Luigi was just trying to get his brothers hat back, but the bully had other plans. One hit was all it took for Mario to get involved. Chased down from school, they were at a dead end. Mario whirled around throwing his arm in front of his little brother he snarled as his eyes met the bully's

If anyone's' getting punched its going to be the bully with the bat. He's got one shot! Mario thought. Glowering at the bully he silently challenged him.

"M-Mario, maybe we shouldn't-"

"I got this Weegie, nobody hits my brother and gets away with it." Mario scowled, squinting his eyes, his left eye twitching and throbbing from its hit prior. "Come at me!"

"Id listen to that little shit brother of yours." The bully spat, the bat he held lifted in the air before landing in the guys palm, a threatening grin shown on his face, though Mario wasn't phased nor was he good a listening to really anyone, especially when it comes to his little brother.

Mario glowered at the bully, "I was never the one to listen, so shut up and fight or put the bat between your legs and leave us alone."

That snapped the bully up straight curling his lip a growl surfaced through his throat. "You asked for it Mario."

Mario made a humph sound. "Finally."

"Mario please-" Luigi begged but Mario wasnt listening, the events from earlier replayed in his head making his drive increase, he's making sure that bully's face feels just as much pain as he does.

Fists up, Mario got into another fighting stance, standing in front of his frightened brother.

Dick hums the same little tune every time he visits Jason’s grave. When Jason returns as Red Hood his first play is to capture Nightwing, Batman’s star pupil, his golden boy. While he’s waiting for Bruce to react, Jason hums it to himself. Nightwing goes still, a moment before he breaks free of his bindings and pins Jason to the wall, snarling “how do you know that song?” Jason blinks at him a few times before responding, surprisingly, both because he’s caught off guard by Dicks reaction and because, well… it’s the truth. “My big brother used to sing it to me. While I slept.”

I headcanon that Commander Wolffe and Commander Fox do this since they were tubies 🫠 Wolffe knows exactly how to get his brother to let off some steam! And Fox would never admit, but no matter how stressed he is, he plays along because it's one of the rare chances to get Wolffe chuckling! 🤩

More Dunk and Egg fanart, featuring Dunk, Egg, and Aerion Targaryen from The Hedge Knight! I went a little further with the stained-glass style this time, and I'm happy with how it turned out! Especially Aerion's cloak, which is supposed to be fully black if I remember right; I added in the fiery colours just to help it pop XD

Also, the dragons here aren't actually there - it's meant to symbolize the Targaryens fighting (over Dunk hahaa)! The designs are based on the descriptions of their dragon eggs; Aerion's is gold and silver, and veined with red, while Egg's is white and green, all swirly. And the tree in the back is meant to represent Dunk :'''D

RISE FANS! Please take note!

Twitter hosted another Q & A With Ron Corocillo, and he confirmed that Rise’s BEST chance is for us to keep up the love for it. Right now, the most important thing we can also do is buy the TMNT 40th Anniversary comic, the comic that has Andy Suriano’s Rise of the TMNT comic in it!

No joke, a series will ONLY ever come back if the fan base stays alive, if we invite more fans in and keep up the love. Even though Clone High didn’t do too well, it was brought back because a fan base sprang up out of nowhere on Tik Tok. Studios saw that that there was a demand and they gave in. Rise’s creators want to do more with it, and so does the cast!

In fact, it’s becoming apparent that Rise fans are the most vocal group supporting the 40th anniversary comic. Not just me, but also the image below, when I went to buy the comic and told the worker at the store that I was only there for one version, she said, “Ah, you’re here for Rise, huh.”

SO KEEP UP THE LOVE FOR THE SHOW AND SUPPORT THE COMIC! LET’S GET. IT. DONE! And stick it to those haters!
