As for Sunday..

Normally, I like to think Sunday is Adequately Touch Starved™️.

He doesnt make a show of it in public – PDA is a huuuuge nono, only an exception under specific circumstances to the point where it's better if you let Sunday initiate in public instead of you. In private? Go ham. Hug him from behind while he's brushing his teeth. Ask to join him in the shower. Kiss his face while he's eating breakfast. He'll pepper your face in soft kisses in return, smiling against your skin when you giggle. He'll literally insist on drying you off himself after you shower if it means he gets to hold you. He would adore absolute skin contact, like full blown naked cuddling. But with Sunday, I imagine things are rarely sexual, but rather more sensual or romantically intimate.

Depending on how deep into the relationship one might be with him, he will do a few cheeky or endearing things. Like for ex. If you wear gloves, he slides his hand into your glove just to hold your hand, and smiles when you laugh. He likes being held and holding you, but hates it when those times are interrupted – its a similar feeling to how someone feels when theyre in the shower and don't want to leave. He doesn't admit it, but sometimes when you pull him back as he's just about to leave through the door and kiss him – he loves it. Absolutely savors the feeling of a faint imprint on his face (but has to check for appearance concerns).

His biggest problem is; in the starting of your relationship, or if both of you are new to physical affection as a means of love language – he will neverrrrr initiate. He says he doesn't want to push you (which is half true, but also because he's a big cowardly nervous little dog who doesn't want to appear like one). You have to slightly ease him into it. But after a certain duration of time, he gets more comfortable and initiates it instead. And he does it in ways you don't normally notice, so sometimes you unknowingly might even interrupt his attempt and walk away.

Yandere Sunday is not shy.

Yandere Sunday, I imagine, is a tad bit more touch starved than the usual Sunday, and entirely shameless about it with you, far too soon.

He always wants to keep his hand on you – he holds it, or acts like he's guiding you to do something just by holding it, maybe even tells you he's inspecting something as an excuse to. In the beginning, he still manages to stay low about it, but later on, he doesn't care about hiding it much.

Always expects physical affection when he's within your vicinity. Maybe not too much in public (thank the aeons for your own dignity), but in private, he's no less than 'all over you'. Constantly squeezing in and sitting beside you if you're on the couch, circling his arm around you and holding you tightly against him. If you're sitting, he might pull you into his lap and push his face into the curve of your neck, relishing your scent. His lips are always pressed onto your skin – on your knuckles, your face, maybe on your head, your neck, anywhere he finds. Sometimes he's not even kissing you, but squishes up his face right beside you.

Maybe slides up a gloved hand under your shirt and acts annoyed that you're squirming, as if none of his employees can walk in any moment and see the compromising position. I'd say in general, for Sunday, he likes the skin to skin contact aspect of physical affection. And the warmth during cold winters is also a huge favorite of his. He tends to feel lonely and untethered most of the time, so touch can also serve to help ground him – especially if he's stressed or just didn't have that great of a day.

I suddenly have a thought what if aeon! Reader is interested in amphoreus👀? when aeon!reader hear about this planet/world aeon! Reader want to visit this planet. But in human form, because you know aeon's form is so huge than a planet and so the people won't feel intimidated by reader.

Maybe aglaea feel something strong or devine is appear in amphoreus because of her golden treads.so, she inform the crysos heir about this, thinking of stronger enemy is appear but its just aeon!reader who want to know about this planet (aeon! Reader is just forget to hide their aura).

They are exploring the amphoreus, and heard about the titans and crysos heir. After hearing the story about the crysos heir, I have 2 diferent thought , here is my thought:

1. if aeon of fate! Reader have a kind heart, they will feel bad that they can't give the crysos heir a good fate, maybe they just hoping they can give it to the crysos heir but, giving the crysos heir a fate full of happy thing without the sad thing happened, will broke the balance that hooh try to maintain(because you know, story of life without bad things happen is not exist 😢). So aeon of fate! Reader don't have a choice but to give them that fate.

2. If aeon of fate! Reader don't have a heart or don't care at all, they just ignore it and thinking its just their responsibility to create fate for living beings just as Hooh told them to do, the type of someone like "oh,you have a problem? Its okay, as long as its not my problem" And maybe they will leave faster after that, to continue doing their task making fate for other living beings.

