against all odds i finished my maya in time for the convention :D
didn't get to finish the gakuran that goes with jun but here he is too (pretend it's his summer uniform!!). and i also found a tatsuya cosplayer!!! he's @capygaaracos on ig ^^

Birthmas manga and merch haul
#prince's talk tag#this was the stuff I bought when I went to the city two days ago for my bday#it was a great day i bought so much b.l. and s.tar r.ail stuff#i did make a mistake on my part bc usually i buy one shots#bc i know its only one book instead of having to worry about an unknown number of volumes#i dont always follow this but i try to stick to one shots when buying b.l.#but with one of them i think i was really into the blurb that i failed to see the 1 on the cover indicating therell be more#eeh its fine if i like ill just collect it#but the other ones i read the blurbs and went 'oooo interesting! add to cart' and then physically put it in my shopping basket#the light novel tho that was intentional i love that series and i wanna see how sayaka's middle relationship played out#bc it did not end pretty from what we learned from the main series#i do have to finish it im up to vol 6#the p.r.s.k. book i was not expecting to see at kino like i didnt know it existed. but its p.r.s.k. so ofc i bought it#and now the merch. kino had a table and wall dedicated to ge.npa.ct and s.tar r.ail (more the former than the latter)#but i went ham on the s.tar r.ail stuff when i saw faves 2 and 3 (they only had up to xi.anzh.ou characters‚ no pe.nac.ony)#but that was ok i bought what i saw#and they even had bookmark sized boards of the aeons so i got my faves#the cards in the last pic came in a box and at first i thought they were blind boxes so i bought two but both had the same cards in them#so imma give one to my cousin and kept one for myself#this was the only way pen.aco.ny characters were available and look its my number one fave!! hes going in my photocard book#so while i don't play ge.nsh.in anymore i do like the characters and the lore#and i like Alh.ait.ham so when i saw something with him on it and it was the last one they had i bought it#its a keychain and a standee so i have him sitting on my desk rn#and then i saw only one instance of mi.lgr.am merch in the form of those keychains so i bought two with expressions i like#they didnt gave 02‚ 03 or 04 tho i was curious what they looked like

im naming a new phenomenon we've noticed in our system. Body Blindness. if the fronter in question is too similar to the body (or they lack an appearance to the point they're not visible in headspace) nobody in-sys can tell who they are when they're in front. including themselves
#link keeps getting body blindness and it's so funny bc we also have a Mirror (aka: an 'introject' of the body in some way)#who stole the name link. specifically This Link's name and appearance. like specifically the only one we ended up introjecting#taryn wandered back into front (she's been in and out all day) and was like 'WAIT who stole front from me???'#and it took link himself like two full minutes to figure it out-#we have like. branched versions of mirrors#like. if Mirrors are basically AUs of the body. then the Mirrors then have their own AUs#and like. each of the mirrors has memories of their own version of earth so they Are Alternate Universe Versions technically#like- we have the Main Four that were the original mirrors the ones who originated the term#because we have Ruby- that of the Winter universe as we called it- and in a very elaborate dream that bled into headspace#they encountered who we eventually named Faydie (pronounced fay-dee) who is from the Summer mirror#in the dream there was a perfectly square room covered floor to ceiling in dark green paint with a mirror on each wall#and the winter and summer worlds were Parallel while fall and summer were Perpendicular to them#perpendicular universes have some few intersections but are largely completely different#like in link's world (fall) where they had a similar life to Ruby but they were amab and raised as a boy#but then when they grew up they ended up with the exact same flavor of nonbinary as ruby#and then Beatrice is from spring and she's like if the body grew up neurotypical and cishet (she's very sweet and nice)#but then we have later mirror Percy (from a Different earth; the one that eventually got named Paradox)#and Percy had a parallel world counterpart that. was NOT connected to the other Mirrors. only Percy#Percy was connected to both the older ones and this new one but the new one was only Percy's#and that became Ochre#and then from Percy ejecting the Echo half of them from their human body Maxwell was spawned- the human left behind#and from Maxwell. Nate. and nobody knows where the hell nate came from but nate is only maxwell's parallel#and All Of These People experience this!!#others include skip and the Voidthings and etho for some reason#its the white hair isn't it. yeah its the white hair

