i talked about it above but like. when javier really truly believes something, when he really truly wants something, it's so fucking obvious. this boy does not lie or pretend about how he feels, point blank period. hell we've seen his behavior when he lies/is not telling the truth; his words are stiff and out of character, and his expression is either menacingly tight or stiffly robotic. he has so, so SO much faith and such a deep desire to save lloyd, and it shows in how he's genuinely fucking thankful that the angels agreed to (or well, were coaxed into agreeing) with what he asked for. i think it's a really interesting character trait and it completely tracks that javier was the protagonist of knight of blood and iron. genuine, emotional characters who love and lose, who have hope and can believe and can also experience despair, can make for an extremely compelling story. javier nails it right on the head

i also think that this character trait completely influenced the way javier used the tactics that lloyd uses. like yes, this is something that lloyd could do, but he also would never be able to pull it off because he doesnt have that same protagonist heart and honest-to-god (pun intended) genuineness that javier has. this inherent authenticity that javier seems to just naturally possess is what allowed him to make these statements and demands, because the sincerity he wears on his sleeve makes it all end up feeling reasonable. only javier could have done something like this, and no one else. i think thats REALLY fun!!!

Aw, anon this is incredibly sweet. I sent your message along to the others before I got around to this answer both because I wanted to make sure they saw it, and because I wanted to respond to this in a way that really reflects my gratitude.

It's honestly so tempting to start making ideas "a thing". I didn't really understand that until the last couple of years and let me tell you, there is a lot of pressure to do that. People like projects! They like updates! They love seeing the progression of a story and getting invested in that. I absolutely understand why people leave comments like "this should be a webtoon" or "you guys should make an animated series". In a perfect world, that'd be a dream! The temptation to do that and establish a base is also attractive because it can really form a base that gives numbers and comments, which artists of all stripes thrive on (myself very much included).

But what most people never really see is the downsides of that. From their perspective, a one episode animatic, a chapter or two of fic or few panels of a comic, isn't a lot. It's kinda disappointing, and I get that. For the creator though, there's any number of reasons that things fall apart. Personal differences with friends amplified by the stress of expectations. Creative burnout. Shutting down due to the sheer scope of the undertaking. These are all real, and it sucks to deal with.

For me personally, I know I do want to tackle trying to write more of ocean idiots, maybe even try to nanowrimo this shit (not in an actual month but you get the gist). But that's just me. If it bums me out or I put it to the side, then that's just my personal project to pick up later. If we tried to make it a series, then we'd deal with the stress of trying to keep up a schedule on top of lives (college, jobs, personal lives, etc). It'd take the joy out of these characters we love.

Some of the most fun I've had in the past few years I've been writing and creating has just been fucking around with my friends. Throwing silly au ideas back and forth and exchanging art and fics for no one but ourselves. There's a genuine satisfaction that comes from it.

Not everything has to be a big production. Artists don't make their magnum opus every time. They draw shitposts and write crackfic and make funny edits. It's healing to have something silly, something fun just for you, and to share it if you want. That can connect with people, great! But it can also just be for you. I could go on a whole tangent about social media and the commodification of attention/art but that's not really what we're here for.

I hope that whatever you create, anon, that it makes you happy. That it brings a little joy to your day. That you can have that thing you share with maybe just your closest friends to play with. Lord knows I need to remind myself of that too.

⁍ i really really enjoy the idea that he doesnt fit in amongst other synthetics either. technically based in canon because of how he interacts with walter, but i want to go a step further and say he never did, even when his mind was fully in tact

⁍ hes too human for other synthetics, but too robotic for humans. hes stuck in this weird inbetween that i feel resonates with the autistic experience (or at least my own)

I was wondering if you could do a Timothee Chalamet x female reader who suffers from an eating disorder and real low self confidence because of past psychological abuse (when she was a tween). Thats VERY specific and I apologize for that. But itd really help me out if you could and I have no promises that I wont ask for another. 😅 But if this is something youre not comfortable with its okay to say no.

