i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

I am not kidding when I say that fandom has been a life saving force for me so many times. Having a community of people with the same weird little hobby is a source of joy and relief and a much needed escape from the horrors we face out in the real world. i don’t want to add to the discourse but as much as people wanna argue on here about ace Vik and all that shit it’s honestly been really nice seeing so much fanfic and smut that actually acknowledges disabled conditions and makes accommodations for them like usually disabled characters are cast aside or their disabilities are cast aside and smut is written with them completely fine or they’re just considered unfuckable and that they aren’t dating anyone or they’re labeled as ace (which is a big reason why i don’t like that headcanon for Vik personally i think the claim for the creator comes from an inherent place of homophobia and prejudice) so it’s been really cool to see so much representation and no one ignoring especially Vik’s disabilities but Jayce’s leg as well like yeah put your little gay ship in braces together and then they kiss and fuck nasty !!

An “what if there’s a pizzaplex location in China” au

They're an Eclipse, but you can just call them Wu Dan

They are a theater bot from the Shanghai pizzaplex, they play the Wu Dan role (female warrior/fighter role) in Traditional Chinese opera. They can sing they can dance, they perform with a spear, and they do Bian Lian mask trick.

Most time they stay as Eclipse but if needed they can switch between Sun and Moon on command. As the picture shows, the red mask is Sun, the Blue mask is moon, the split face is when both are up but not in sync, they can’t stay like that for long it burns their battery, and the white face is Eclipse

Sun is more hot headed and extroverted, Moon is more ‘hohoho I’m evil’ and introverted, when split face, they’re mostly having a fight and they use their traits against each other, when Eclipse, their traits are combined creating an neutralized version of themselves
