still SIGNIFICANTLY better.

Raised with the idea of having to be stoic and keep his emotions in check, he was never good with his own feelings, let alone those of the people around him.

On top of that the only person he has actually seen crying is Rock Lee, but then again he is often crying, so Neji never actually bothered to comfort him or even ask what is wrong.

Seeing his s/o crying, however, was a completely different experience and he went through a few different stages.

The first one was panic. What was wrong? Why are they crying? Did somebody hurt them?

He would not shy away from asking questions and try to get more information about what or who had upset them.

The second stage is annoyance. If it was a person that caused his s/o to be upset, he would definitely make sure to have a word with them later!

The final stage is gentleness. Neji is a very gentle man, despite his reserve attitude. He would probably not get very physical (unless his s/o is the one initiating the contact), but he will sit close to them and provide a shoulder for them to cry on.

The type of man to give his s/o a philosophical advice and tell them that things "will be alright, because fate always have its own plans".

4.5/10 overall. He is not naturally gifted at comforting, but he still tries hard.

Just kidding... but still, Kakashi is actually great when it comes to comforting his s/o!

First of all, he is a great listener and also knows how to delicate question them without pressuring them or making them uncomfortable.

He would hold his s/o in his arms and let them cry away their feelings without making them initiate the contact first. He would just do what feels right in the moment (which is to hold his s/o close and protect them from the world!).

Gives great advices! In fact, he would know exactly what to say so his s/o realises that they are not alone and they can always rely on him.

Honestly, I think his reaction and next actions would heavily depend on how upset his s/o actually is.

If it is about something minor, he would try to crack a few jokes till he sees a small smile playing on their lips. He would then go: "Here we go! I knew you had it in you to smile. Now let's go and grab some lunch, hm? My treat."

If it something serious, he will just hold them in his arms and encourage them to let out all of their fears, tears and frustration. He doesn't mind spending the whole night comforting them and would make sure to bring them home safe after they fall asleep in his arms.

Would probably give his s/o a gift a few days or weeks later just to make them a little bit happier.

100/10 (but are we even surprised, when everything about Kakashi is 100/10?!)

In today's episode of Shut Up Robin, Nobody Cares:

InuKag bickering is so good because it's deeply telling of how comfortable InuYasha and Kagome are with each other at almost every stage of their relationship.

For starters, contrary to seemingly popular belief, arguing does not inherently signal dysfunction. It can sometimes signal the opposite: it demonstrates a level of intimacy and trust in your relationship that you are able to openly disagree with your loved one. You are not afraid of conflict because you know it won't break the relationship. In my experience, at least, it's shaky relationships that avoid conflict at all costs. When there's not enough emotional security with each other to openly disagree without fear/anxiety, open conflict never happens. That's why "arguing like an old married couple" is a cliché: it's the people who've built trust and security who will bicker like that.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it doesn't feel great to be in conflict with a loved one, even in a secure relationship. But being able to navigate conflict together in a way that eventually leads toward understanding and compromise is the sign of a strong relationship. Arguing is often a step in that process.

Which is why I find InuKag arguments absolutely, lip-smackingly delicious.

When they first meet, their arguments have the distinct flavor of, "I don't like you and I don't care what you think about me." Which is an excellent vintage tbh, full-bodied flavor with refreshing tartness. 👌👌 There's something so intrinsically entertaining about watching early-series InuKag butt heads, all the while knowing they eventually get married. And because early-series InuKag doesn't especially care about the other person's opinion of them, they don't hold back: there's no politeness barrier between them, there's no equivocating or filtering. They just have at it. They're not afraid to be themselves around each other, even when they dislike each other.

Then when their friendship begins to form—stage two InuKag 😁—their bond is forged from the two-pronged fire of 1) having each other's backs in life-or-death situations, and 2) experiencing the humdrum quotidian moments that come with traveling together all day, every day for long stretches of time. I've talked about this before, but I love how they know all the dumb little things about each other that you only learn from prolonged proximity: they know the timbre of each other's snores at night; they know how long the other can go without food before hangry-ness rears its head; they know which posture signals irritation or exhaustion, which facial expression signals daydreaming contemplation or a playful mood; they know which jokes will get a laugh and which insults will get the sharpest glances; the little intimacies abound!

By the friendship stage, InuKag bickering takes on a slightly different flavor. There's still that unfiltered, no-holds-barred vibe about them (because they're so used to being blunt with each other), but it also has the tenor of easy familiarity. Friends falling into the same low stakes argument they've had a hundred times already. There's not often any real heat or tension to the bickering, it's more like rote muscle memory. And when they do have real arguments, with real tension and emotional stakes?? It's delicious precisely because there are emotional stakes now! Goodbye, "I don't care what you think about me," hello, "I care so much what you think and I hate it and you're going to hear about it." It's still arguing InuKag, but with different emotional fuel sparking the arguments. Now there's affection and trust underpinning their unfiltered way with each other. It's mmm mmm good! I can eat it up all day.

And as the series progresses, and InuKag begin to develop obvious romantic interest in each other—stage three InuKag, yes it's terminal—the flavor of the arguments gets deeper because now those emotional stakes? They're even higher. And yet despite the higher stakes and the messy complications, they're still not afraid to butt heads. They're not afraid to be blunt and hash things out. I love this example of InuYasha's hack-and-slash style of conflict resolution. If there's a wall between him and resolving the tension, he'll just punch his way through it. 😂 Another favorite of mine is this banger scene where Kagome bluntly calls InuYasha out on his jealousy.

But probably my favorite stage three InuKag fight scene is this one, from chapter 310:

Man, it's so good! Kagome—after taking pains to save Kikyo, who then essentially taunts her for it—starts to feel angry and resentful and then wallops InuYasha with those feelings. (Before any haters pipe in: characters need to make mistakes sometimes. This is one such occasion. Let the 15-year-old girl character make a mistake ffs.) And what does InuYasha do? He sticks around so they can hash it out. The best panels in this chapter are Kagome thinking, "He probably hates me now," only for her to look up and see him right beside her. He can handle her mistakes and flaws, because he knows Kagome. They've spent 300 chapters building trust in each other, and we see the fruit of that here. InuYasha knows very well that Kagome cares for him—cares so much that she's risked her life for him many times over by now, and cares so much that she just saved her own romantic rival partly for InuYasha's sake (but largely because she's just a good person). I think that's why he handles this moment with pretty good composure. He knows Kagome doesn't actually hate him, briefly hurtful as that comment surely was. So he waits until she's processed her feelings a bit more, and they talk it out. (While we're here: I really like that he's sitting close to her but is facing away from her, like he's trying to give her the space/privacy she needs to process her feelings without actually leaving her alone... ugh I love it.)

