Was nobody gonna warn me that I would fall a little bit in love with every character in Stardew

#I am literally following them around and getting excited like a little puppy its insane #I cant decide who I wanna marry I like all of them… I was a little torn between Sebastian and Harvey at first but now Alex is an #unexpected fav??? and I like Elliott and Sam theyre so goofy.. and I appreciate how down to earth Leah is #Emily is also quickly growing on me she feels like the valleys manic pixie dream girl to me. or at least Clint’s manic pixie dream girl #the only characters I don’t have much to say abt are Shane and maru.. Shane’s still a little mean to me like I know he warms up to u as #u get to know him but I’m not there yet.. and I’m just not all that interested in Maru sadly #it’s not just the marriage candidates its almost all the NPCs especially Granny Evelyn SHES SO NICE?? shes fun to talk to I love giving #her my best flowers.. breaking the tumblr fast to ask for prayer :') it is currently the WORST of times (though, in intense joyous flashes, occasionally also the best of times). I am bulldozing my way through the dregs of midterms, final exam prep, graduation plans, job applications, dorm volunteer stuff, all while trying to deal with/reckon with/endure/come to terms with/persevere through literally the deepest emotional pain I've ever been in lol

#is this the price you pay for consciously deciding to keep your heart open and vulnerable to both joy and pain ??? !!!!!!#anyway it is not always misery but the miserable parts make my chest physically hurt :-) which is fun #would deeply deeply appreciate prayer my friends! i do not want to graduate as a jaded tired weeping girl! and i am so tired!#the world is so big and i am so small and i did not think i had it in me to be so sad but i AM #it would take too long to explain but suffice it to say i've never wept for two hours straight before but now that i have #i must tell you that it is not a good time. at all.#i love you and i miss you and i am doing my best :'))))))) I AM DOING MY BEST!!!!!

i don’t think john interacts with music in the same way jade does. Jade listens to music to fill her loneliness and to hear other people’s voices. The music she listens to is largely music that grandpa harley had lying around. Some of her favorite songs are ones her grandpa would sing to her as lullabies and would play in the mornings. Music is a way to connect with other people for her (it’s why dave sends her his mixes!!!! he knows she’s big into music!!!) she listens to anything her friends send her. She likes to play her bass for the plants and for bec. (She has a whole playlist of songs to play when bec gets anxious!!!) It makes her life easier just to have something in the background. John however doesn’t listen to music that often. He likes the music in the games he plays and the movies he watches enough but that’s about it. He’s not really gonna go out of his way to listen to music. And when he does listen to music it’s usually more “nonsense” songs like rock lobster. he needs a silly tune whereas Jade needs something she can hum along to