Say its like she hasnt been diagnosed with one (an ED) but she shows many signs of it. Maybe the scenario is theyre getting ready to attend the met gala together (shes an actor as well) and Timothees already dressed so he looks to see what his GFs wearing, shes in the bathroom looking at herself in the mirror every-which way with the door open. He compliments her but she doesnt look pleased, he asks her whats wrong and she just starts crying. She doesnt want him to look at her, she thinks she looks hideous, she doesnt want to go anymore..etc. She is like just sobbing like crazy and balls up on the floor. And then he takes the time to sit down next to her and talk to her, comfort her, give her cheek kisses, pull her in for a hug..all that fluff! Anyways sorry this is so detailed I might as well have written it myself lol.

Okay so, I had to skip ahead and do this one before any of the others I have because this hits SO CLOSE for me. I suffered from an undiagnosed eating disorder from 2014 until 2018. I still go through issues because of it.

There was a knock at the door as you looked at yourself in the full length mirror. Disgusting. The dress was beautiful, no doubt about it. It was utterly elegant. You were preparing for the Met Gala and Timothee picked the dress out. The man had an incredible fashion sense and the dress was sure to attract the attention of, well, everyone. Being the center of attention was something that you had gotten used to as an actress, but the attention had increased tenfold since you and Timothee had started seeing each other. Fans loved the two of you together and they loved everything about you. You wondered if the realized how much you hated yourself.

Another knock sounded on the other side of the bathroom door. "Y/n? We gotta get going." He shook the handle, trying to enter. You wiped the tears brimming in your eyes and tried to sound like you hadn't been crying for the last 30 minutes. Thank God for the expensive setting spray that the makeup artist doused you in or your full face of makeup would have melted off.

"Uhm hang on," you said as you patted your eyes one last time. You eyed the bathroom scale as you walked toward the door. You wanted to step on it, even though you already did 15 times in the last hour. You shook the thought from your head as you opened the door.

"Wow, you look.." he paused trying to find the words.

"Disgusting, I know," you finished for him.

"What? Y/n, what are you saying? Have you seen yourself? I mean, have you truly looked in the mirror? Because if you don't see a fucking goddess," he turned you to face the mirror, "then you are insane."

You scoffed as you looked at yourself, "I've been staring at myself in this mirror for 35 minutes, Tim." And you had. The black dress you wore had a plunging neckline, one in the shape of a "V" that fell all the way down to your belly button. The sides of your breasts peaked out, you silently cursed Timothee for that one, knowing he picked out that dress specifically for that reason. The skirts fell effortlessly to the floor and draped around you like that of a queen. The fabric sparkled and glistened as the light hit it. Tim was right this dress was goddess like - if it was on someone other than you.

"Then how do you not see what I see?" He asked as he rested his chin on your head and swayed your body from side to side. You pinched the skin around your mid section that you hated. So many times you wished you could take a knife and slice pieces off you off. Never skinny enough, never thin enough. Not until you could see bones.

Timothee huffed out a sigh, "Y/n.." He was cut off by the sound of your sudden sobbing. He turned you toward him and took you in his arms. He smoothed your hair with one hand and rubbed your back with the other. "Y/n, look at me." You wouldn't, not when you felt so hopelessly vile. "You are beautiful." You cried harder, feeling yourself fall to the floor. He eased you down and sat with you. "Listen, I know you're struggling. I see you, I see you everyday. I see how you look at yourself. I see how you turn the boxes over and look at calories. I see how you stress about the food you're going to eat when we go to award shows or dinners. I see how you analyze your self in every mirror we walk by." You looked up at him, stunned by the attention he's paid to you over the months that have gone by. "I know it's hard, but let me help you. I might not know everything your thinking, and I know you've been through a lot, but I can help you push through this. I can help you love yourself as much as I love you."

He kissed your cheek, then the other one. He licked his lips and you knew he could probably taste the saltiness of your tears. You nodded and he helped you up as you attempted to stand. "Do you feel up to going?" He asked you. You knew he wouldn't be mad if you decided you didn't want to go. "No, no I want to go," you said as you fixed your hair. Your makeup still hadn't budged. You made a mental note to thank your makeup artist later.

Timothee led you out of the house and into the limo parked in front. Inside, he interlaced his fingers with yours. You leaned your head on his shoulder and he kissed the top of your head.

