alright so I attempted to contact Madoka again, and after around 18 minutes of listening to a binuaral beats video, I started to hear a deep, unclear voice murmuring something. It said “the beginning” and my mind filled in the gap with “the beginning of our friendship”. I tried to tell it to speak clearer and I could tell that it was trying. It also said “it’s my mission.” So if I was Madoka maybe it’s her mission to befriend me?

Deep Sleep Meditation - Sleep And Grow Rich
I hope you can join me on Saturday for a new meditation Sleep and Grow Rich premiering at 8 PM PST. I am using a new technique in this one, layering an activation into the track. One of the best uses of deep sleep programming is to adjust your wealth mindset.  Sometimes it is difficult to change our core beliefs about money.  By using sleep programming you can fundamentally alter your beliefs about money and develop a prosperity consciousness that will change the world around you.  Suddenly you will have new ideas and opportunities.  Large sums of money will begin to come to you increasing quantities from multiple sources on a continuous basis. In this deep sleep programming, I use sophisticated NLP patterns and techniques to induce a deep form of programmable trance that allows you to change your belief structures about money. This is incredibly effective. We used binaural double induction affirmations which is really effective to communicate with your subconscious mind and change deep belief patterns. One well-researched trance induction technique is when two therapists speak in both ears separately at the same time.  By doing so deep trance induction occurs quickly and it allows you to speak directly to the subconscious.  When you do this while sleeping it is incredibly effective. This meditation also uses a deeper layer of program by playing an wealth activation in one of the channels as the affirmations flow. I also use the distraction technique and hemispheric resonance with a number of different binuaral frequencies. I worked for several months to get this to effectively work. We use over 500 financial abundance affirmations both coming differently through both headphones.   Use this if you want to program a prosperity consciousness deep into your core identity. There is nothing you have to do simply sleep and grow rich Deep Sleep Meditation - Sleep And Grow Rich https://youtu.be/8w8eR8FZ2Js

A binaural beat is an auditory illusion of a tone that is created by two different tones. Binary beats were first first discovered in 1839 by a Prussian physicist, and meteorologist named Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He discovered that, tones slightly played at different frequencies to each ear produced the perception of a specific frequency within the head, based upon the other two frequencies each ear was hearing. This means if one ear was hearing a tone at the frequency of 200 Hz, and the other ear was hearing a tone at the frequency of 215 Hz, the individual would perceive the 15 hurts that separates both of them.

My top 3 calming music recommendations for anxiety (and just for relaxing)!
Apologises for the small hiatus! I was planning to post at least once a month, but December was extremely busy for me, as I’m sure it was for many others at Christmas time. However, I am back, and ready to continue with my little blog! Firstly though, I hope you had a lovely Christmas. If not, if it was hard for you, then well done on getting through it. It’s a new day now, a new year. Move forward with confidence!
I mentioned in one of my earlier posts that I would be recommending some calming music; the kind that is good when you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to meditate etc. I also like listening to this sort of music while I read too, as there aren’t any lyrics to be distracting, (although I knew a friend at university who could read through any noise, she was literally always reading!). It can also be good for when you’re just browsing the internet too!
youtube
This was one the first videos I discovered; the picture drew me to it, as the colour, nature and calm look of the woman looked nice before I’d even heard the music! I’d never really listened to the Harp before, but when I heard it here it surprised me how lovely sounding it actually is. For some reason I really love it! In this video it is also quite upbeat, as some of these types of ‘calming music’ can actually sound quite sad and perhaps have an opposite effect.
youtube
In another of my older posts, I talked about how much I like the sound rain, and how relaxing it is to me! This video is great therefore, as is combines relaxing music with nature sounds, including the sound of trickling water. There is also the Harp again here, but also other instruments/sounds including piano and flute. The music changes throughout the two hours as well; a lot of these types of videos loop the same 15-30 mins of music but not this one! It moves between upbeat music to more mellow which is nice. I like putting this one on while I’m reading or doing other chores, it’s nice to have in the background!
youtube
This one is slightly different from the first two in that it is ‘Binuaral’. I’m not that knowledgeable about Binuaral music, but apparently, just 15 minutes of listening a day can help alter your negative brainwaves, activate your chakras, and promote mental wellbeing as well as heal your body. Just search ‘binuaral beats for....’ and I’m sure you’ll find a video for some ailment. Skeptical? I wouldn’t blame you. They also have different frequencys, and some can not sound that good to certain people; so you might have to look around for a frequency that is comfortable for you to listen too (as you can see, this one is 432Hz). But I do find this type of music good for meditating as the continuous deep sounds are easy to focus on to clear your mind. They often don’t sound overly sad/happy but sit in a strange middle ground, so again, they are good for meditation when you are trying to clear your mind and find peace. This particular video has rain and thunder sounds as well, which is another reason I love it! This type of music in particular is good to listen to while you browse the internet, just because so say, you don’t have to be focused on it for it to do its thing.
If you try out any of these, let me know what you think! I hope they help in some way. Please feel free to recommend me any of your favourites too!
Hope you’re staying strong, positive, and happy friends! Stay jolly!

