being on this platform for as long as i have, it makes me sad to see how slowly it’s dying. i remember back then even the least quality content would get 1000+ notes. now quality content barely makes it to 100 notes. no one really interacts with anyone anymore. notes used to be full on discords and were always fun to read, and users would leave cute little positivity tags… now no one even adds anything other than their reblog tags. it just makes me sad to see how slowly this site has lost everything i loved about it and made it unique.

guys I had this realization the other day that Redwall works really well for reading aloud, and kinda half-remembered something about the author reading to kids? So I looked it up to see if I had made a connection.

And it turns out, yes, actually, because he read aloud to kids at a school for the blind. But all the books they gave him to read were depressing. So he wrote Redwall, a story about heroism and courage and making it through struggles, and filled it with so many sensory, visual details so he could give them something better and I just-- that's so wholesome-- help

Was in the middle of drawing hugs (which will be posted eventually) when I got hit by an idea that had Stan ending up in the hospital and Ford being an absolute emotional wreck (as expected). No backstory on what happened with Stan but drew up ideas while they’re in the hospital. They’re both ok after everything (cuz duh, this is me we’re talking about lol)
