i almost forgot that i wanted to show you guys the latest silly craft i spend way to much time on so here it is

my brother build this cool elevated platform in the weird corner of their living room that we decided to calll cuddle corner (partly because our kindergarden had an area called 'Kuschelecke' = cuddle corner) and i decided it needed this hardcore grannycore pillow

also please just focus on the embroidery and not my pillow sewing skills scince my sewing machine and me still dont talk to each other

Phone broke down gradually over the day. It's my lifeline not just outside but whenever I do something where I could get stuck or injured (baths and cooking for example). Eventually remembered stuff about a bad charge.

So plan A: replace the cable, plan B: replace the battery. Both on hand because lifeline.

I stress crocheted a simple (messy) shawl for this robot gal from the old usb cable wires. Designed to be undone when my tension is better or with wider stitches so it can be just green white and black.

My second crochet made 'thing' is a cyberpunk grannycore wrap. Or as I like to call it y2k low budget sci-fi hacker wear. They loved a macramé/braided wire belt along with haircuts that looked like they were done by four year olds, with random dyed strands.

Working with wire was tough on the fingers but actually not bad as an experience with no strands to snag and clear stiff stitches. I work at the desk and close to the chest to minimise shoulder injury.

Plan A worked. 😁 Elle got a wrap.

S-Class Heroine - Differences between the webtoon and webnovel (Seasons 1 & 2)

*Please note that I haven't read the webnovel portions for many parts of season 1 of the webtoon.

In the webtoon, Bia says "when you get back from the Vatican, you need to tell me your real age, re-turn-ee".

In the webnovel, Bia realises that her grandmother is wrong and that Ailette isn't a returnee/regressor. She correctly guesses that Ailette is a reincarnator. Her reasoning is that with Ailette's personality, there's no way she would have let them enter the dungeon to begin with, so Ailette cannot have experienced "Ailette Rodeline"s life firsthand before.

Ailette's sendoff to the Vatican

In the webtoon, there's this exchange:

"You worry too much dad, I'm not a kid anymore."

"But you are a kid..."

"Oh... that's right."

This is webtoon-only and not present in the webnovel.

Toy Mansion Arc

1) Hestio

In the webtoon but not the webnovel, he's the one to notice Tesilid fall behind both times.

2) The food Ailette gives Tesilid.

When Ailette offers Tesilid food, she offers proper sandwiches, not macaroons. She's a proper grannycore food giver, come on, she's not going to give sweets to a starving child who hasn't had lunch. She only offers the macaroons when they're inside the dungeon, and after Tesilid has eaten his main meal.

3) Tesilid uses Ailette as a monster repellent.

He discovers early on that the monsters don't attack her (she has the passive skill that scares the undead). He never says his motivation out loud, but he's never shy about sticking close to her.

4) Tesilid's reaction to Divine Advent.

In the webnovel, it's noted that Tesilid seems embarrassed about having earlier told Ailette that "you're not a saint or anyone special, so you don't have to be a hero". This is skipped over in the webtoon.

Finding Ailette's mom and grandpa (Black Salt Dungeon)

1) Ailette yelling "Free loot, here I coooome!!" while she enters the dungeon is webtoon-only. The order in which Agnes' request (to retrieve the expeditions' remains) and Lord Voice telling her about the unclaimed loot is reversed. In the webnovel, Agnes' request comes first and Ailette's reaction to Lord Voice is to just internally go, "oh there's no question about it then, I'm going." I think the webtoon is funnier for it.

2) In the webtoon, Ailette trips over Heathfenrir. In the webnovel, he appears as a zombie-like figure staggering towards her and then he collapses. The "i need food... muscle loss..." thing proceeds like in the webtoon. They relocated to a cave to eat. Heathfenrir also shared that his prepared food ran out almost immediately, and he survived for 2 months by eating the beasts in the dungeon. But once he entered the salt storm, he lost his sense of direction and couldn't find any edible beasts. Ailette also reveals that she and her father are behind the Rodel alchemist brand.

3) Webnovel-only details for Elthea's backstory:

a) When Ailette offers Heathfenrir more food, he gets fiercely reminded of Elthea offering him gingerbread cookies in his office while stammering. He sniffles while eating Ailette's food.

b) The fake daughter didn't just resemble Heathfenrir's lover, she was also frail and sickly. This contributed to Heathfenrir's favouritism because it tickled his protective instincts. And because she was frail, it's not like he could have pushed the fake daughter as much as he did for Elthea anyway.

c) Heathfenrir could recognise Elthea's mana and swordsmanship in the landscape. He inferred that she must have singlehandedly stopped the dungeon burst and died a hero's death. Which means that Hearthfenrir was there for that long hoping only to retrieve Elthea's body. (and because he was lost.)

4) Ailette wakes up in the dungeon. They have breakfast together where Ailette catches her mom up on how the family has been doing. Elthea also explains how she met Leonard

5) It's revealed that Agnes and Heathfenrir were rivals in the Knight Academy. Agnes didn't recognise Heathfenrir until he introduced himself properly, but she didn't like him even before that lol.

Grandpops dealing with Hakeem Samartan

This gets completely glossed over in the webtoon and we only know that Hakeem Samartan was somehow dealt with and expelled from a newspaper headline.

In the webnovel, it gets a pretty sizeable mini-arc. Several characters from the Golden Ivory Tower gets introduced, including the head, the youngest disciple who's also some intelligence guild heir, and another ex-Sage who had previously been expelled when he tried to defend Ailette's dad.

Grandpops also uses a torture method on Hakeem. It uses aura to dramatically increase a person's five sense excluding sight, causing sensory overload that drives them insane. It's also passed down the family. This is plot relevant to a part in Season 3 that was cut out of the webcomic anyway.

The hellfire demon's introduction to the farm

His dream of being a farmer was overlooked in the webtoon, where he just seemed to be happy with being on a farm simply because it's a better work environment. No, he actually wanted to work on a farm before he winded up at Rodrigo's mansion. I think it's so cute how both he and the skeleton prince got to do exactly what they always wanted in a massive stroke of luck

Hestio and Ephael sneak Tesilid food in prison

They massacred Hestio in the webcomic!!! (link) Please please please read webnovel chapter 58 !!

Before Tesilid picks up the Holy Sword

Tesilid pauses before he picks up the sword, and asks Aillette to take care of him in the event that he turns evil. Ailette replies that it won't happen. "Do you trust me?" / "Yes" / "Then I must repay your trust".

After he picks up the sword, they also share a celebratory toast using potions before opening the exit gate.

She has a really good relationship with her mom and stepdad, very loving. She doesn't talk to her dad as much since she hasn't seen him in years.

ADHD is her worst one, had a hard time keeping her mind on one path. Other than that she suffers from depressive episodes.

Ellie is pretty laid back and chill. She's more of the motherly type and will take on that role most of the time at family gatherings. Not much of the party/drinking type, is definitely the person making friends with the dog at any sort of party. That doesn't mean she doesn't know how to have fun, but just prefers to be herself around people she knows. Isn't afraid to speak her mind if the situation calls for it, but is usually the quiet one that observes. That being said she's usually the jokester type in her friends group, as well as the one most come to for advice.

Her childhood was very sheltered, until it was all flipped upside down. She went to public school for a few grades but went back into homeschooling eventually. She doesn't really have any awkward teen memories unless she counts her first kiss.