Notice how, even in the midst of this fight, they start checking in with each other, putting the other person's interest before their own. Kagome sincerely urges InuYasha not to "hold back," the subtext of which reads to me: "Don't let my outburst tie you down, please do what you need to do." InuYasha responds in kind (his subtext reads to me: "Be honest, don't just put on a brave face for me") and also reassures Kagome's underlying anxiety. When he says, "You saved Kikyo, right? Then she'll be fine, I'm not going after her," he's speaking directly to the source of Kagome's insecurity—he's telling her in no uncertain terms that concern for Kikyo's safety was his only motive for seeking her out. Now that he knows Kikyo has been healed and isn't in imminent danger, he's not going after her. Again, he is intentionally addressing what he knows to be the source of Kagome's outburst when he says, "You healed Kikyo? Then I don't need to see her." To me, his message is pretty clear: "I wasn't looking for Kikyo for the reasons you think."

Like! Look at them! Openly and honestly communicating! Messily sharing their feelings! Resolving conflict and talking shit out! They've come so far. 🥹

These stage three InuKag fights feel different than their early-series fights, and they should! InuKag have built trust and love, but with that love comes vulnerability. It's the people we love who have the power to hurt us most. So even while InuKag have fundamental trust in each other, they're both aware that their feelings come with greater potential to hurt each other. And watching them navigate that tension and that duality together? MMM MMM GOOD.

Like truly, InuKag fights at every stage of their relationship are my favorite thing, it's all such good food.

Jared Bush says Frozen 3 will surprise people | Latest Updates

In an interview during D23, last weekend in Brazil, Jared Bush, the recently appointed CCO, gave away some teases about Moana 2, Zootopia 2 and the future of Encanto, but he also mentions a bit about Frozen 3.

He says:

“Yeah, yeah, Frozen 3 is coming. And from what I've seen so far [of the film] I think people are going to be surprised. I can’t give away too many spoilers, other than to say that Jennifer Lee is leading the charge and that the story and the direction that she’s taking these characters, what they’re facing, what they’re going to go through, I think is going to surprise a lot of people but it's also going to deliver on everything that people love about Frozen.”

So surprised is the word he uses to describe how we'll react to Frozen 3. That's given because as Jen has said recently that the concept art that was shown during this year's first D23 is just a glimpse of what we could see in the movie. Apart from what we make from that concept we have no clue what Frozen 3 is about and tbh I have to give it to the team for not spilling a single detail about the movie. I know we want to know more but imo I think they're saving all that content for the end of 2026 and into 2027. Maybe a few teases or better insight of the story by the end of 2025, but who knows. Probably also because they're still working on it so whatever they would have told us about the film so far, could have changed and form opinions in our heads about it which they really don't need at this current stage of production. I don't think the cast have even got the script yet as the story is still developing!

Bush also mentions that Frozen 3 is going to deliver on everything that people love about Frozen. Now that's the only real piece of information given - the focal point being on what we want to see. That's what the questions on the first D23 event were about - what we would like to see, what we feel is left to tell. We love the characters, the story, the individual arcs of those characters, the dynamics, the settings, the potential, the mystery, and so much more and so I'll take this a positive sign. That's all of what I make of it.

I know nothing major was revealed in this interview, but I still thought I'd share for those who do take into consideration these little hints and teases. Since Frozen 3's date has been pushed back from 2026 to 2027, most of the content will be given the year of the release and some the year before base done the previous two films promotion (it could be different as this movie is a two parter). I know that's quite long to think about (😭) especially with the honest disappointment that Frozen Winter Festival was not a short film or an official short series but rather just a YouTube series (which is cute nonetheless and good to see they're feeding the younger fans of the franchise), but now moving into 2025 we have 2 and bit years left so we should get more teases in interviews and events here and there.

But regarding FWF, I don't blame them too much because all their focus is on the Frozen 3 and 4 as it is being made back to back, then I'm certain it'll be worth the wait. We can still hope for some kind of Frozen content soon as we do have a couple more years to go so let's see. 🤷🏽‍♀️

When two NPCs with maybe 5 total minutes of screentime have you so obsessed you give them a child 🏃🏻

BEHOLD—my Teiago fankid, Elias de Riva (plus an info dump about him and his parents below because I’m very normal abt them but you can skip that and jus look at all the art if you want 🫣)

Realistically, it’s really hard to imagine a scenario where these two have a kid. But that’s what fanart and hcs are for 🙌 As of right now, I hc that around the time of the dialog from one of the crows abt Teia and Viago being "on again" is when he's conceived. But they don't really find out until after the ending of Veilguard. Any symptoms Teia might experience beforehand are just written off as stress or straight up ignored because of how much they have on their respective plates with the Antaam and the gods. Viago even calls her out for never going home and insists she takes a contract to “kill a vacation.” So I don't think it'd be too far fetched for her to look the other way until things are settled in Treviso again because of timeline stuff.

No clue how they react after the initial news rn but that can come later. They start being a little less childish with their back and forth break-ups at least once the seriousness of it all sinks in lol

Viago did not like the idea at first, I know that much. Mans was STRUGGLING with Elias in the early stages. Babies are loud, unpredictable, often inconsolable little heathens that he can't analyze or have a consistent system for. It would drive him nuts. A tiny human who can't yet care for itself and constantly needs to be held and directed, paired with his touch-aversion, OCD, and need for set routines? Yeahhh…Teia understands, but on one hand that woman just went through 9 months of her own hell and she's shoving that boy into his arms sometimes regardless of his bad days LMAO

It helps, in the end. Pushes him to gradually get used to it over time. Viago starts to realize there is somewhat of a system to the whole dad thing and fatherhood grows on him because I said so.

He holds a lot of resentment and hatred towards his own father. As a bastard of the king and one of his drunk mistresses, I doubt Viago’s upbringing was too great. The whole “demon teeth” comment was enough to hint as such. He wouldn't be thrilled about taking care of a baby, but the thought of entrusting his son to nannies? Strangers?? No. That's something his dad would and did do and he’s better than him. This is his kid; He doesn't care if it's gross, he'd rather feel uncomfortable sometimes for the sake of Elias’s comfort than stoop as low as the king.

