oh probably also would be helpful to remember that this time last year was the second worst time of my entire life. or maybe tied for the worst? idk I can't remember it well enough lmao. but worse for specific triggers that would show up more in my body than my brain without me noticing. so like maybe I'm having some real Moments about my bodily autonomy and general agency and just. aauuugghhhhh. I really hate this actually. I hate what I had to go through last year. I had what I was put through by my rapist 6 years ago.