summer is hitting me something fierce and I want to do a beach episode because of it :( do you have any idea how much I love beach episodes :((((
#and movie nights#and slice of life filler#if it were up to me systema would be purely slice of life fluff#but with it also up to me i want it to be a dark thriller#sigh#anyway i live for fluffy shit#i can see it now#Eric? surfing. Sonia? getting a sick tan and being dumped into the water by Vincent#Amon? swimming. he is far. He is one with the water.#Nate? swimming then walking by the shore with sera. then going for some smoothies. he likes well rounded trips#sera? staying away from the water. and the sand. god this sucks. she would stay at the villa but the shore is nice to walk by#eventually she gets sick of it and flies around with a shorter nate in tow.#Strohl has blinded people#He still gets sunscreen for some odd reason.#he and katya lounge about before swimming a bit#Katya wears the most sunscreen to protect her career#sonia has a silent need to one up her so she tries being extra lavish and classy on this trip#rivalry stays strong even though shes over Strohl#Amon returns to the beach house covered in seaweed and with five ocean fish in tow.#Eric has surfed for a long while and vincent has enjoyed swimming and flying the day away#the men HUNGER#Nate has since cooked for everyone with Sera's help#Everyone enjoys a nice meal and then some with the fish amon caught#Adra made a ton of sandcastles with katyas help#etc etc etc etc etc#writing groups is fun#character interactions are endless#sera likes crabs and she enjoys observing the critters with her good eyesight#Shes never seen them before#Vincent does eventually tire of swimming to make a better and bigger sand fortress for adra

and i will say for a really. really long time. since 2018 to like. earlier this year i had assumed hated by life itself and hurting for a very hurtful pain were the same song. because they both got long titles and scrolling text in their PV thumbnails. i was really confused for like years as to why so many people were making brand new covers of this one decade old vy song. i didnt find out for a long time because i just never got around to clicking those videos orz
#i didnt mind but i had assumed cyber thunder cider was more popular#which i think it actually is but thats irrelevant because the song i was seeing so many covers of in like 2018-2020 wasnt even that song!!!#it was hated by life itself!!!! the videos black text on beige not even white text on black!!!! how did i confused that for so long#in my defence ive mentioned before that 2017-2019 is a blind spot for me that i am slowly discovering#so many hit songs came out those years. i was too busy starting university orz#im glad i clicked on randomly one day like half a year ago and discovered hated by life itself is a good ass song tho

day 12 was to draw what i saw out of a window
#sparks creations#30 day challenge#art#my window is Dirty#and its also cloudy and grey since it was raining all day yesterday#painting#it was nice :)#anyway this painting was TERRIFYINGLY stress free#maybe because i used multiple layers instead of doing my normal and using only one#i figured its my window is so cloudy/messy and its so grey you wouldnt be able to get any info about where i am#also because most of my window was covered by blinds#thats why the photo is from a lower perspective#i was too lazy to move them XD#the tree silhouette is what im the most proud of for some reason#it just looks nice :D#its been getting cooler outside recently and its very epic and awesome

first blueberry of june! :0
#was looking at the bushes covered in green and slightly purple berries and saw a big blue one#its still a tiny bit purple so i will save it for tomorrow or even the next day tonhave on my birthday lol#but maybe not bc there's tons of birds that nest around the blueberry bushes#most years the birds get 90% of the berries as soon as they're ripe lol#anyway#june!!! i love you june!!!!#best month by far#and now the disgusting heat wave has broken its real june weather (mid 70 degrees) 😌#and its weekend finally#and my eye surgery is done and they didn't accidentally blind me w the brught lazer that hurt and seemed so bright#i was like surely these eye shields arent in properly im gonna go blind from retina damage during this procedure for my corneas 😭#which was a genuine risk#and since i had the shields i was essentially blinded during the procedure so i couldn't tell if i'd be able to see when they came off lol#i made it!!#and its a lovely weekend in june <3#and there's cows outside#this has been a shitpost#personal#surgery 1 of 4 done!!!!