On top of spite, the paranoia with poison extends to Elias in a way; one of my favorite hcs I’ve seen is Viago being exposed to assassination attempts on the king or his mistresses/servants while he was growing up before joining the crows, whether it’s via stories or witnessing first hand. The thought of entrusting Elias’s life to anyone else gives him flashbacks to being a child himself, scared to eat or drink anything prepared by anyone because of how many times others were killed that way around him. Even doing extensive checks and handpicking a trustworthy nanny is not reliable and doesn’t guarantee safety. We love a paranoid dad.

Teia on the other hand? | think she'd like a family tbh. Maybe she didn’t react well to first finding out she was pregnant, but otherwise the idea grows on her quickly compared to Viago. As an orphan, she didn't get much of a family—the crows became her family, Caterina as her "nonna" and some of the older Talons as her weird uncles. Being able to experience what she never had with a child she can ensure has a good life feels fitting for her character. Heals a bit of her own inner child too, yk? 🫠 She’s such a caring woman despite her occupation and she’d make a good mother. Scary, but good LMSKSKX

Life as a crow is harsh. Being the child of not one but two Talons?? On one hand that kid is very protected but on the other he has a huge target on his back. If Viago was worried about people thinking House de Riva and House Cantori had an alliance, I can only imagine what a wholeass child would stir up. They both would prepare him well for the future in their own ways. It’s not canon to him, but the thought of Elias being ridiculously resistant to poisons because Viago started building his immunity up so young is funny to me 😭

Anyways ramble over. Some creative liberties were taken, such as his eyes being more golden like how Teia’s are described in Tevinter Nights. I may give Elias his curls back because he looks goofy next to Teia and Viago with his emo hair JAKAMC

Despite being religious figures (AND involved in politics), I have a list of comparisions of them at the end of the post. For now, let me mention the most important points

They tried to "cleanse the sins" of the girls they have romantic interests in (and the reason for this purification of sins would be because they considered these girls are "sinful and promiscuous")

These girls hate them and publicly defy their behavior (Esmeralda spits in Frollo's face while Hilda gets closer to Malthus' face)

They're both feeling this desire for the girls they deem as sinful, and this feeling (and the religious guilt) is eating them from inside

These girls can easily make them vulnerable, which is a unnusual feeling for both

They are jealous of the girls being exposed to other man (Esmeralda dancing, Hilda in the zone), and try to convince them to stop it

(This scene is not included in the disney movie, but it is in the 1939 movie and in the book - The people were waiting for Esmeralda to get on the stage and start dancing, and Frollo appears, hiding in the shadows, telling her he's madly in love with her and can't stand the sight of her dancing in front of other man. She ends up not obeying him, though! Went to dance anyway)

In the book and also in the musical of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, there is a scene where Frollo is just wandering through the streets of Paris, trying to deal with his conflicting feelings towards Esmeralda, and he hears the sound of music and dancing from the inside of a tavern.

"Frollo began to walk the streets night after night, unable to bring himself to return alone to his cold, dark chambers. He thought he saw her everywhere. Until one night, walking down an unknown alley... he heard the sound of distant music and laughter... coming from within a tavern called... La Pomme d'Eve!" (lyrics from the musical)

When he looks into the window he sees Esmeralda dancing, drinking and having fun, then he says "Brazen, lewd, and odious, this vile, depraved display... I cannot bear to watch and yet I cannot turn away..." (lyrics from the musical), which reminds me of Malthus always ending up in the bohemian zone and "accidentally" watching Hilda from afar, while he's against everything that is in that place. An angel on earth actually made an edit with this musical song making it seem like it was included in the movie, and it looks great! I just wanted to add this here because this edit deserves more recognition.

In the book, Frollo is a priest. He grew up in the church and never felt tempted by any woman... except for Esmeralda, what brings him to madness and eventually death. Got what he deserved tbh

Frollo sees himself as better than the others, just like the first lyrics of his song "Hellfire" say, "Beata Maria, you know I am a righteous man, of my virtue I am justly proud... Beata Maria, you know I'm so much purer than the common, vulgar, weak, licentious crowd...", which reminds me of the talk that Hilda has with Malthus, claiming that loving humanity is not the same as loving people, with real scent, color and sins. Of course, Malthus' pride is not as bad as Frollo's, but it is still a similarity

Both Hilda and Esmeralda are 100% publicly against Malthus and Frollo. They despise them, Hilda because Malthus wants to exorcise her and he is part of that political organization "of good manners" (or something like that), which goes against the bohemian area and disturbs the residents there using their faith. Esmeralda, however, hates Frollo because of the genocide he had been commiting against her people for decades, and she sees him as depraved and disgusting, especially after knowing that he is lusting after her. Both of the girls aren't afraid of speaking up about what they believe, making a fool out of both of Frollo's and Malthus' faces, which is something that the other people don't do. Both of them have a sense of speaking up for minorities and mistreated people.

And also while Esmeralda is kind to Quasimodo, the mistreated hunchback character, Hilda says that "ugly people have hearts too", willingly letting ugly guys have a chance with her.

Frollo keeps Esmeralda's shiny scarf while Malthus keeps Hilda's shoe. Both of the objects remind them of the girls they're "in love", make them feel religious guilt for feeling lust, and both of the objects are considered sinful (Hilda's shoe is considered too vulgar and Esmeralda's scarf was used during her sexy dance at the festival, and she teases Frollo with it in front of everyone)

Frollo burns Esmeralda's scarf (out of anger of her) and Malthus tries to burn Hilda's shoe, but ended up returning it to her.

They both refuse to call the girls by their names, calling them by pejorative nicknames instead, in Malthus case he calls Hilda "camellia, Magdalene (prostitute of the Bible), sinner" while Frollo calls Esmeralda "witch, the girl, gypsy girl"

This is not really about Malthus and Frollo, but when Hilda goes to the church, the priest tells her she shouldn't be there because she commited too many sins and she's in debt with God. In the Hunchback Of Notre Dame 1939 movie, Frollo finds Esmeralda praying and tells her that that church is not a place for her, aggressively shouts that she should leave and grabs her arm.

And what can I say about this song?

Notice how he ends up passing out because of his inner turmoil, which also happens to Malthus, when he's punishing himself and was found by the priest

As you guys probably know, Frollo and Esmeralda's character relationship and interactions are extremely unhealthy and toxic, while Malthus and Hilda are cute together and they're a recognized couple in the show. Frollo's feelings towards Esmeralda are just pure lust and hypocrisy, and he tries to burn her at the stake at the end, believing that her death will bring him some peace. They're not the same.

gloria nudges you in the elbow to get you moving, making you glare at her but your legs finding themself to begin walking towards the stage. with a nervous yet awkward smile, you nod your head to some who congratulates you.

you even catch some of the sorority girls giving you a disgusting look while whispering to each other.

