Family Photo! This is Irep's graduation photo from Spellementary!

Shortly after this, he had originally planned to go to Anti-Fairy School to finish the rest of his education. Most Fairies tend to split up after Spellementary, to specialize their individual magic, and learn more about their own cultures and worlds.

However, an incident occurred at the Pixies' Academy, resulting in several fairies being severely injured. Even though Irep wasn't there to see it, he was switched from Anti-Fairy School to a private Boarding school instead. Irep doesn't care much for it, but Anti-Cosmo was very bitter that his son had to switch schools.

My favorite thing about the dragon slayers is that they are all dumbasses. Some hide it better than others but when you put them together one brain cell bounces between them. Especially Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel together. They reach peak dumbass together.

OK OK it's so hard to choose for fairy tail redesigns because I am obsessed with your redesigns in general lol so I know it's gonna be good. Because I can't choose: cobra or a sabretooth member would be fab!!

I'm going to be completely honest and say I do really like a lot of the original sabertooth designs. Sting specifically might be my favorite character design mashima has ever made. That said, rogue really wasn't not for me. I can't tell if it was the design or my tastes that are the issue here. I think one day I'll go in and sketch the rest of the competing team in my style with some tweaks.

One day I will draw Cobra. I do largely like his designs even if they're safe for mashima.

You know people complain a lot about how NaLu never sails but I don’t think that we appreciate Fairy Tail as a series where romance basically never happens.

The only ships I can think of being portrayed as explicitly romantic—even if they never actually happen they’re clearly meant to be interpreted as romantic—are Gray/Juvia, Elfman/Evergreen, Jellal/Erza, Levy/Gajeel,,,, literally wracking my head and I can’t think of anything else. Which yeah four main ships sounds like a lot but there are so many characters in Fairy Tail they introduce new people every arc and most of them come back later. All of them have fans that adore them. And these are the only real ships I can think of.

Maybe Erik/Kinana? But I don’t remember ever seeing that confirmed in the anime. I think it might’ve been said in 100yq but idk I never got very far.

Anyway my point is romance is basically never the main focus and that’s such a breath of fresh air. And the ships that are there never really feel like they’re just there to be ‘in love’ their relationship always has some weight to it

Gruvia is is I think the worst of them and even then Gray means a lot to Juvia in a real way outside of her nonsensical obsession with him, he chased the rain away and that’s significant.

It’s just like,,, idk. Media is always so romance focused and it’s so nice to have something that isn’t. I think that’s why I keep going back to it
