you've drawn worlds with his master sword a couple of times, and it's always the master sword level 2. is there a reason you gave him level 2 and not level 3? (also, is there a reason he's the only one besides feathers to be shown still using the master sword?)

When I played ALBW for the first time I didn't get the sword upgraded to level 3. While designing Worlds I was like, hey, why not reference that!

It's usually implied at the end of Loz games that Link puts the Master Sword back where he got it from-- Unless it's stuck to a certain someone's forehead and lost forever. Worlds is probably planning to do that but has been buuusyyy and and and he kinda wants to see if he could still upgrade it and. uh. He'll get around to it sometimeeee, prommyyyy....... EOW SPOILERS: If we wanted to place that game in the timeline after ALBW, the lack of a Master Sword would get a lot more concerning. Hey-- Hey Worlds? Worlds. Where is it. WHERE IS IT?