‘fuck. you’ you mouth before blowing a sarcastic kiss, catching them by surprise,

miguel chuckles at your attitude, internally patting himself in the back for having a sassy girlfriend. your gaze move to his, and in seconds your smile turn into a genuine one. big beautiful eyes smiling at him too,

it’s amazing how he can easily tell the difference between your fake and reals ones, isn’t it?

as you begin walking up to the stage, miguel goes breathless. raking his eyes up and down your body shamelessly. he thinks that you look gorgeous every day but tonight is different.

a very simple yet elegant, golden satin dress that hovers just a little bit above the ankles. a slit on the left of your thick thigh, giving him the perfect view of his favorite features from you. the v cut of the dress, giving him a perfect view of your plump breasts. long hair settles into its natural flow.

overall, you look like an angel. and he has a hard time keeping his eyes off of you.

“your homecoming queen and king, ladies and gentleman!” the host announces, making the crowd erupt in cheers,

you giggle at how gloria and beck cheering for you the loudest, giving them a wave. then you finally look over to the side only to see miguel is already entranced with you. his eyes taking you all in. if a gaze could speak, it would tell you that not enough words in dictionary could describe how perfect you look tonight, and how he still needs to wrap around the fact that he gets to call you his.

and there’s where you feel your heart fails to find a steady rhythm of its beat. his eyes wander across the room, mentioning a couple of things about how he would love it if ice sculptures didn’t make it at yours and his wedding. he thinks it’s useless,

you guess he can’t exactly spot the look on your face being both stunned and warmed by his confession. too busy taking notes on what you both should and should not have at the reception.

he.. thought of getting married ? to you ?

“would you like that, muñeca? white and pink flowers too. for the decorations. they would look so pretty”

all of these words jumping off his mouth seems like nothing to him, because maybe he thinks of it as one that he is so sure of and that you would probably agree with.

but little does he know, it’s everything to you. and you are trying your best to act your cool

With the release of chapter 138 of the manhwa, we got to see the first attempt at brainwash up close, and also how Penelope’s suspicions cement themselves as true. Time for another chapter analysis and theory-crafting session RAAAAH 🦅🦅 (be mindful that it contains spoilers!)

We’ve seen before how Penelope had this idea that the Laila was Ivonne, and it appears that she’s becoming more and more convinced of it.

Penelope is very much creeped out by this, and also doesn’t feel inclined to interact with ‘Ivonne’ more than necessary since this signals the ending of hard mode approach. Though that does not stop ‘Ivonne’ from trying to get close to her…or better yet, to play victim whenever Penelope’s around, to try and make it pass off as Penelope’s doing, with fake tears and everything.

After a conversation, which Penelope cuts short (understandable), ‘Ivonne’ tries to follow her but trips and falls. To someone else it might look like Penelope might’ve done it (that is exactly what ‘Ivonne’ aims at).

Penelope catches her mid-fall, and notices with dread for the second time that ‘Ivonne’ is unnaturally cold, just as you’d expect a corpse to be.

This is the part where Penelope gets overwhelmed; it hits her that this might truly not be the real Ivonne and so Penelope tells her to pretend like she doesn’t exist, she’s basically telling her to do whatever she wants because she won’t intervene with her plans.

This is where you can see how things are starting to affect Penelope mentally, but also physically as she will become increasingly thinner because she avoids meals to not be anywhere near the ‘real daughter’.

During this, Reynold comes back from training assumedly, and something interesting happens with him, something that can be seen in his eyes, basically that strange glow.

His change in demeanor is very odd, as he tells Penelope off for whatever reason, accusing her of wanting to hit Ivonne all along. It all spirals when he uses Penelope’s past against her, aka what she told him in the attic, saying that her behavior is the motive she isn’t treated as an Eckhart.

It makes something in Penelope snap, because she actually had high hopes for Reynold, but in the end she got disappointed again. Her words “You haven’t changed at all.” get Reynold out whatever trance he was in and he follows after her where he apologizes for having misunderstood. This is where the chapter ends currently.

From here the theory-crafting/speculating starts.

Some time ago, SUOL-nim made a post on her Twitter/X account where she posted this image:

This is one of those moments when you applaud the artist for their great attention for details, because if you look closely there’s a pattern going on. Both Reynold and Derrick have this pink highlight at the bottom of their eyes, but when you look at Ivonne, she has a green highlight.

I was suspicious when I first saw it, but looking at it now, it was obviously overshadowing.

We can see it more clearly here, right under her pupils where the green spots appear. It looks unnatural and artificial, almost as if it wasn’t meant to be there in the first place.

It could be related to the glow that appears in Reynold’s eyes when he is under the control of the brainwash.

I think that Reynold wasn’t supposed to break free of the brainwash here. But when he does shake off the effects of the mind control, you can see how his gaze changes from indifferent/angry, back to normal.

When there’s that unnatural glint in his pupil, his eyes look lifeless, with most of the light having been sucked away from them, and the usual pinkish highlights turn a murky grey. Even the blue’s shade looks darker and more muted.

Maybe this might be the initial stage of the brainwash? What if it changes and becomes even more evident the longer the target is under the effects of the brainwash?

Tbh I’m curious to see how the others’ eyes changes under the effects of the brainwash and how they look even while resisting it. After the greenhouse scene (which is going to be in the upcoming episodes) it is hinted that Callisto seemed to resist being brainwashed, can’t wait for that.

God help him, tbh.

As previously mentioned, he's not used to the presence of strong, long-term romantic feelings, especially those directed at one of his best friends. It would take him a while to even realize that the things he's feeling aren't platonic (he just thinks you're a really good pal for a while), but once they click he starts acting very weird.

Len: I always act stupid around people I like. You: But you act stupid around me all the time? Len: Yeah. Don't read too much into that.

Not to be dramatic, but he basically goes through the five stages of grief. And he's stuck in denial for a long time.

He doesn't like the idea that things could change between the two of you if his feelings came to light, or, even worse, that you might think less of him because of what he feels. So he represses all of his sappy romantic urges for literally as long as possible, as bad as he is at keeping them hidden.