"We are in this together, Y/n. Never think that you're alone."

thanks queen, what will i talk about today ?? ooh i know ok not so much a rant but im currently listening to harry potter and the goblet of fire audiobook becuase i wanted to read the stories again. this one is probs one of my favs and so much got left out in the film like DOBBY’S FUCKING ROLE IN IT ! also just the beginning when dudley is on his diet and harry has a fucking stash of food in his room and the weasley’s coming to get him. theres so much more to the story and i know they cant fit the 450 page book into a 2 hour movie but those details are so important for me. theyre part of the world building and we all know im a sucker for world building and character dev. like hell yea storytelling !! but just the wizarding world in general is my pride and joy and means the actual world to me 🥺 also after this one imma listen to order of pheonix becuase SOOOOO many details were left out in that movie and wowow best book but like highkey worst film... ((maybe thats the rant part of this lolol ok this was def a rant LMAOOO)) ok but its a really good one and i just wanted to be in that world again 🥺🥺

right, youd be coming to the southern west coast of the US. if covid wasnt a thing we’d go to a bunch of museums but ART, we are artists 🥰we’d also go to all the open air malls which are super cool and just fun to walk around and window shop. theres the beach for like beachy things lol, more touristy things. but theres also the mountains for hiking and being one with nature. there are a few observatories and telescopes within 2 hour roadtrips and those are cool becuase SPACE and just their location on top of super cool mountains for all the views you could ever want.

i don’t mean to put more discourse into your inbox but hot damn, i have personal experiences with f*micom and i’m like :| about them. she asked me if i was a transmed MULTIPLE TIMES (once because i rbed a post about how 8 year old girls shouldn’t be forced onto testosterone because their bodies aren’t fully developed). she also got defensive over raiden related headcanons in an mgs discord server i was in. she was incredibly fucking annoying about it which caused me to leave. she also followed me on twitter (to which i promptly blocked her) and had come at me before for blocking her on tumblr. keep in mind i was like, 15-16 when all of this shit happened. she was 19... which made me “????”.

it’s sad to see you and a bunch of other mgs artists i really adore and look up to being harassed by them. this fandom is a flaming trashfire full of toxic people who can’t seem to live without discourse.

hope you dont mind me jumping in here i have too many thoughts- tbh I'm kinda of the mindset that it's less the mechadendrites will do the work and more. i mean tech priests are making themselves in their own image, effectively. they dont even have beauty standards to influence them, they only have the direction of flesh bad/metal good and then go absolutely fucking wild with it

so a human would decide okay, i need returned function as quickly as possible. achilleas gets functional, elegant prosthetics made up that do comply a lot to his personal style and more typical beauty standards within that. but fundamentally, theyre there to serve a purpose, and are blackened metal with exposed components. you can barely even see them aside from the light of the data slate [and artist intention], he could passably pretend to have gloves on, if you're in a dark room. he doesnt want them to be a focal point, even if they kinda are to a viewer not used to these things [augments being way more common in 40k that people would probably barely notice]

pasqal meanwhile has gone a different way. his prosthetic is incredibly stylised- i mean again see the fact i can't actually count any practical component there. it's not what a human would go for, realistic or subtle, or overelaborate- it looks like industrial machinery. pasqal has his in a burnished silvery-gold alloy, distinctly displays it by keeping his axe in that hand which pushes his sleeve back enough to show off the exposed wiring in his forearm- wiring that makes no sense unless its decorative. looking at this again its even in little curved waves- a repeating pattern. the rivets too are unnecessary and decorative, they Cannot hold any structural force where they are. but they do tie in to the industrial look fantastically alongside the shaped metal

when you look at the art, his other hand/wrist is pretty slim, and kinda delicate. as proven by achilleas, if he wanted to match he could. by nature of differing proportions kinda messing with the brain, him having one really bulky arm/hand and one really slim one isnt the choice most people would go for. it'd be the substandard choice to patch the gap until your custom piece came in- not a custom crafted piece

through the eyes of a man who will become and is becoming machine, it's perfect. its heavy and durable- no weakness of the flesh. it's crafted to display a level of technical skill even beyond base requirement, then maintained perfectly to further show technical skill- better than his fucking robes at least jesus christ the dust and tears on that thing [btw- something he doesnt care about. something organtic, and irrelevant to the machine- only required by him for social protocol].

