Pity is what the seraphim felt, his brow knitted as Beel described the loss of all their wings. Quietly Lucid ponders the fate of the other fallen demons in his world, the Seven Deadly Sins. He had never met them, but his mentors made sure to instill the "fear of God" into him with their warnings of what evils they were capable of, how they sought to lead humanity astray. But here, seated with another world's Beelzebub, Lucid now wondered if he met them if they too would welcome him to a seat at their table.

"There was someone sick? In the Garden you mean? I don't remember hearing that part in our Eden. The Lucifer and Lilith in my world tricked Eve into taking a bite of the Fruit of Knowledge." Well, at least that's what the high council of heaven spoon fed him over the millennia. Lilith and Lucifer were troublemakers, too risky. And because of them, sin came to be.

Grunting in response when Lucid asked that when nibbling on something while listening to the angel, "Could say that, Lucifer the first born and I'm the sixth born and my twin Belphegor is the seventh. Funny when thinking the name Morningstar, that's what other angels called my oldest brother. I know it's painful of wings changing I used to have nice wings too but they were turned after falling." watching the other's wings ruffled while looking sad of how having no wings was hard and how his twin lost his completely since that time.

Mistakes were made.

We closed early to so we could repaint the staff room. Brought a change of clothes, standard paint procedure. Everything was going according to plan, we were going to finish early even.

The painting was fine...the mistake came when we were almost done, Eric asked me how much I cared about the clothes I was wearing. Perfectly normal for him to ask weird questions out of nowhere. So like an idiot, I answered something like "Not very much, why?"

Before I could even finish answering he ROLLERED UP MY BACK. Yes, it did get in my hair. Thank you for asking. It soaked through both layers I'm wearing and now it's drying and sticky and feels worse when I move 🤢

Relatedly, there's going to be a job opening at the shop soon, due to a death.

What was it like teaching Lucifer and his brothers(and Lilith(and Raphael, Simeon, and Michael)) to fly?
