sleipnirs survival verse isnt so much them surviving bc they just end up dying eventually but after the battle with barnabas theyre still alive and begging clive to just. end them. bc they dont WANT to live without barnabas but

clive just takes pity on them and takes them to the hideaway, much to their irritation, and both of them soon find that they have the same bond that sleipnir did with barnabas since clive now has odin (though to a much lesser degree)

sleipnir...then..pretends that theyre turning a new leaf bc theyre still in contact w/ ultima who comes to them as barnabas in their dreams bc ultima is a BITCH. anyways. sleipnir may or may not start catching feelings for clive depending, but does actually start to enjoy their time in the hideaway. however, they ultimately cant just. resist ultima sooo

they end up disappearing before clive goes to origin. everyone thinks they just ended up running off but no. nasty surprise when clive gets there is that he now has to fight sleipnir before going into that final chamber. which is now more difficult than it was bc of that ✨️special bond✨️ but hes got no choice and wins once again and sleipnir finally gets to die the end