the guy has heavy looking weapons gear and reels of chains around his waist- idk if you lot have handled thick metal chain like that but im pretty strong and it is fucking Heavy, and thats without the quantity he's wearing. hell thats probably again a decorative counterbalance system just to put his center of gravity lower to the floor bc so much is at his shoulders. i know i draw him different [i kinda see it as resting mode [noodle mechadendrites] vs explorator mode [diamond drill bit easy access]] but based on the art his mechadendrites look like industrial tech- it looks like someone bolted two crane arms to his back. tech wise these do look like they make more technical sense, even if they are decorative in themselves, which reinforces the extremely decorative nature of his arm. and too his respirator- that isnt standard tech priest respirator. its heavy looking, its elaborate with its tubation and wiring- again if i were to list every function of every tube going into/out of that thing i'd run out of options, and thats if i ignored the vapour/smoke coming out of the vents by his face. we also know he's kept it despite the damage- considering the staples on his face highlighting the scar on his body that matches, i'd say the lack of repair is decorative too. he Could get it repaired or replaced with absolute ease, so this is an aesthetic choice

this is so many words but [throwing my tech priest at the crowd] look at him he's getting gender affirming drill attachments and god does he have an ego, just one the average human cant really process because your kind cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you one day the crude biomass that you call a temple will wither and y

i was told to post these observations i made at whatever fucking hour on how functional achilleas' prosthetic hands are vs how decorative pasqal's are despite each kinda looking the opposite way round. i hope they are interesting

avani: she’s my character for a ttrpg campaign, so her voice sounds basically like mine (which might not help much cause you don’t know how i talk lol), but when i’m talking as her i pitch my voice up a bit and make it a bit more nasally. she’s not much of a singer, nor can she whistle, but she can roll her r’s pretty well. also, since she’s autistic and hard of hearing, her tone of voice often comes off the "wrong” way

farhan: he’s another ttrpg character i play lol, or at least he will be next semester, so his voice is again kind of like mine. but when i talk as him i pitch my voice down and it’s a bit hoarse. ig his voice would also be more “masculine” than mine but whatever. he can sing and whistle but has a pretty small vocal range (since he’s, like, 13 right now and will be 16 when i rp him next semester)

carter: i imagine his voice as low and on the quiet and raspy end, with a tiny bit of a lisp. he’s way too insecure to try to sing or even whistle or anything like that, though if he practiced at it he’d probably get pretty good

calira: she’s mute so n/a i guess. but she talks pretty formally in her dialect of elvish sign language, which is definitely unusual

sam: they have kind of a low voice that’s also raspy, but with quite a bit of pep and variation in their tone. they can even sing pretty well and they like to whistle constantly while working. that creates some kind of whiplash cause sam comes off as a typical edgy teen a lot of the time

jizoriel: high-pitched with lots of voice cracks, peak pretentious preteen/early teen jerkass. he can’t really sing or do anything similar, nor does he want to very much

victoria: so quiet and raspy that you can barely make out that it’s low and has a soothing and pleasant tone to it. she can sing well, or at least she could once upon a time

rowan: just! the happiest and most cheerful voice you can imagine! so much love behind how she talks! her voice fills up her whole head and the whole room!! and she whistles sometimes while she walks

ace: defies any masculine or feminine labels, smooth and cool in theory but they stutter quite a bit

charity: gruff but with a hint of cheer and clarity behind it that comes out when she’s startled. she loves to sing but can’t whistle and can’t roll her r’s either

jamal: i actually have a voiceclaim for him! it’s this (the voice that sings from 1:51 to 1:58)

kimberly: her voice is a bit high and a bit... idk how to say it exactly... i guess shrill would be the word?

fabián: his voice seems higher-pitched than it actually is cause he talks higher when he’s anxious, and he’s always anxious. it’s a bit hard to describe his voice otherwise tbh. i can hear it in my head but i can’t quite put it to paper oops. oh yeah also he has a great singing voice but never uses it sooo

this question opens up a wormhole cause i have playlists for many of these guys but instead i’ll just provide one (1) song for each and vaguely describe their music taste, how does that sound

avani: honestly “mr. capgras encounters a secondhand vanity” by will wood is a “her” song to me. her music taste leans a lot more toward older music though (like some classics from the 70s and 80s and such)

farhan: he’s still very new so i haven’t really found a song for him yet. but i know he absolutely loves peppy and energetic pop music and also sappy gay love songs

carter: (slaps my hand away when i try to type another will wood song) “fantasy island” by the shins always launches me into daydreams about him. which kinda roughly aligns with his music taste, he listens to a lot of those “mainstream indie” artists. he’d also listen to will wood because he’s gay and mentally ill <3

