We add that flower on rice too! We used to make it at home to give it a blue color.

It still tastes like regular rice, only with a very subtle sweetness to it.

Later in the evening, I went back to the same Korean/Japanese fusion stall to buy their bento for dinner. The pan-fried blue mackerel in mum’s Saba Fish Bento is considerably bigger than those from other competitors and just as cheap if not cheaper than them. I had the Teriyaki Chicken & Saba Fish Bento which gives me the best from both worlds.

Dinner is not from the usual Japanese/Korean fusion stall across the street but from the Koufu (口福) food court at Sun Plaza. Mum had the Hotplate Saba Fish Set minus the hotplate when doing takeaways. I took the Hotplate Saba Fish & Chicken Set with rice, kimchi and spicy anchovies.

-It's fun to act as a naturally gifted former idol while incorporating my love for dancing and singing!-

Nice to meet you, I'm GozyuLeon and Byakuya Rikuo's Suzuki Hideharu! My special skills are dancing and baseball, and my hobbies include sketching and singing. For my role, Rikuo's character is that he's a naturally gifted former idol, so there are scenes where I have to dance and sing, but it's fun being able to incorporate what I love doing into my acting. When I read the script for the first time, there were alot of pretentious lines that I myself wouldn't normally say, so I got the impression that I had to go all out with my performance. Still, I now feel like I'm able to create Rikuo's character by making use of the "idol potential" that I have within me. What I'm conscious of when playing Rikuo is the fact that he's a narcissistic and confident person, and I try to express those traits by incorporating arm and leg movements into my lines, as if to make it seem like he was striking a pose. Also, I began to take care of my skin when I started playing Rikuo. I'm doing my best with skin care and inner care, but I'm happy to see the results gradually appearing. I'll continue to aim for having number one beautiful skin! (laughs).

Rather than being friends, the Gozyugers work together to achieve their own respective goals, but outside of filming, we're very good friends that talk all the time in the waiting area and meet up in our private time. The other day, when they were watching the scene where Rikuo sings and dances, everyone called out to me with, "That was really good, just like an idol!"

In episode 6, there's a scene where the Gozyugers play house. Playing house was fun and memorable as I got to act as a character different from the Rikuo I usually play. Everyone else also seemed to be having alot of fun, so I'd be happy if you make sure to pay attention to it!

Q: In relation to Number One Sentai, what are you most into these days?

A: I'm hooked on drinking miso soup every morning (laughs). Even if I have to get up really early in the morning for filming, I try to wake up abit earlier so I can make time to drink some. It's not just a single dish in my breakfast plan, as all I'll drink before heading to the shoot is miso soup, so my stomach ends up feeling empty (bitter smile).

Number One Shot!!: This photo was taken when I received a GozyuLeon sofubi! I had a full day of interviews on that day, but it was a valuable time for me, as over the course of the interviews, I was able to rethink what kind of character Byakuya Rikuo is, as well as my own goals! _

-My dream of transforming came true-

After secretly planning for a lengthy amount of time, Suga finally transformed into a Kamen Rider in episode 27! I would overhear people saying, "If you keep bringing it up, there's a possibility that it could happen," so little by little, I would regularly express my desires with, "I wonder if I can transform~," but each time, I was shrugged off by the Producers and Directors with, "We're not so sure about that~" (laughs). I personally had no idea how developments would unfold until I received a script, so it really felt like a dream come true. I'm sure there were quite a few times where Suga made the viewers feel like, "This guy's definitely doing something behind the scenes." However, I myself had no intention of performing with the goal of using hints to stir up the story. After all, I didn't know what future scripts held. As I play the role of Suga, I keep in mind that "he's someone who prioritizes his own interests over those of humans," and that "he's an anomaly in Gavv's world." In the script for episode 27, there was a piece of paper tucked inside of it written by Scriptwriter Komura Sensei. It was almost like an "additional explanation of the role," in which she detailed Suga's general beliefs and ideology. As you can imagine, I was surprised and was like, "Is this the time for that?!" (laughs), but I didn't think "I wish I was told this from the start," rather, I was truly grateful that I could use that paper as a clue to answer my own questions. It made me feel that the way I've been performing up until now wasn't wrong.

Now that it's become clear that Suga was the one who created Dark Shouma, he has to take on everyone's hatred, including Hanto's, and even more troublesome developments await him going forward. The relationship between Nyelv and Suga I refer to as "the experimentation club" (laughs), so please also pay attention to his club partner Nyelv's future actions!

Q: What do you want to accomplish this year?

A: I'd like to perform in as many of the upcoming Gavv events, films and V-Cinexts as possible! The reason I say this is because for my role as Suga, I've had very few opportunities to leave his lab, so the number of actors I've performed with has been limited. When I previously participated in the "Super Hero Festival," I had lots of fun meeting all kinds of people. It made me feel like, "I've been so lonely…!" (laughs). So, I hope to have more opportunities to perform with everyone!

Off Shot: The Bakemagnum is the item that allows Suga to transform into Kamen Rider Bake. For some reason, it didn't feel like it was my first time holding something like that…it looked as if I were to crank it and shoot, it would shout out "XX Bang!"… (laughs).