Maybe the crysos heir meet aeon!reader in their human form and have a talk with them

Oh, this is such an interesting concept! The idea of an Aeon of Fate visiting Amphoreus in human form, unintentionally making Aglaea and the Chrysos Heir wary, is such a fun setup. Maybe they even find the heir’s suffering interesting in a purely analytical way—like, “Ah, yes, this is how mortal struggles shape history.” It would make their brief interaction with the heir feel almost eerie, like meeting a god who could change everything but chooses not to.

Either way, I love the idea of the Chrysos Heir meeting Aeon!Reader in their human form, completely unaware of who they really are. Maybe they talk about fate, suffering, or the weight of expectations, and Aeon!Reader—whether kind or indifferent—gives them a cryptic yet meaningful response before disappearing. Imagine the heir realizing much later who they actually spoke to!

Red Flags in HSR Characters

I have a problem of simping for the most red flagged characters except I can't handle red flags. Like violence makes me nope the fuck out of any relationship, I am so scared of getting hurt in any way, shape, or form. In real life I'm fucking terrified of being manipulated into being dependent on someone because I've experienced that shit and it isn't fun. Hate being insulted, degraded, all of that.

But the red flagged characters are just too cool???

Like Dr. Ratio, sure he's a pompous shit and would probably end up degrading you which I hate but he's so cool?! So I need to find some way to make him into this weird yellow flag without making myself into some super genius because no way is that gonna happen.

So instead put him in like a tutor AU, he's teaching you and when you get something wrong he gives you such a side ways insult. Like it takes a minute to realize it's an insult, it's worded in such a creative peculiar way. The second it registers you begin doing ten times worse on every question. It doesn't take long for him to realize that being told you're shit isn't inspiring to everyone. So he takes a... kinder approach. He's still a hard ass and strict but he's actively trying to do better and you can tell, when he starts a sentence suddenly stops and then brings that sentence in a completely different direction. You both end up learning. You end up learning the material and he ends up learning how to be somewhat better at dealing with people whose ideal day isn't being insulted.

Then there's the aeons. i simp for all of them, like how can you not??? Especially Nanook (using he/him pronouns for Nanook), Yaoshi, IX, and Aha. Now first off IX isn't a red flag IX is a lovely little black hole who I will defend with my life. But the other three??? They're as red as a stop sign.

Like sure, Nanook would probably destroy you the first chance he gets. Maybe Nanook is the destruction because he wants to be destroyed. I, I don't know man. Like he's so beautiful but how the hell do you even write romance with him? That isn't just like destroying the love interest.

Maybe he's had an insatiable urge to destroy everything ever since the dawn of his existence and he can't remember why. He's always been filled with rage, hatred, toward everything that's existed. Then he sees you and it all comes rushing back toward him. Your death, the hole it filled, the only thing that could really be blamed was the universe. It was everyone and everything's fault. So he would destroy it all to protect you.

Still a red flag but man I'm trying my best, no matter what Nanook will always be a red flag. Yaoshi on the other hand... surely there's a way I can make Yaoshi into a yellow flag after all they just want to help.

Yaoshi who would save your entire planet, heal every individual part of the ecosystem and every person, just to see you smile. They would ask nothing in return and instead remain by your side, enjoying the beautiful of the world. Then the mara strikes, people begin to lose their minds and themselves and you're left to beg them for a way to reverse this. But this is the price of life.

Yaoshi assures you that this is natural but they still watch on in horror as you inevitably succumb to the mara as well. Only then do they try to figure out how to fix it.

The further I get the more hopeless I become. Then there's Aha...

They probably found you entertaining at first, a human full of surprises and excitement, someone that could survive any trial. Then you grew on them a bit more and they found himself becoming attached. Aha wasn't supposed to be attached but this of course just makes an opportunity for more entertainment! Now they're actually invested and can experience the nail biting tension of all this drama!

Just another form of entertainment, it'll be a shame when you're gone though.

Then there's all the other beautiful red flags Ruan Mei, Jing Liu, Blade, Luocha, and Aventurine and Sunday seem like red flags as well even though they're not out. Like if bad to date why do I want to date?

Their red flags are a part of them and it's hard to work around it, so sometimes you just gotta embrace it. Life's rough man. In the end it's my fault for liking red flags. I'll just stick to Jing Yuan for now, peak husband material.

hey what’s your opinion on the Aeons having kids? Like Demi-Aeons. I’ve recently created this Demi-aeon AU in my head due to my Greek Mythology and Percy Jackson fixation.