calira: one of my favorite songs on her playlist is “maximillian von spee” by dirt poor robins. but the music she listens to is basically all invigorating church-loving stuff with medieval-era instruments lmao

sam: “sometimes” by nick lutsko is an absolute bop and very much a sam song. sam actually doesn’t go out of their way to listen to music though, but when they do they listen to either the most soothing and relaxing stuff or to the angriest metal emo music. no in between

jizoriel: i’ll go the less emo angle here and say a song that reminds me of him is “upside down” by jack johnson. jizoriel’s music taste is like. old choir music and shit plus incomprehensible magical music that doesn’t even sound like music. if he was from earth he’d like my chemical romance

victoria and rowan: i’m grouping these two together here because a song that reminds me very strongly of both of them/their relationship is “human” by dodie. which actually fits very well into both of their music tastes!

ace: again, going the less edgy angle here, “auntie earth” by walter mitty and his makeshift orchestra. but ace mostly listens to uh, classical flute music and flute covers

charity: absolutely “dance and cry” by mother mother, that’s pretty much her theme song. it’s among her favorite songs in canon too

jamal: “tire swing” by los elk, since his arc is about letting go of childhood and all that jazz. he’s more inclined to listen to fun. and other pop artists and rappers and such. he likes janelle monae

kimberly: “best tears” by the happy fits for sure. in terms of her music taste though, her taste is pretty similar to jamal’s. they bond over being janelle monae fans

fabián: by god does “heal” by so much light fit him. his taste is that he rotates through three (3) specific obscure indie artists lmao, so theoretically i guess that specific song is included in there

avani: how she sees herself: honestly the worst person alive. unless she spends every moment of her time trying to make up for what she’s done, she’s worthless, and she doesn’t deserve to love herself in any capacity how others see her: her brother (farhan) really looks up to her! most of the time. the superhero team she’s on (other people’s ocs) all think she’s generally smart and capable enough, and her boyfriend in particular thinks she’s incredible

farhan: how he sees himself: as of right now? a misunderstood emo middle schooler who’s still kind of cool i guess how others see him: his sister (avani) thinks he’s quite an impressive and charismatic young man

carter:  how he sees himself: 1/10 awkward and annoying how others see him: carter reminds calira too much of her old self, so she love-hates him. sam thinks he’s weak and cowardly but admires his kindness. and jizoriel clings to him as a caring father figure and loves carter’s passion for natural studies

calira: how she sees herself: it goes back and forth between “i’m the greatest chosen one ever im such a strong warrior” and “wow i’m literal trash why did the gods pick me for this” how others see her: carter is a bit intimidated by her but appreciates her attempts to vibe with him, sam thinks she’s an annoying pretentious self-important bitch (but their opinion softens over time), and jizoriel sees right through her facade and feels comfortable around her because of it

sam:  how they see themself: evil and in need of redemption, kind of similar to avani ig but with 10x more confidence in their skills and also much more violent how others see them: carter knows theyre doing their best even if theyre kind of an asshole, calira is a fan of their strength and determination, and jizoriel Hates Their Guts (at first) because they baby him too much

jizoriel: how he sees himself: a fucking fraud of a prince. all he has going for him is his abilities as a mage, but even then those are shaky how others see him: carter knows he’s very insecure and wants to comfort him, calira admires his magical prowess and noble air, and sam thinks he’s a snarky little pretentious douchebag but also he reminds them of their late brother and they want to protect him at all costs

victoria: how she sees herself: basically dead. only good for interacting with ghosts. not worthy of the human world or of friendship how others see her: she reminds rowan of her old self. rowan sees a glimmer of love and hope in her and wants to bring it out

rowan: how she sees herself: a fucking mess but she’s trying her best and that’s what counts! how others see her: victoria very much appreciates her cheerful air even if she doesn’t act like it

ace: how they see themself: way too weird to be human, way too weak not to be. their self-image changes constantly. theyre very confused about everything please help how others see them: charity is literally dating them lol she thinks theyre the cutest person alive, jamal appreciates how hard they try as a friend, kimberly thinks theyre an alien invader whom she can study and use to get further in life, and fabián knows more about ace than anyone else and loves them for it