Danny and Mick pick up on it very quickly. They know their friend and know when he's acting weird for no reason, and after about five seconds of interrogation, Danny immediately calls him on being into you ("That's all this is? You like Y/N? Fuck's sake, I thought you were dyin'!" "I AM. FUCK OFF").

You'll definitely notice him being a bit more abrasive and standoffish toward you for a few days, similar to the way he was when you first met- not that he wants to, it's just his natural defense. If you ask him about it he'll apologize and try to manage himself better, and if you press him he'll end up venting about "his head feeling all screwy lately". He won't give you any details because he'd rather saw his own leg off than admit he has a crush on you, but he appreciates you listening to him regardless. It does make him feel better.

As much as he tries not to let his feelings get the better of him, they often slip through anyway. He'll end up looking out for you without even thinking about it, taking extra steps to make sure you're alright during missions, shielding you with his body if things go wrong, insisting he patch your wounds up himself afterward. He also lets you borrow his jacket whenever it's raining. Yeah. The ultimate show of affection (Dan and Mick were SHOCKED when they first saw you leave with it. Leonard doesn't even let them touch it, yet he's fully letting it out of his sight with you. He's down bad).

Any flirting you attempt will send him out of his mind, even if he seems to take it in stride in the moment. He enjoys bantering with you and maintaining a snarky back-and-forth, so a lot of times he'll start on something like that, and it'll end with the two of you hardcore flirting. He can be suave when he wants, but when there's obvious romantic tension in the air because of it he chickens out every time, usually clapping you on the back before going off to join the others. He's not oblivious to how much he fumbles moments like that with you, and he overthinks it all the time whenever he's alone.

He doesn't know what the right answer is when it comes to you. It used to feel natural, and in most cases it still does, but he's largely out of his element when romance is involved and second guesses himself every time. You might think he's sending you mixed signals or leading you on, but I swear he's not, he's just bad at this. He wants so badly to be near you and to feed into the feelings he gets from it, but it's really hard for him to shake his fears. Abandonment, deceit, and betrayal have all taken their toll on him, and although he knows you've never given him any reason to doubt you, sometimes his worries just get the better of him. He doesn't want to get his hopes up for something like this that feels too good to be true, but eventually all his feelings are going to become too much for him to stomp down. They'll explode on him, and you, and when he finds out that you wholeheartedly reciprocate it'll be one of the happiest days of his life.

Some Of Cryptid's Current Thoughts And Feelings™ On The State Of Her RAW Faves

1) Liv Morgan's booking.

Ya'll. I'm a Rhea simp/stan and a person second, anyone who's been on my blog for more than thirty seconds knows this 😂 And I've also made it no secret I, for the most part, am actually still enjoying the Liv v Rhea feud. So all that being said, what the fuck is going on with Liv's booking.

I know she's a heel and part of a heel faction and in-ring bullshit is the name of the game, but the fact that neither of her title defenses have been won clean (granted, she didn't technically win the Bad Blood one anyway but whatever we all know that ending was botched and she was supposed to technically win) and 9/10 times she runs from Rhea when confronted. They're making the Women's Champ look weak.

Liv can be cunning and vicious, we've all seen it; for fuck's one of my favorite theories that I'm willing to die on the hill of is Liv still just using Dominik as a pawn and is gonna drop him the moment she realizes he doesn't fit in with her plans anymore. Book the feral Liv if they're gonna keep this storyline going.

2) Finn v Damian

I mentioned this in a another post but I feel like the reason they weren't pushed as hard is because they didn't want to risk something forshadowing the PunkIntyre feud...And if that's the case, they shouldn't have had Finn turn yet. With this theory in mind, and tbh even if NOT true this would have still worked, the tldr in my head is

-Dom's turn should have been the same

-Have Finn, and the rest of the JD stick around and the rivalries be Dom v Damian and still Rhea v Liv

-Bad Blood rolls around, Dom and Damian have a match, and Finn's turn comes in the form of him and the JD assisting Dom.

-The Finn v Damian feud kicks off the same night Punk v Drew ends

There was NO REASON to have Finn turn and to wait this long to really start doing something with it. I still standby my opinion if done right, this rivalry could still be AMAZING...But it doesn't change the fact it has lost a LOT of momentum going the way it has.

3) Rhea Currently Standing Alone

To a degree, I get it. Her and Damian agreed to do their own thing because he's done with the JD (as far as he thinks.) and they're in different divisons but he would/will always come if Rhea called. I'm not a fan of how fast they split them up as a team-again, wave two of the Terror Twins shirts had barely shipped when this happened-but this segement was okay. It was sweet and mutual.

THAT SAID.

Rhea is currently in a 2v1 (not counting Dom cause I have little hopes of us ever getting a sanctioned match with them cause ✨intergender✨🙄) rivalry. Liv has Raquel...Who the fuck does Rhea have? Tiffy? Maybe, but we can't even say that for certain because as it sits right now, they're on different shows. Show borders are just currently being blurred in, assumingly, prep for Survivor Series.

Why the fuck does Rhea currently have to stand alone.

4) Jhea

THIS KINDA PIGGYBACKS OFF MY LAST PARAGRAPH AND IS THE ONE I REALLY DON'T GET??? Okay, yes, it was probably supposed to be something cute and just for fun to fill time while the other main storylines Rhea and Jey are/were in moved along. But if that was the case, why did ya'll move it to the main stage and not just keep it in backstage segments? Rhea during a preshow interview, I think it was Bad Blood?, said Jey showed her what a real man was like. Not to mention Jey coming to Rhea and Damian's defense or Jey agreeing to tag with Damian cause he "can't say no to Rhea." Why the fuck would you plant seeds like that on screen, on the main stage, and then just??? Drop it??? I don't get it???

5) JEY MOTHERFUCKING USO'S 28 DAY REIGN

I'm gonna make this one short and sweet cause you can literally see all my posts directly below this word vomit and see how mad I am 😅 But, in short; Why. Why not wait until after he's done with the Bloodline to give him a title? Why not have this same set up but give him the title ages ago. Give him a decent title reign with the same ending. Predictable at that point sure, but okay...What is the fucking point of having him, a fan favorite who everyone was cheering the house down the night he won, get his first solo title ever after fourteen years...Only to give it back to Bron less than a month later?

Bron is a GREAT preformer, do not get me wrong but making this...I don't want to say newcomer, but newer star a two time champ in his lesser time with the WWE just doesn't sit right with me.

I know Jey was gonna get involved with the Bloodline story at some point. I know it would have been hard to impossible to book him in a Smackdown story as a RAW champ...They could have done in without stripping his first non-tag title from him in under a month. We could have gotten crashout Jey going after Solo and Co without what we got tonight.

