Blood Over Water

Hey, kids! Here's a bright, shiny new fanart for ya!

Over the holiday break, I decided to do some healing of my inner child...I'm a millennial, so Yu-Gi-Oh was my jam in my tween years, so this lead to amalgamating old, OLD OCs and playing around with them.

Here we have the four Ishtar sibling, including my OC, Zahra.  She is Marik's twin sister, fostered by an American family after escaping the darkness of the tomb.  She harbors a lot of trauma from her formative years, which manifests itself through a mask of teenage ennui. When a classmate goes missing, she finds herself confronting her past through the tournament...I'm still working out the kinks.

OC Bio: Grete Samsa (Hellsing)

2nd lieutenant to Rip van Winkle in the Millennium Batallion, Grete is the ideal soldier: serene, quiet, and a skilled navigator and engineer. Her commanding officer tends to treat her more like a precious pet off the battlefield, which serves as both comfort and consternation to Grete. She carries herself with effortless grace, with both sharp, retractable blades and an even sharper tongue.

OC Bio: Tess Larson

Tess Larson is one of the most exuberant spirits to inhabit the gloomy haven that is Malaria...though, that doesn't always work in her favor. She works as Dr. Sonja Holzwurm's secretary, while dreaming of ways to improve the dismal climate of an otherwise progressive society. Her dewey-eyed enthusiasm--something that makes her a bit of a pariah in her circles--belies a shrewd sense of business and activism. She has recently fallen for Dr. Holzwurm's adoptive daughter, Jo, a fledgeling mad scientist in her own right, and the feeling there is mutual (despite the latter's lack of any outward enthusiasm).