charity: how she sees herself: a Teenager who’s struggling. she desperately wants to be young without the burden of her trauma but whether she thinks of herself as emo and sad and angry or not depends a lot on her mood how others see her: ace adores everything about her, jamal loves how cool and fun and sociable she can be, kimberly is annoyed with her rebelliousness, and fabián worries very much for her well-being and can’t shake the image of her as helpless (oops that’s gonna cause some drama)

jamal: how he sees himself: just a chill guy trying to get by. unremarkable. how others see him: ace is grateful for how forgiving he can be but is still terrified of him being angry over [spoilers], charity loves how sociable and fun he is and how protective he can be of his friends, kimberly secretly envies his carefree nature, and fabián sees him as a solid acquaintance to whom he did not give a good first impression

kimberly: how she sees herself: not good! if she can’t grow up fast and do science well then she’s useless how others see her: ace wants to be friends with her but doesn’t know how to do that, charity is annoyed by her rule-bound-ness, jamal thinks she’s cool but should unwind a little, and fabián resents her at first but would still like to play chess with her sometime

fabián: how he sees himself: he has a moral responsibility to help people Or Else. way too anxious and stuck up but he doesn’t know how to change that how others see him: ace fuckin Loves this guy, charity loves him too but she gets pissed when he tries to help her with anything, jamal genuinely thinks he’s a great guy and wants to get to know him better, and kimberly is actually impressed by him and envies his apparent confidence and charisma

tbh i hate engaging with f/f fan content most of the time bc its usually dumb shit idc about. m/m gets so much more room to be different things and have like. complicated dynamics and shit AND its gay. even if im not attracted to men i much rather read about two of them than a man and a woman most of the time bc hets go against nature [citation: that iconic post about how long men vs how women last in sex proving that homosexuality is what god intended]

but To Be Fair women in a lotta source material (read: shit written by men, which is a lot) are not written well and in a good way that makes me inch rested in them and men are written with so much more depth and interest than women in so much media. and especially less so in their relationships to other women. i put a lot of stock in the source material for shit. so i find myself not caring about many f/f ships because theres rarely a dynamic that has potential so everything is just. pure fan stuff or ooc or whatever. combined with the whole weird uwu culture around f/f making anything that exists not palatable to me. [see: my ao3 f/f bingo chart lmfao] whereas men and their relationship to other men get a lot of room to have nuance. BUT stuff written by women are so often notably better like even making het good. see: beastars, and dorohedoro (from what i hear about it) extra postulating about danganronpa under cut

thinking specifically abt danganronpa here in this post bc current hyper fixation lol. thats why im so into komahina bc theyre both actually interesting characters with a complicated relationship and i love conflict and that shit. but its very popular and theres a lot of content so its also like... availability statistic or w/e and i actually have an opportunity to be picky with content rather than eating any scraps i can find. theres v little (good) f/f bait in dr imo and what there actually is is boring as hell to me and anything that COULD be interesting has little to go off of. dr1, sakuraoi v cute but thats mostly what it is... cute... ppl dont explore the dynamic.  celesgiri seems cool but has little to go off of. dr2, whatever mahiru/hiyokos ship name is idk v straightforward and not too inch resting. ibuki is perfect girl love material but nothing with her feels right or interesting. JUNKO/MIKAN GOOD but everyone is afraid to write that bc its fucked up lol. love tokomaru at least

What can I say except I have written fucking essays about this jackoff in discord and on tumblr. He is my silly rabbit. He is everything wrong with the system. He is perfect. He is so fucking flawed. The narritive fucked him over. I think he got what he deserved.

I used to hate him and think he was truly yhe worst character ever until I realized he just like me for real. A sap trying to adapt to a system that doesnt allow mercy or kindness or to even cry. Constantly pretending like you have everything under control because the alternative is admitting you dont. And thus showing weakness in a system where that isnt allowed.

I saw him in me and I cried thinking about it because I had the luxury to do so.

I love him lots but I would still mercilessly bully him because itf be funny.

I also ship him with shockwave because theyre both losers who are too devoted to causes that dont care about them

And if they can find comfort and solace in each others pain and suffering, then maybe things would be a little bit more peaceful.

I also headcanon Sentinel as a monster fucker and he heart eyes @ shockwave because (thank you @cloverpatches for this headcanon) shockwave is an insecticon amd sentinel is super fucking into insecticons (not bugs or techno organics, theres a difference).