When I read that you liked my arts too I died. I was down on the floor. Crying tears of joy. Then I realized I have a response to draft so I got up.

So here ya go!! I hope you find something interesting here. I organized it into 3 parts for easier reading:

Also if anyone has any tips I'm all ears!! I’m always trying to optimize my process, make it quicker + cleaner

Rendering Overview

My current rendering process on Procreate (click and swipe):

1. Rough sketches

This is where I try to get the anatomy and pose right. I can get up to 3 reps in here depending on how refined I want it to be. Yep I care a lot about my lines...

2. Clean line

... coz it's my favorite part!! I get such a dopamine rush seeing the sketches come together into a clean line lol. Here I use the Selection Tool and Liquify to resize and adjust the forms (gotta move away from doing this too much tho)

3. Color

First I create a flat base layer and color over it using Clipping Mask (pretty standard I think). Then I divvy my drawing into as many layers as possible - one each for skin, hair, shirt, waistcoat, trousers, etc - as I color them all. More on this below.

4. Shade

ewww shading... my least favorite part. I use Multiply layers and gray colors, again pretty standard. I usually have 1-3 layers here, stacked on one another, depending on the desired depth. More on this below.

5. Finishing touches

This stage involves a lot of small (but important imo) things, which vary depending on the drawing:

Tinting lines (Because shading makes the colors darker, lines need to get darker too)

Highlights on hair, face, clothes, eyes, etc. I can never make up my mind between Overlay/Hard Light/Soft Light layers for this

Little wisps of hair or lighting effects 

and voila I have something to share with the world. wooo

Picking Colors

Ok about my colors… I wish I had some fancy technique to show but tbh I just eyeball them and try them out a bunch. Now if I’m using a reference I could use the color picker, but I don't like to coz the results are way off for whatever reasons (ex. lighting in the img). Anyways it doesn’t have to be the same color as the reference; as long as the colors “make sense” to me I'm happy.

But what if the colors I chose are too saturated or too dark? I use the Adjustment Tools for this. I can just select the layer (or an area using the Selection Tool) and edit its darkness and saturation. I found this way easier than painting over or color-dropping repeatedly.

This is why I leverage as many layers as possible. It allows a modular control on my rendering - I can change the color of my character’s skin, eyes, or waistcoat patterns and keep all other components unaffected and clean. Sometimes I have like 100+ layers and it drives me batshit crazy but the pros still outweigh the cons. Or so I tell myself

( + I would love to understand grayscale and use it as freely as u do. I watched bunch of vids on it but something about it just hasn’t stuck with me yet 😔)

Shading I guess

Similar to coloring, I create several Multiply layers and stack them together for depth. For example:

This is again for that modular control but honestly I wouldn't be doing this if I was good at shading... I feel so lost every time, I just don't know how it works. But one ‘hack’ I’ve come up with is shading skins and clothes differently. I use reddish gray for skin (and brown/red hair), and just gray for everything else.

The character feels more lively and natural with a bit of red undertones in their skin. I don't think this is the best way to render skins though. Just a little shortcut til I get to study the topic more.

Something else I do to get over my fear of shading is using good references. I’m always lurking on Pinterest for them but alas, I can’t always find that perfect image with perfect lighting and poses. It’s kinda sad funny how the quality of my rendering depends so much on the reference:

At the end of the day tho I’m just a learning artist so I try not to be too harsh on myself. Someday I'll render shiny shoes and shirt creases without refs. I yearn for that day

Unhappy Campers Rewrite - Moxxie gets Mocked

This episode felt kinda odd watching tbh, i didnt even know the camp counselors barbie was with was 19, i thought he was at least 16/17 (y'know, cuz of the 'teenagers are easy to manipulate' thing) and, why didnt moxxie say that millie is her boyfriend instead of brother? Their a married couple, he clearly wants to get the girls validation for some reason, he sees them fawning over her so why not just say that as this 'oh sorry girls, he's mine' thing instead of a brother where they'll probably not care anyway? They can still make a crude joke by the end, instead of incest, it could be like; 'kids perform sexual activity on camera' and like have some satire of puritan parents, the parents that dont care, how porn is more accessible or idk, something that will just make more sense.

Anyways, I plan on changing some things in the episode, like here where moxxie and millie are trying to make the kids confess the murder of their client who knows they were murdered but dont know who or what they even look like, hence the investigation. Meanwhile, blitzo tries to find barbie when he suspects why shes hasnt come out of rehab yet (since they made a promise of seeing each other one last time once she gets out of rehab) but it doesn't end well between them at the end which goes similarly except the counsellor is in his early mid 20s since i feel like that's the average age where you get those kinds of jobs like how many teachers i know that are in their early mid 20s and it can remove the potential predatory implication of barbie.

Hopefully i made the girls sound somewhat realistic to what a teenage girl like them would say since I'm still a teen myself though i dont hang out or talk with these kind of girls much before and my memory can be quite foggy so im just going off of what i know of like ai being this new trendy topic online since social media is a type of thing teens get into nowadays (me included) and of course, moxxie acting like such an exaggerated version of them because i can imagine that he's pretty out of touch with the youth, especially the human youth lol

(edit; I changed his age to being in his mid twenties now since it makes more sense for the character overall in this rewrite to be at that stage of age)

dumb star wars setting ideas ive had forever that I've wanted to explore. thinking abt them bc I'm rewatching clone wars and while it's pretty good, it has serious "a little bit bad so it makes you wanna do something else better" syndrome

okay so like. following the idea that the Jedi of the Republic had become suborned to the forces of the dark side without knowing it, it's clear that there was something deeply wrong with the Jedi as an institution, like, obviously, that's what the prequels are all about.

they're part of this war machine and don't seem to care, they can't follow anything like Jedi ethics radically. so, obviously, they shouldn't exist as an institution. (also in some ways if you're doing a star wars setting it's just boring to make it similar to anything in the skywalker saga).

but also Jedi are like, a whole cool thing in my brain bc I grew up when the prequels came out and I played way too much kotor. so! my first idea (that probably isn't super original but it's not like I heard it somewhere and wanted to use it): the Jedi Diaspora. plenty of worlds all over the galaxy have enclaves that are utterly, often dogmatically, cut off from each other.

