I wanted to draw something more domestic and so I went for a lazy Sunday afternoon the family spends together. Domestic Briefs family ftw! ☕🎮

Luz finds out about Beardo Philip’s fanart and fanfiction of the Lord and tricks him into showing Camila.

Little did she know that even though he was shy in showing her, Camila ended up loving them, even calling them lovely.

So now Philip has someone he can express his Jesus crush one without being mocked for it (much to Luz’s dismay)

Camila: (She's silently reading the last chapter of one of Beardo Philip's Bible fics.)

Beardo Philip: (His visage appears calm, but internally, he's shaking like a winter leaf.) So, (he clears his throat and tries to sound more confident), what do you think?

Camila: (She reads the last sentence and looks to Philip) What did I think? (She closes his diary).

Beardo Philip: (He gulps).

Luz: (In her mind) Ohohoho, here we go. She totally hated it.

Camila: (She beams) ¡Es fantástico! I loved it!

Luz: (Shocked) You WHAT? M-MAMÁ ?!

Beardo Philip: (Is surpised) You-You did?

Camila: (She nods) Sí ! I find it very lovely that you managed to take your faith and turn it into a wonderful work of fiction!

(She let's out a small giggle) You know, I used to write a lot of fan adventures about Cosmic Frontier with Manny when we were in college.

We were so fond of our stories that we shared them with other fans at cons.

(She sighs and smiles at the memory, knowing that she still has the journals that they wrote their fics in safely stored in the basement.)

Camila: (To Philip) I'm not the most informed on the Bible, but maybe we can write a story about someone in it together! You could even teach me a few stories.

(She hands Philip back his diary before shining him a kind smile.)

If that's alright with you. (Her smile grows playful, but still remains kind) Based on what I read, it seems Jesus is your favorite, right?

Beardo Philip: (His face quickly turns red-hot, sweat beads trickling down his features. His forelock goes limp and becomes a wet noodle sticking to his forehead [it looks similar to the one he had when he was a kid, lol] ).

Th-That's correct! And it would be a great honor to write with you! I'll ensure that I share all my knowledge about the word. Does... tomorrow sound like a good day to begin? If not, of course, then that's fi--

Camila: Sure, it's a date!

Luz: D-DATE?! (Her jaw drops and is now stuck to the ground, making it impossible for her to object to this collaboration.)
