He always seems to take an interest in her life and occasionally brings her things for her nephew. Anything beyond is really none of her business. If she finds any food stashed around the townhouse, she simply cleans around it, quietly replacing anything that's gone bad. Her employer is kind and pays well. Discretion is simply a part of the job.

it's sound weird, but i have headcanon that Hunter didn't go hexside, because he too old to shool(according to my feelings, at the end of the he is 16-17 y.o (except for the post-credits scene), and at that age it is already too late to go to school):p

i mean, well- in my opinion he rather certainly did go to hexside, since one of the things he'd said during his TTT monologue was "i'd like to attend hexside like a normal student and play flyer derby with my friends" and all of his "wishes" were supposed to sort of foreshadow his goals and his future (carving palismen, studying wild magic, etc etc) so i feel like it's safe to say he succeeded in becoming a hexside student as well. we also know he attended grom with the rest of his friend group, and like- since he's 16 before the timeskip (no canon certainty whether he's recently turned 16 or is going on 17 already though, but like... around 16 canonically) that means he'd get at least 1 year of school, but most likely 2+.

my personal headcanon is that he went to hexside for around 2 years (full or not quite, depending on when the school year starts in the boiling isles and how long it lasts; possibly even 3), and during that time he picked up a mentorship/apprenticeship at del's palisman carving shop, and after he graduated from hexside he started carving palismen professionally with the clawthornes (i like to think that he also takes some courses at eda's wild magic university in his spare time, simply cuz . funny uni hexsquad shenanigans)

No but actually coming from someone with fine wavy/curly hair who had some hair loss and lots of issue I really and truly wish I could sit down and talk with Chan because he really needs someone who understands curly hair to get him some products and show him what to do and he also needs to stop using heat. I actually got the opposite impression. I thought Kim would be a very picky eater but would not admit that to save his life. Like the kinda guy who’ll eat anything if he has to but there’s very little he actually enjoys and so he grew up thinking that food sucks and rarely tastes good cause children tend not to have the autonomy to eat things they actually like or even figure out what they like unless they have incredibly patient and understanding caregivers

It just wants to get stronger to beat Juliana and to take the league club seriously. Plus I think it's anger at people is pretty reasonable? I don't really see any issues.

Now I would be upset if they didn't cast Evrart as a plus size man but would not be too upset if he was played by the same person as Lazlo from "What We do in the Shadows." He is mid to plus size but it not as much love cushion as our Boi Evrart

deeply amusing to me that at the end of a "good" durge playthrough, gale is the only origin character that actually has a real home to return to.

spawn astarion is free for the first time in 200 years, but also now homeless, forced to either retreat to the underdark with the other spawn or remain aboveground as a nighttime adventurer.

rebel lae'zel is off who the hell knows where, probably sometimes in the astral plane, constantly on-the-run from vlaakith's warriors.

blade of avernus wyll and karlach are stuck in the Hells together, probably also constantly on-the-run.

selunite shadowheart has a dead family and the only friend she knows from her past is still a sharran, so she just goes and wanders the world.

and resistant durge themself is basically in the same boat as shadowheart, remembering next to nothing about their past, haunted by their crimes, no where to return to.

meanwhile gale gets done killing the netherbrain and gets to be like Well. i'm gonna go back to my tower and read a book or whatever. and i'm not even dying anymore. he just Wins.

     It's not quite a confession. Shion says it plainly. Each motion of his hands comes clean as though swinging a sword, stating a fact more than he is baring his face. The light from their campfire paints those shapes in splotches of shadows along the ground: shaky, where Shion isn't. Where Shion won't let himself be.

     The words don't linger in the silence so much as they are hung there.

     Link's brow furrows. Burdened by the complete reverse, it's a loss he's entirely unfamiliar with. But he knows the weight of its scope as intimately as he does the weapons on his back, and the pang of something stinging in sympathy rolls down from his shoulders to the base of his spine. It allows him to imagine. More than anything, it allows him to be convinced.

     I've lost things too, he doesn't say. That's not something he'd wanna hear right now if he were Shion. It's another point where their stories are connected though, more hardship intertwined, and — between the two of them — Link's starting to think this is just part of what it is to be a hero.

     Losing things.

     He nods, a solemn acceptance of Shion's truth. Then he glances away for a moment, pinching at his fingertips and gnawing on a piece of his lower lip, before he looks back at his companion.

     "I...got tol'," he starts, drifting into quiet again to try signing the rest: "you were sleeping. Very long. Very deep."