I think there's a lot of space to play in there, a bunch of little idiosyncratic orders, enclaves, councils across the stars. some deeply involved in a planet's governance or politics (like on Dantooine in kotor 1), and some reclusive (like what would have been and sorta was on Telos in kotor 2), and plenty in between. it's fun because you can put a lot of different stories a lot of different places, inspecting and scrutinizing aspects of the Jedi as they were, as they should have been, as they once were, and so on.

but okay, if that's the state of the Jedi, what's the Big Government in the galaxy like? and in some ways it's much more interesting to say there isn't one, but I think more interesting than that is saying that there is and there isn't. like, the core worlds of the Republic like Coruscant and Carida could have any number of things going on with them, though I like the idea of some kind of military government (seeing Coruscant in s5 of the clone wars as this like, grand production facility and staging ground for Republic forces was really interesting tbh).

just, a nearly secular federation of core worlds is neat to me, mostly bc it means old settings like the Jedi temple are off-limits to Jedi, and that's fun. are they allowed to make pilgrimages there? maybe some and not others, that would be neat. plus honestly, something about it being all military and boring means you look elsewhere, which I like. plus hey they're sending soldiers elsewhere, so again we don't have to keep looking at Coruscant closely (the underworld of Coruscant is so so boring to me, and I feel like I want less time in the Jedi temple and the Senate building).

okay. but let's see, that probably leaves a bunch of the galaxy to the wind right? so let's fill it up, what's in there?

mandalorians are cool (in kotor 2 ways), and in a lot of ways they feel very rome-like. they expand, conquered people become mandalorians, repeat. that's fun! or, fun to play a game where that's part of the world. and hey, that plays fun with the Jedi Diaspora. Jedi are often on worlds that get conquered, what happens when they are? space to play there =)

alright but that's not enough, you need more players on the galactic board. I find Hutts and crime syndicate stuff boring generally though they're a big part of the setting, and Sith stuff hasn't come up yet (the galaxy is probably kinda tired of Jedi and Evil Jedi running around bc I can't stop myself from thinking about kotor 2 and so no one puts up with Sith power grab bullshit anymore. but.)

so what if there's some fun pirate Republic on the Outer Rim to invert both crime stuff and the old Republic stuff? and just to top it off and make it interesting, what if their state religion is Sith-based? what does that look like? if you treat the Sith-religious like people and peoples that used to just be criminals try to be taken seriously, what happens? and I think the answer is smthn rlly interesting that I'd want to play to explore tbh.

idk that I have more than that rn. there would probably be a stray Jedi fleet out there somewhere (bc I listened to Twilight Mirage), id want to figure out Something for droids bc like, cmon, and also god it feels like Star Wars is full of superweapons so maybe there's something about how commonplace they are bc that's more fun than going "oh no there's another Big Laser!" all the time. uhhhhh idk, how common are force powers, or lightsabers without Jedi gatekeeping them? who knows. what's the latest form of dangerous racing vehicles? who cares? maybe me

anyway hey if you read all of this thanks that's extremely embarrassing for me. if we're friends then hey maybe talk me into running an anthology series of tabletop games about it. I probsally won't but who knows. at least talk to me about interesting wrinkles you think would be fun to include, that's way more important. thanks =)

FALLEN FROM GRACE

“Don’t be dumb, Hyojin. They lied to you, simple as that. They wanted you gone and they did what they needed to justify banishing you. There’s no going back.”

Your voice echoed in Hyojin’s ears, making goosebumps rise on his porcelain skin. Crystal tears fell from his eyes, another sign that he was slowly losing his abilities. Angels weren’t allowed to show emotion; that was Hyojin’s first mistake.

Your words were as clear as ever, yet Hyojin’s clouded brain still didn’t want to believe them. How could it all be over? Thousands of years serving without a question, gone in an instant? 

“It doesn’t make sense. Why would they trick me? They forbade us from ever deceiving anyone. Not even demons.” Hyojin grasped at an explanation, and while you would never admit that you had any affection for him, the look of pure sadness on his face had your heart aching. You always knew those angels were backstabbers. 

“Even angels can lie, Hyojin. You knew that.” You whispered, biting your lip as you looked away from him. You could feel the fire on your wings burn a bit brighter and hotter as the wind picked up. Maybe it was because you were angry, or maybe it was because you caught Hyojin’s shiver. You were stuck on an old deserted jet runway, the weather conditions gloomy and harsh. 

You had known from the second you saw Hyojin fly down that something was wrong, but you hadn’t expected it to have finally come to an end. The more you thought of it, the more it made sense. Hyojin had always been different from the other heavenly hosts. He always had a more mischievous way of mind and was willing to take more of a risk. You were reminded of all the times Hyojin had lied to you in the past— never harmful lies, never in the way he had been lied to, but it was enough for you to know that he was already destined to be banished.

“Are you sure you’re allowed down here?”

“Of course. Angels don’t need a reason to visit Earth.”

You both knew back then the laws of the heavens, especially ones regarding excursions to Earth. And you both knew that Hyojin was breaking the rules for you. Because he was foolishly fond of you. Because he knew you were different as well.

“Promise me that if things go wrong, you won’t sacrifice yourself for me. You’re perfect, Hyojin. You’re angelic. Don’t abandon all that you have for a demon like me.”

“I promise.”

Even the brainless humans could tell that those 2 words held no truth behind them. 

“What now?” Hyojin whispered the question in both of your minds. 

“You have two options.” You breathed, stepping towards the angel on his knees. “Either you live amongst the humans, immortal as a fallen angel, or you come with me to the underworld. Hell won’t accept you easily, and you’ll have to fight against the ones you used to call friends, but I can assure your safety.” 

“Will I ever get my powers back?” He asked. He sounded hopeless, lost, abandoned, forgotten. Even now, you were the only one who would ever remember his name. It had been erased from all records of angels.

“There is a way…” You thought out loud, your brain sifting through the risks. You looked back down at Hyojin, “It won’t be a replica of your angelic powers, but it will be similar to mine. I can give you a piece of my power and it will be your job to nurse it. You have to make it your own. Learn how to control it, don’t let it overwhelm you… or you will go mad.”

He nodded, understanding the weight of the risk. His tears had now stopped, and where they had fallen, you noticed fine cracks starting to form on his skin. His hands no longer held a white glow, revealing the more human-like skin underneath. His powers were fading away from him. They would be completely gone in minutes. 

You crouched down next to him, your hand tentatively touching his cheek for the first time. You had never dared before. A demon like you touching a member of the heavenlies? You needn’t even imagine what it would do to your powers if he still held all his strength. Hyojin had always been stronger than you. Seeing him so devoid of his former energy was alienating. 

