“To work with ancestors is incredibly powerful, whether those who used spiritual technology to resist and survive violent cultural behaviour, or those who lived more in harmony with their royal template. To open up to more abundance consciousness, consider building a relationship with your pre-colonial ancestors and asking them to teach you mysteries of the imaginal realms: ancient technologies of kundalini, the heart, arts, romance, and the earth. Ask them how to help open up the energy of your spine and clear away the obstacles so that you may , access the archived intelligence. You are calling back your energy from colonial indocrination and its predatory extractive ways, so that you can show up aligned in your full life force regenerative energetics- soft skin, strong body, full imagination, vibrant creative spirit, and in right relationship with the Earth.”

“Monogamy can be healing, deeply activating, incredibly loving, and magical, but one thing often unspoken of is the need for cis-gender women who desire to leverage the wisdom of the divine feminine through our bodies is to not lose our whore energy. No, we aren't haven’t sex with multiple people (nor is it necessary), but we are holding the magnetic sensation of aliveness as we move about the world. Because whore consciousness is a type of nourishment that has less to do with our *genitals* and more to do with our WHOLE body feeling open, boundless, and free, the domains of deep feminine intelligence.”

“Spiritual practices are not woo. When you are committed to your practices, they transmute into the physical reality. People who think that the spiritual is woo usually do not understand the nature of being human and divine and living fully alive and magical from the inside out.”
