Since his return to town, Rhys had already done some work for the local paper and the town with his photography. It helped him keep busy in between looking for a property or land to develop into a house as well as spending as much time as he could with his son. Walking around the festival area, his camera was strapped around his neck, while he snapped candid pictures of people enjoying the festivities. Pausing, he scrolled a little through the camera roll to double check the lighting and everything, before he got back into position. Focusing his lens on someone, he snapped a couple of photos, before he decided to approach them. "Hey--" He said, "I hope you don't mind, but I was hired to take some pictures of the festival and took some of you--" He turned the screen to show them. "If you want, I can delete them immediately."

Isla was standing in front of the ornament and wreath making booth, eager to attempt to try both, but not sure where to start. She didn't feel like she had a creative bone in her body, and watching the others didn't help seeing how talented they all were. "Gosh, these all look so amazing!" She stated, "I was keen to maybe try making a wreath for my house this year, but looking at all of these, I don't think I dare." She chuckled, before looking over at someone standing next to her.

Nick was supposed to drop something off for Millie at the theater, but when he got there he found himself all turned around. Despite the fact that he had been there a few times, he couldn't remember how to get backstage and he found himself standing in the lobby for a bit; hoping his youngest would answer his texts. Instead, someone else came from somewhere and he stopped the younger woman. "Excuse me, have you seen Millie Wagner anywhere? She's an actress here and I'm supposed to give her this costume piece she forgot. I'm here dad."

Diego was outside his home working on another car he was fixing up. It was one way he worked to make ends meet. He would fix up others' cars, do home repairs, and do other handyman type tasks. He had a friend ask to fix his car and Diego said yes to it. It was after school so he wasn't working and his son Dev was with his mother. He had music playing and was fixing the car as he moved along to the music at times. @blairehamilton

Max was at Aquatica with Esme today and was excited to have a good time with her. It was always a great time, and Max was happy to spend the day off with her. Esme was three and getting bigger every day. She was talking more and really seeing the world with her own eyes, and Max loved that. She was a sweet girl, too; she loved most people she knew. Today, she was the type of kid who said hello to everyone she passed by. "Esme shh people are here to watch, not to talk to you," he teased her with a tickle as she hurried over to see more fish to see Blaire standing by looking too, and Esme looked at her. "Mur maid?"  hi mer maid!"  that made Max hurry over. "Sorry," he chuckled, "she's into... talking right now.

While Prue may not have needed more books, she felt as if she didn't have anything to read since finishing the last one and none of the ones she did have didn't sound any good. At least for right now. So, here she was rummaging through the stacks of books at the bookstore looking for something that sounded decent enough to start. She went to reach for a book when someone else did at the same time and both had it. "Mind if I just read the back for second?"

kismet harbor's 100th annual winter festival - ornament and wreath making

Genoveva had worked in the morning, running the morning news as she did most days a week. She had taken a small nap after and was feeling energized to get out and explore Kismet Harbor's winter festival. Though it rarely snowed, she loved that Kismet Harbor still got very into the winter holiday with decorations and even providing fake snow for children and adults alike to get the experience of a full-blown winter. She always made an ornament and had decided to go to that first before getting something to eat. Genoveva was standing at the ornament selection and sigh passed over her lips. "I always have a such a hard time deciding what color to go with," she said to the person standing next to her. "What color are you thinking?"

On occasion, Gabriel found himself wandering. It was how he ended up at the best of places these days. When he found himself at the Bellevue hall, finding it to be open for public access, his attention was caught by a rather captivating smile. As if lured by a siren, Gabriel had walked into the direction of the voice, watching as the blonde was performing, or practicing? Either way, Gabriel was of the opinion that it was marvelous. When the song ended too soon, Gabriel snapped out of the trance, starting a slow clap for her. "Not to state the obvious, but you sound amazing." @blairehamilton

He strolled downtown with Tyler, just taking in the sights and seeing what was going on. He watched as all the Christmas and New Year's decorations that had filled the town were slowly being taken down as the year came to a close.

Batman had one of his own Christmas gifts-a stuffed pickle, of all things, which he adored, carrying it with him wherever he went, even on this walk through town. "Come on, boy," Tyler said, and they kept walking, but Batman stopped at the feet of Blaire, sitting down with his toy, eager to play.

"That was five in a row!" Teagan clapped her hands together, watching as bell landed in the cup effortlessly. Festivals had always been a really easy way for her to get into the Christmas spirit and while she wasn't one that hated the holidays, it had been a lot harder for her to get into the spirit this year. So the festival had come at the right time; and she was really enjoying the games and the things she'd experienced so far. Her hand shifted, tossing the bell as if it were a baseball and threw it overhanded, disappointed when she saw it land on the outside of the cup. "No, apparently I lost my streak." she exhaled. "Let's see how many more I can get and then we can switch if you want?"

"So who are you shopping for?" Courtney asked as she turned to Blaire beside her. She herself wasn't looking for anything really as she had done her shopping online, but she figured it couldn't hurt to look. Plus she figured, joining a friend would be fun for the day.

River was excited about the Winter Festival. He liked to be around people and see them having a good time. River wanted to see all the families have a great time and be happy they were with each other. He smiled as he looked around at the families and couples having a good time, and here he was, wandering around alone. He looked at the booths and saw one wasn't at busy at the moment so he walked up to the Ornament making booth just as someone else did, but there was enough room for them both "Ops sorry you first" he smiled at her as he let her sit first.

Jeremy may have been early for meeting Caleb at the festival and in the past he would've hated that. Actually, in the past, he would've tried to avoid the festival all together, but now here he was about to be one of those people who enjoyed going to this thing. Going from the man who just stayed at home to this was definitely something he was still getting used to, but he wanted to spend time with his son and he would make the most of it. Walking around, he spotted someone drop some cash as they went to pay for something and the man walked over to pick it up. "Excuse me. You dropped this." He held out the cash and smiled down at the woman.

Mabel had never been to a laundromat, but with her washing machine having been purchased and broken within the same month, there was little else for her to do while she was waiting for it to be repaired under warranty. She was waiting on her second load and had admittedly dozed off a little when someone had closed the door to their washing machine louder than was necessary. She took a deep breath, groggily looking around before her eyes fell on another woman. "Can I help folding? Before I fall asleep again." She chuckled, hoping her suggestion wasn't a rude one. @blairehamilton

It was nice to get out of the club, which was loud and hot. The cooler night air felt really good to Tyler at the moment. "Sure." he didn't really care if her place was messy or not. "I did just move, so it's not the best right now." he was a bit lazy and just taking his time unpacking his boxes. It was bad after a week; he hadn't moved that far, so he should have been done at this point. "Come on" he was buzzed maybe more drunk as he walked with her to his new apartment. He took a minute to get his keys out and open the door. Batman his dog came up to the door to greet them. "Hey boy!" he put his dog. "That's Batman, he's a good boy," he said, just walking with her to his soon. @blairehamilton

blaire stood up from where she had been seated and took his hand as he offered it. she followed him out of the club, sticking close just in case. " mine is a mess, so let's go to yours, " she said, hoping he could hear her over the sound of the music bleeding through the club doors and the outside street noise. part of her knew that going back to a guy she barely knew's home was a bad idea, but she also wanted to be able to leave when she wanted just in case things went south. if he went back with her to her place and decided that he didn't want to leave, it would be harder than just sneaking out in the middle of the night to get away. that was her buzzed logic, at least.
