I need a completely rewritten teen wolf series with Derek Hale as the main character. I think it would heal me.

#we follow Derek from New York. Laura left for beacon hills. it’s been six years since he was back but he hasn’t heard from her #and hes going stir crazy waiting. he packs up and travels back. it’s almost too much immediately. he still can’t get a hold of Laura #he can’t resist going home. it’s like a natural pull that guides him back. all at once he’s 16 again. staring at the wreckage of his life #deputy stilinski is sherrif now. it’s reassuring in the slightest that the police force seems to have moved on from how corrupt it was #he catches her scent and it’s putrid. bile catches in his throat. he seeks it out. still in denial to what he knows it means.#when he finds Laura it’s like the world ends all over again. he can’t stand to see her like this. he gives her a proper burial.#the best he can do at least #he visits Peter. he’s not the man Derek remembers- so full of fire and cunning. their relationship may have been strained at times.#often Derek felt more like Eve being swayed by the snake than a normal friendship #but this isn’t the sharp tongued uncle who guided him. this is a broken shell. all that remained of his family. he was so lost.#22 but he barely knew how to function without his family- his pack paving the way #Laura handled everything. she got the apartment. she made sure they had food. Derek looks back and feels so useless #he was so lost in his grief. Laura must of felt the same way but she never let them drown in it #she made sure he got his GED. even got him to enroll in community college classes.#he took them online. he never was able to warm up to people the same way. he used to be so full of life. now he just wanted to be left alone #he studied English. never finished his degree. doesn’t look like he ever will now. he can’t go back to Laura and his shared home.#can’t bare to see another shell of a home #he vents to the vacant audience of Peter and his cold fixed eyes #Derek leaves. he wants to promise he’ll return soon #but promises feel costly these days #he decides to go back to the reserve. maybe he can find some clue as to what happened to Laura #someone lured her here. someone who knew them and their history here #his mind went to the worst. Kate. why would she go through the trouble six years later. why wait so long.#Derek couldn’t stomach the thought of facing her. he focused on the woods. the scents were all over the place.#clearly multiple people had been through here recently. two scents were much stronger. Derek follows them #but when he hears the crunch of leaves he realizes why the scents are so strong. they’re still here #he ducks behind some trees. listening in on their conversation. but an echo of their scent catches his attention #he spots an inhaler on the ground. he puts two and two together and swipes it from the leaves.#he comes out once they’re closer. tossing over the inhaler- he figures they’ll leave. dumb kids messing around in the woods #he reminds them this is private property. though that may not be true anymore. he recognizes the scent of a new beta. interesting.

#i think it’s time i go back to therapy #i keep having recurring nightmares about my ex best friend #or dreams where she reaches out to me. and explains why she cut me out #backstory. in high school had a lesbian toxic situationship with my #bestie. THEN i had another one. which kinda overlapped? the first one was open but also just messy #anyways. jade and i were like together for a year. then she got a boyfriend one day and i had a breakdown #it happened just after high school and i was sooooo … unwell. wasn’t out to my family felt like i was gonna die etc etc #(this is all pre dnp btw) anyways next year i found dnp. a couple months later she broke up with her bf #and we sorted dated for a while (this whole time we’d been just friends and i was still not really over it but hiding it)#and then she dated ANOTHER guy. they broke up and she had a breakdown and moved 9 hours away. i went #to visit her for a month. we like kinda dated again then and i thought we could make it work. then 2020. no travel #so she started dating a guy. didn’t tell me. even though we spoke every day. she moved in with him #then she breaks up with him mid 2021. i started dating my gf. but Jade was clingy and it was awkward #she started dating a sketchy guy who was homophobic. i went and visited her a few times #start of 2023 she tells me she wants to make more of an effort cause he didn’t like her friends so she cut everyone out. then she ghosted #in feb 2023. we had tickets for #mcr in march. i had to text her cause she’d blocked me on messenger and said im going to the concert whether she’s there or not #she said ‘yeah no worries! you can take someone else in my place too 😎’ she used that fucking emoji #and I haven’t spoken to her since. I think she quit her job . and that guy was not a nice man #so I still worry about her #writing this all down makes me realise she was a bitch and I deserve better #but I just want closure. it isn’t fair she replied so casually to my text when I said ‘you’ve blocked me’#it isn’t fair she HAS MY SIGNED COPY OF DANS BOOK #anyways. #subconsciously defaulted to his younger design from the comic whoopsies skdjfshds #and y'all just know that I would take every opportunity I could to show Eusine's hair at full-length without the extra styling he does hehe #I like to think that he gradually loses the sharpness in his hair points throughout the day so come nighttime it's like nearly fully down #he does touch-ups every now and then while travelling (wants to look his best for when he comes face to face with Suicune after all)#but on slower days (research hours/days he spends recuperating at Morty's place........... 🫣) he doesn't bother as much #he's definitely not used to others seeing him with the full-length though---and it catches Morty by surprise the first time since it's--#--terribly easy to underestimate how long Eusine's hair Actually is when its not pointing outwards (right before the middle of his back)#(that first time occurrence also being when he trips and falls into the lake during a chase aksjdnasd it's sillyyyyyyy)#so Morty finds himself staring in an unintentional daze as Eusine shuffles in all drenched #and when Eusine Does catch him staring Morty worries about creeping him out and hurriedly blurts out how well his hair frames his face--#--in a way he hadn't been able to appreciate before and the both of them just Stand there in that sinking realization that Morty basically-#--called him pretty and ooouuh they're both flustered messes skjdfnsdfsdns/////////////#(Morty later apologizes for the unintended gazing and helps Eusine dry off his hair as the other assures him that it's all fine)#(they deserve to be soft with each other 🥺💖💖💖💕💕💕)#mystery man eusine #eusine pokemon #eusine #pokemon #pokemon hgss #pokemon gsc #fluff draws !!!#doodle #Destiny Bond comicverse

#redemptors are sent every year or every hundred years which is it. how is yui alive if this was 100 years ago. organ death and poisoning #are the same cause of death. on the other hand death from falling isn't specified despite it being distinct from the others and the prince #claiming he is immune to it #CONSTANT TIME SKIPS. WHY #worst offender of show don't tell I've seen in a while. please let us see sanjeet nighmares instead of simply telling us about him #tell me more about maya she's the best character and only had 2 lines so far which is a crims #the entire bit of mc erasing her own memories was so not thought out. you immediately know what's going to happen there's 0 stakes here #how come everyone acts normal after she does this despite them calling medics just seconds earlier? how come she doesn't get her memories #back when she touches sanjeet?#raybearer has SUCH good worldbuilding concepts it's a shame they're so crudely explored #there's not a single character which talks normally. ifueko i promise you you can do foreshadowing without shoving it in oops didn't mean #to say that style dialogue #this book would be so much better if it was 2 or 3 books instead. tarisai growing up and her travel to the capital. exploring places she #was walled off from in her isolation. meeting kirah before and bonding with her. exploration of lodestones and magic systems #more kathleen and the redemptor. the author actually has no excuse to simply not have done this #because we KNOW tarisah can erase her own memories and would pass the test #AND THEN the second book about the trials living with dayo meeting sanjeet and fleshing out other anointed. perhaps finishing in her #regaining her memories and choosing to save dayo despite everything or at some point after the even im currently reading abt #which is abi demons escaping the temple #anyway! sorry for the long tags but i was so hyped about this book when i heard abt the main character being able to steal memories and #a plot point that happens later on
