what’s your daily routine like?

On my ideal day, I start by drinking some water, and then I do some sort of body scan/breathing/grounding exercise, then give myself my daily affirmations, make the bed, create an atmosphere (music, podcast, nature sounds, etc.), open the windows/blinds to let in the sunlight/fresh air (depending on the weather), make breakfast, take meds/supplements, check my notifications/social media, play brain training games like Duolingo and Wordle, take care of whatever work/errands/chores need to be done for the day, meditate, yoga, cardio, strength, cooldown, protein/creatine, shower/bathe, check in with family, friends, boyfriend, etc, have dinner, do something artistic/creative (write/sing/draw/paint, etc.), escapism (watch TV/play video games/read, etc.), and get into bed before midnight

But I lack discipline so usually in my free time I just bedrot