Modern science has found that sound can alter the brain waves and is a very helpful tool to relax and meditate. The soothing overtones of the singing bowls are extremely helpful to alter the brain waves and induce deep peace and tranquility in one's mind. The binuaral beats* it produces are very helpful to entertain the brain and take it to lower alpha and beta stages. It is said that “we are what kind of music we listen to”. In Nepal, from the very beginning sound was recognized as a medium of healing and was used in various shamanic rituals. To this day, bells, gongs, and sankas (conch shells) are played in all Hindu and Buddhist temples during prayer or while chanting mantras. These instruments are considered holy and are believed to awaken the Gods whose blessing will bring wellness and prosperity in one's life. We can see that most of the Hindu Gods and Goddesses have a musical instrument associated with them, which symbolizes the essence and importance of sound and music. @soundbathworld #luckythanka #singingbowl #sound #waves #heal #chakra #meditation #yoga #himalayas #cleansing #energyhealing #energize #sydney #soundbath #usa #australia #nepal @nantientemple #om #mothersday (at Kathmandu, Nepal) https://www.instagram.com/p/BxVybb0BUtq/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=13kbyli0ifc19

Note
I have personally used some binaural beats off and on for the past couple of years. I listen to them occasionally behind music, nature sounds or the guided meditation/anti-anxiety recordings I also listen to. Whether they help or not is always up for debate in my mind but it can be nice to have the constant sound of some of them to somewhat help distract me from any thoughts I may be having alongside any other recordings I enjoy listening to with them. They are nice to try if you haven't.
Hello!
Thanks for your story and perspective on the use of binaural beats during meditation.
Music is one of those things were we can break down the functions and explain why and how the music sounds the way it does. We can even explore the history of music and see how trends changed over time. However, where music seems to get ambiguous is through the feelings it can evoke. Whether through lyrics or instrumentation, etc., music has the ability to help communicate with your inner-self and ‘go through the motions’ of life. Whether you want to find peace through meditation, or feel other emotions like happiness or sorrow, music is a tool that can be used to aid in the process. Because of this, I think it is safe to draw the parallel that music is a type of art, where music goes beyond the functional elements of notes and chords and ends up ‘playing with your heart strings.’
Since the discovery of binaural beats in 1893 I think there remains some controversy as to whether they are music. Though binaural beats are soundwaves, can they be considered a form of music on their own? Or must they be paired with other sounds? This also begs the question, does music have to sound good for it to be considered music?
To elaborate, sirens are used in a functional way. They are a ‘sign post’ letting others know there is an emergency. In a way, binaural beats act as a sign post, preparing someone to enter into a meditative state. Though sirens arent a pleasant sound, we can find siren noises in certain pieces of music. Likewise, binuaral beats are unpleasant, but can be overlaid with instrumentation to be enjoyable.
On their own, would binaural beats provide an aesthetic experience to help communicate with your inner self? Or would they need to be paired with more familiar or pleasant sounds to be considered a form of music/ art? These are the questions I am looking into with my dissertation and with your feedback it seems as though binaural beats are helpful with looking inward, but only when overlaid with other music. Perhaps it is because the binaural beats alone are unsettling. After all, they do not reflect peaceful images, like the sound of rain or running water. Binaural beats also pulsate too rapidly to reflect the heart beat.
It is a lot to think about and that is why my dissertation is more of a philosophical piece.
Best,
Madison

Hooked by a queer fish
This one caught me. I saw it floundering in a box of discarded CDs. The image. “Esoteric” “binuaral recording”. Two Barytons?? Recorded in a London church with DPA 4006 and Schoeps CCM2 microphones in custom Dummy Heads. Each pair of omni’s was ear space apart either side of a foam covered human head sized wooden baffle. That was enough to pique my curiosity. I was hooked. The baryton, I…

🎧🎶O QUE SÃO AS Batidas Binaural? Relaxamento profundo. 2. Sono mais profundo, mais repousante e energizante. 3. Níveis mais elevados de criatividade. 4. Uma taxa de envelhecimento mais lenta. 5. Libertação de tumultos emocionais negativos do passado. 6. Alívio do stress. 7. Energia física aumentada. 8. Focalização e concentração elevadas. 9. Melhor retenção da informação aprendida. 10.

could one use binuaral beats to retrigger things and talk to specific alters on the beta/alpha/etc spectrum? also do you think they use binaural beats in programming?
Binaural beats occur when two tones of differing frequencies are played individually in a subjects ears.  The brain generates the resulting “beat,” or fluctuation in sound, by attempting to resolve the difference between the two slightly different tones. By creating a beat of 30 to 14 hertz, the frequency of your brain waves will either raise or lower to that level, thereby giving you the advantages of functioning in that brain space such as relaxation, focus, and creativity.Binaural beats are used in programming to assist with brainwave programming. They were used for Out of Body Experiences (OBE) with the Stargate project.Yes, they are used in programming, and can be used to trigger alters.

