Today we bring you a special utterly delicious creamy pudding made from the blend of rice and mango...Mango Phirni ❤️ . . By @manasidubey . . Follow @bodybananna for more such enticing recipes. Please share it with your friends and family to recreate this magic —— Recipe of this delectable dessert ▶️Soak rice in water for 30 minutes ▶️Take a litre full cream milk and boil ▶️Meanwhile grind the soaked rice to form a thin paste by small addition of water ▶️To the boiling milk, add the paste of rice on low stove and keep stirring ▶️You can add some cashew paste too at this stage if you wish, but it's totally optional ( take some soaked cashews and grind till smooth ) ▶️Meanwhile cut 2 ripe mangoes and grind them as well but keep it little chunky ▶️Keep stirring till the rice in milk is cooked would take around 15 minutes ▶️Then turn off the stove and let it cool down for 2-3 minutes and add the grinded mangoes and stir well ▶️Add cardamom powder, and turn on the flame on low for a while ▶️After 3-4 minutes add 100 gms sugar and stir well ▶️Keep cooking till the mixture thickens ▶️Once the mixture is the right consistency turn off the stove. Here comes a sustainable dish where you can transform your left-over wheat chapatis to mouth watering Tacos ♥ So what's here to wait, share and tag your friends to utilise this food hack Cc : @purukitchen . . . . Ingredients > 6 Left over Chapatis (or you can make fresh but half cooked) > Kidney beans stuffing (In a Pan, sauté chopped onions. Add boiled 1 Cup kidney beans, 1/4 Cup sweet corns. Mix them. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic powder. Mix well) > Taco salad (1 Chopped tomato, 1/2 Chopped onion, lime juice, pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well) > Avacado Paste (Mash 1 ripe Avacado, squeeze some lime juice, salt and red chilli powder) > Grated Mozzarella Method : 1. In a pre heated oven, Bake left over Chapatis for 8 min at 350F. 2. Take the baked Chapati or taco shell, fill it first with kidney beans stuffing. 3. Then pour some mayo or sour cream 4. Add some taco salad. 5. Add avacado paste on one side and grated cheese on other side. And that’s it. .
