fob @ fanfest recap, post-my living vicariously through people's live updates since i cannot get over my last minute resentful decision of not being able to pull off the (admittedly 650+ total mile) drive 2 philly today and perhaps feeling devastated over having missed

- patrick: "so! i'm patrick and i know nothing about sports" and also just MASSIVELY feeling the show based on all the videos i've seen!?

- pete making a warped comparison (!?! could it get more wavernot4love coded than this)

- joe chant that he successfully heard :]

- i don't care debut of late (finally!!)

- pete being self aware about the tennis new york incident (calling fobbies "monsters" in a vaguely affectionate way... HELP)

- honestly such an expansive setlist for an event like this?? FIFTEEN SONGS!? sixteen candles? fake out? grand theft autumn? headfirst slide? HELLO

- pete doing his saturday thing??? i honestly didn't think that was a thing they did @ these sports event kinda things w shorter sets

- you could really tell they Knew they had hardcore fans there

and man i wish i could have made it but here's to hoping leg 2 comes next year because i will 100% be traveling for multiple shows again <333

#this is quite possibly the biggest “i should have been there” moment wavernot4love has ever had #because i was ALMOST there #to be fair my decision to not do it was based on the fact that my car is not very new #and i have already gone on so many trips this year (most recently JUST driving 2 philly for tourdust camden)#+ still have a couple more coming uo this fall #but regardless i feel like i missed out and i miss them Bad #if only it had been a couple hours closer 2 me or i had been able to find affordable doable public transit #have unfortunately been having a perpetual it's joever moment all day in my room rotting with the shades shut #but it will all be alright in a couple weeks when i see thursday and i'm finally back into the swing of things w my handful of shows #i've got planned for september #also all of them are in my general area except one in toronto and even that is only a three hour drive so that's optimistic #fobposting #fall out boy #fob #patrick stump #pete wentz #joe trohman #i feel like i should be tagging andy but also i didn't see/hear about any particular events specific 2 him

k.flay is headlining a show in my city this summer (not just opening this time !!) and between this and pride I really gotta hype myself up to start doing things alone

#also gotta think about if I'm gonna dress up for this concert??#bc I went to arkells where she was supposed to open and it was at the city's biggest venue and everyone dressed normal #but I went to grandson where she opened and it was a small venue in philly and everyone looked so cool #and this is a small venue in boring winnipeg so will people dress cool bc small punk show or lame bc winnipeg #at least this concert will be after pride so I can have a practice run dressing cool to hopefully build my confidence lmao

not trying to speculate on the Cutter situation but it’s giving FLYERS ARE THE PROBLEMMMMMM

not nolan. not every other player who didn’t flourish under their training. it’s really frustrating to see so many young guys gets chewed up. and most of it is concentrated in philly.

It was no doubt someone in the management/coaching that ultimately made him petty enough to have him n his agents want to ghost the organization in really solidifying he wanted out.

It is hard to speculate, but to me if someone does that and even your own agent which would probably be the ones advising you to be professional is even going along with you ignoring them then… lmaooo idk it definitely had to be very personal and messy.

Guys getting chewed up is part of what they deal with… but boy oh boy doesn’t Philly really hate there own…

my family thinks I'm crazy but one of the things I'm actually excited for when we go to nyc this summer is to finally see a pigeon (specifically rock dove) irl

we only have mourning doves where I live and they're absolutely lovley but i want to see those pigeons so bad

#when i was younger me and my mom went to the Philadelphia zoo #and i was on the lookout for pidgeons for the breif time we weren't in the zoo #i didn't see any #i dont even know if there are rock doves in philly #my brain at the time just thought most big cities had them-#there were geese though. im not the biggest fan of geese #can you tell i dont go anywhere often /lh #in fact ny will be the second state ive been to in my entire life #not counting my home state #ive only ever been to nj #only for the beach too