Where are the promised Season 9 HRTF Fortnite audio improvements?
New Post has been published on https://gamerszone.tn/where-are-the-promised-season-9-hrtf-fortnite-audio-improvements/
Where are the promised Season 9 HRTF Fortnite audio improvements?
Epic Games deployed a few waves of audio improvements into Fortnite during the early stages of Season 9, but have been oddly quiet on the larger HRTF updates. What has happened to these promised upgrades?
Audio in Fortnite has been an uphill battle from the beginning for Epic Games. Not only does Battle Royale inherently demand greater auditory accuracy than other games, Unreal Engine seems to struggle with delivering this level of fidelity.
Before Season 9 began, Epic provided the community with a long list of updates they’d get to before the end of the season. While some of the band-aid solutions have been implemented, where are the fundamental upgrades like HRTF? Let’s take a look at how long it’s been.
HRTF (Head-related transfer function) is an audio solution which seeks to better replicate how humans hear directional audio. For a further explanation, please check out the third section of this article.
Epic promises Season 9 audio improvements in May
Good effort, but where’s the rest? – via Epic Games
Back in May 2019, Epic put out an extensive Reddit post that detailed changes they would be making to Fortnite’s audio. Many professional players and influencers had complained about the poor quality of audio.
The Reddit post included a list of improvements ranging from small patches to extensive reforms/additions. The list’s main points were better ‘tactical’ audio, clearer landing sounds, HRTF, and more. For a full list, please refer to the May 6 article.
Epic then delivered on some of these promises in the Season’s patches. For example, patch v9.10 included a majority of the original list. Epic then released smaller audio updates in later patches. While we are glad to have a better audio experience than Season 8, these solutions amount to little more than band-aids.
The key solution which Epic stated to be working on was the binaural/HRTF (Head-related transfer function) upgrade. But what has happened to this technology in the past month?
What happened to the Fortnite binaural/HRTF update?
Now, before lay into this topic, we want to emphasize the fact that game development is an extremely difficult task. Unlike many other tech jobs, it’s a seamless blend of art and science that involves a human element with design choices and natural errors. We’re critical of the lack of these updates, but we understand the hardships of game design.
Epic Games last mentioned HRTF in June when DanDaDaDanDan replied to a player’s complaint.
From there on out, we haven’t heard anything on this front. We don’t believe that Epic Games has simply given up on creating a HRTF solution, but the silence has us worried.
The audio upgrade would have signicantly improved the quality of Fortnite esports, but the Fortnite World Cup is presumably too close for that to happen. Casual players would also benefit from improved audio accuracy.
But what do HRTF tech improvements really mean for players in a gameplay sense? Let us try to explain the advantages.
So…what is HRTF and why do we want it in Fortnite?
How are we supposed to listen DJ Yonder’s sick beats without HRTF?
Alright, so…HRTF audio solutions. Epic Games mentioned this in the initial list of Season 9 updates. Instead of small fixes or patches, this would constitute an entirely new system upgrade to Fortnite’s structure.
HRTF (Head-related transfer function) is an audio technology that tries to better replicate how we would hear sounds in real life. Regular surround sound (7.1) can’t fully capture the intricacies of human hearing, but it’s good enough for most situations. For Battle Royale games (or tactical shooters), you need something a little more robust.
How many times have you heard a streamer or friend say ‘I thought he has to the left of me, not the right!’ or something similar? It’s not their fault.
When we hear something drop in real life, we hear it with both ears. The fact that the rightward drop’s sound is quieter in the left ear is just as important as hearing it more loudly on the right ear. HRTF seeks to accurately measure the correct difference in volume for each ear to help you pin-point the location of the sound’s origin.
This is what HRTF seeks to simulate better than regular surround sound. And no, you won’t need to buy a new headset to take advantage of this tech (as long as you have a modern headset).
Do you think we’ll see these promised solutions in Season 10 or has Epic abandoned this project due to time constraints elsewhere? Only time will tell that truth, but we hope to see this key improvement finally come to Fortnite in the near future.
