(( Had a thought earlier while thinking about Webbedphantom's spider-joker that the Spider Society would DESPISE more than one of my old muses

I've got a heavily au Hershel Layton who has a habit of accidentally tripping into other worlds - he'll turn a corner and just suddenly be in another world (an explanation for how he meets other people muses turned funny character quirk). It's gotten to the point where he can more or less do it on command, and treats it like Just Another Day when it happens to him. Not to mention their little 'back to your own world' machine might bluescreen on him since he's grown up in no less than FOUR different realities.

And worse is my Hat In Time cut content boy, Moonjumper, who actively hops from world to world stealing things and causing general mayhem.

I couldn't stop thinking about VAL listening to Shrue's radio speech when she confronts Carson, and wondering just how many times she listened back to that recording while waiting for him. Did it bring her some comfort, to listen to someone else's last words as she waited to speak her own? Did she feel a little less alone, keeping company with another ghost that hasn't realised it's already dead?

The worst thing Miguel and Jessica did to Gwen wasn't even threatening to send her home if she ever visits Miles, it's forcing her to choose their side during the chase scene and make Miles never want to see her again and once the chase scene ended they kicked her out. That's the kind of evil that the Spot was trying so hard to become.
