La seta trompeta negra es una variedad de hongo muy apreciada en la gastronomía, conocida por su sabor intenso y textura delicada. Aquí te dejo una receta sencilla pero deliciosa para disfrutar de estas setas:

Salteado de Trompeta Negra con Ajo y Perejil

Ingredientes:

250 g de setas trompeta negra

3 dientes de ajo

2 cucharadas de perejil fresco picado

3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra

Sal y pimienta al gusto

Un chorrito de vino blanco (opcional)

Limón (opcional)

Instrucciones:

Limpieza de las setas:

Limpia cuidadosamente las setas trompeta negra. Puedes usar un cepillo suave o un paño húmedo para quitarles la tierra, evitando mojarlas demasiado ya que absorben agua fácilmente. Si es necesario, pásalas brevemente bajo un chorro de agua y sécalas con papel de cocina.

Preparar los ingredientes:

Pela y corta los dientes de ajo en láminas finas.

Pica finamente el perejil fresco.

Cocinar las setas:

En una sartén grande, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio.

Añade los ajos y dóralos ligeramente, sin que se quemen.

Agrega las setas trompeta negra. Cocínalas a fuego medio-alto durante unos 5-7 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Verás que las setas sueltan algo de agua. Espera a que el líquido se evapore.

Agregar el vino blanco (opcional):

Si decides usar vino blanco, añade un chorrito a la sartén cuando las setas hayan soltado su agua y esta se haya evaporado. Cocina durante un par de minutos más para que se evapore el alcohol.

Sazonar:

Añade sal y pimienta al gusto.

Retira del fuego y espolvorea el perejil picado por encima.

Servir:

Puedes servir las setas con un chorrito de limón si deseas un toque cítrico. Este plato es perfecto como acompañamiento o como parte de una tapa.

Sugerencias:

Puedes acompañar este plato con pan tostado o usar las setas como parte de un plato de pasta o risotto.

Si prefieres, puedes añadir un toque de nata para crear una salsa cremosa.