“Your wings will dissipate. We will have to walk.” You whispered, a sad smile on your face as you took in his beautiful wings for the last time. Shimmering a bright white— almost too white. Everything white and pure and holy about him would soon be gone without a trace. 

He glanced up at you, his lip quivering as his strength left him. He had never felt so powerless, but he accepted his fate without a fight. He closed his eyes, clinging to your arm as his wings slowly faded, leaving behind scars on his back. His golden hair faded to black, and the cracks on his face evened out, leaving nothing but a humanlike soft skin behind. It was nothing like his angelic face, but it was still him.

“Let’s go. I’ll introduce you to my friends. Seungjun and Minkyun aren’t half-bad as far as demons go. Just don’t go near Minkyun’s felines. They’ll scratch your angel face, soon as look at you.” You grinned, stroking his cheek before standing up. He kept his head down as you led him to the portal. Down there, he could no longer be known as an angel, but would never be accepted as one of Beezlebub’s cronies, either. 

You would keep him safe— away from the hostile devils and imps. You would wait and watch as he nurtured his new powers and formed a new identity, closer to you than ever before. He was no longer your mischievous angel, but, perhaps, someone more deserving of the title lover.

A3! Main Story: Part 4 - Act 13: Budding Spring - Episode 28: Welcome Home

Itaru: (No good. The line is too long and there’s no more taxis… All I can do is find a rental nearby–)

Sakuya: Itaru-san! Welcome back!

Itaru: ——

Masumi: You’re late.

Citron: We came to pick you up~!

Chikage: You did good.

Tsuzuru: To think this plane would be delayed too, what a disaster.

Itaru: Huh? What? Why are you here? What about the performance? Why did all of you come here!?

Sakuya: We were going crazy with worry, so we made a bit of an unreasonable request.

Chikage: We had to practice our lines during the ride, because we'd be wasting precious time otherwise. 

Masumi: The Director was supposed to be the first person I’d drive somewhere…

Tsuzuru: As one would expect from him, Masumi’s a careful driver, so there’s no need to worry.

Itaru: Why would you all come together… Aren’t you lot being a bit too reckless?

Chikage: It turned out alright, didn’t it?

Tsuzuru: You couldn’t catch a taxi, could you?

Itaru: I mean, you definitely saved my butt with this.

Itaru: Pause, rewind. I didn’t realize your faces are so tan… What did you guys eat?

Tsuzuru: There’s nothing we can eat that will make our faces tanner! We just got our makeup on already!

Masumi: To save time.

Itaru: I C.

Citron: Itaru, now is not the time to be fooling around!

Itaru: Having Citron of all people tell me this is kinda…

Chikage: Guess there’s no need to worry about you if you’re this carefree.

Sakuya: Let’s hurry! Everyone is waiting for us!

Manager: Thank you very much for coming to today’s performance of “Romeo and Julius ~Rosso e Blu~”, by MANKAI Company’s Spring Troupe.

Manager: The performance will be starting shortly.

Towa: …

Audience A: I wonder what the sequel will be like?

Audience B: I hope the members are the same as last time.

Audience A: This is the first time MANKAI Company does a sequel. I don’t know if I’m excited or scared…

Audience B: I know, right! RomiJuri was the first performance I saw, and I fell head over heels for Romeo…

momo has entered the chat shiki: hi? i thought you were going to the opening day performance today? Iv: you were yapping about it earlier momo: i had to make sure i don’t butt in on other people’s conversation, so i came here Kar: that’s some thinking w Iv: yeah you’d look sus momo: i was also shocked when they announced the romijuli sequel. i understand why they’d be both excited and anxious and tbh i feel the same way momo: i can’t stop thinking about what i’d do if they announced a sequel to my fav play. i think i’d kms if they changed my oshi’s role tho Iv: woah woah woah  momo: also bc i went on the stage itself during the workshop, i think it looks even brighter now that i’m here to watch a performance momo: i think about all the people working bts and i’m overcome with emotion before the performance even starts, i don’t even know if my heart will last till the end Kar: momo the yapper is back shiki: isn’t it starting soon? have fun!

Towa: Whew…

Towa: (I think I’ve calmed down a bit.)

Audience A: It’s almost time, are they not starting yet?

Audience B: They should be ready around this time. Did something happen?

Towa: (Eh, is there some kind of problem? Are they okay??)

Audience A: This reminds me of that time the Autumn Troupe took too long to prepare, and the Summer Troupe had to make a really long introduction.

Audience B: Ah, I watched that on stream!

Audience A: They’re probably doing their best backstage right now.

Audience B: Stay strong…!

Towa: (Good luck, Spring Troupe, everyone on staff…!)

[Door slams open]

Sakuya: We’re here! Sorry for the wait!

Izumi: Thank goodness! Welcome back!

Yuki: You’re late!

Azami: You’re late.

Itaru: Three combo…

Azami: I gotta do your makeup, so hurry and sit.

Tsumugi: I’m glad you made it in time.

Itaru: I really troubled you this time. I didn’t think something like this would happen…

Izumi: But it all turned out okay, didn’t it?

Itaru: Pretty much. And my body’s still tingling from all the passion the overseas fans showed.

Itaru: It made me feel like there’s still lots of this world left for us to explore. All that’s left is for me to pour all this enthusiasm into this performance.

Izumi: That makes me happy

Itaru: Ah, but my stamina stats are lowered because of my fatigue and jet lag. TY for the support.

Tsuzuru: I’m pretty sure there’s barely any time difference, though?

Citron: It's better than fumbling and freezing up on stage because he hid it~!

Masumi: Like in the debut performance, huh?

Itaru: Pretty much.

Manager: The show is starting soon!

Itaru:  kk.

Chikage: Seems like we made it in time, somehow.

Tsuzuru: Doesn’t change the fact that we were all over the place this time, too, though.

Sakuya: We each took on new challenges in preparation for the New Fleur Award, so I feel like we can return to this stage with new feelings.

Sakuya: Although we can only stand on stage for the first time once, we can have many other “firsts” from now on.

Sakuya: We can remember those feelings again and again. That courage we had when leaping into a brand-new world–

Sakuya: Let’s take all our “firsts” in a positive light and have fun together!

Citron: Yeah!

Tsuzuru: Yeah.

Chikage: That’s a good way of putting it.

Itaru: All set over here.

Masumi: Let’s go, Romeo.

Sakuya: Yes! Let’s start our journey!