Also just another question what powers do you think the kids would have and how would the Aeons produce their kids? I like to think that they asexually have their kids. (Ex: In my AU Nous would scattered some “codes” that would end up in some random bot or Akivili blessing stars they like that would physically form into their children, sorry if those ideas are boring)

I think it's an interesting concept. For your first question I’m a bit conflicted because even though I find it interesting, I also feel that if Aeons would have children like direct descendants it makes them more tangible, almost more human which I'm not the biggest fan of simply because I love how Aeons are so alien, they're gods that are beyond the idea of a god. On the other hand there were Aeons who technically had children like Tayzzyronth but for them it was part of what they were about. Tayzzyronth never wanted to be alone ever again so propagation was born and so also the swarm. And in a way they are one of the most human out of all the Aeons in my opinion. I think for me it would come down to why would an Aeon decide to have children? For example in my mind an Aeon like Lan, Nanook or IX wouldn't really make sense to have kids, because their concepts are about either control, destruction or the inevitable end of all existence. However Aeons that like the concept of existence like Yaoshi, I can see them experimenting with the idea of creating life. Same with Aha who would maybe just do it because they're bored. On the other side Aeons like Qlipoth, Fuli and Xipe I can't really see why they would have kids. They're about protecting, recording/archiving and uniting what is already there. For them creating a demi-Aeon would distract them from what they are working on and could potentially go against what they're about. i.e. Xipe is about uniting people and existence in a big family so for them having kids would put those beings above the family which would separate them.

For your second question, I think if they had something like kids their power level would be similar to an emanator and I think that, what would be inherited or given would be the power level combined with whatever the child would be made out of and the aesthetic of the Aeon. Because in essence all of the Aeons can do similar things. Aeons can shape shift, create life, destroy it, etc. it just depends what worldview they had when they became an aeon. Both Nanook and Aha could blow up a planet. It would just be different in the way that one explosion would be like the power of a sun, eating through the planet’s layers and the other would be like a kaleidoscope of fireworks and candy. If it comes to the way how they would have children, I think it depends on the Aeon like some would just create life. They would grab the light of a dying star and stretch it to give it limbs and grant it the gift of a soul; others would bring something dead to life and claim it to be theirs.

Happy the day after Christmas (not to date this ask lmao), I come bearing the gift of "and there was only one bed" style Dew/your ghoul of choice shenanigans.

So, set-up: Dew and -insert ghoul here- had to go away on some ministry business, maybe they went with a whole group of people or it's just the two of them alone, but either way they wind up having to stay a couple days longer due to the weather being shit back home, making it kind of risky to head back now as they'd be driving into a storm or something.

Anyway, they wind up having to move hotels since the one they're at is booked solid past their original check out date, and they wind up at a smaller hotel -paid for on the ministry's dime, because neither of them feel like they should have to given the circumstances- which leads to the whole, "and there was only one bed" scenario.

Originally, they both had separate rooms, it was a small enough group that the ministry was like, "Yeah, sure, have as much space as you need." but now they've only got one room, and, man, is it weird sharing a confined space with someone else, especially if the two are maybe not on great terms at the moment.

Maybe they fought or they're just not sure about each other yet so it's uncomfortable, but either way one of them is constructing a pillow barrier in the bed on day one... which eventually turns into them spooning on day three or four depending on how long you wanna drag it out for.

Added bonus: Since they're technically not working or on call for anything, they have time to do some shopping/touristy things they didn't get to chance to do on the initial trip, and keep getting asked if they're a couple, because they're carrying each others bags, giving opinions on outfits along the lines of, "Yeah, but it covers up your ass. You have a nice ass, you should flaunt it more." and, "Oh, shut it, you look lovely. Blue is a good color on you!"

Also sharing their food, holdings hands -"SO WE DON'T LOSE EACH OTHER IN THE CROWD!"- and watching other people on dates and going, "Aw, I wanna do that..."

Something, something, Dew doing cheesy romantic gestures to feed into the "joke" that they're on a date, getting the same cheesy romantic gestures in return as a "joke" and both of them catching feelings and nervously realizing that maybe they... they like that kind of stuff when it's that person doing it.

Anywho.

*tip-toeing around, trying not to wake you* You're giving me Aeon/Dew thoughts. Dew not so sure about the new quint ghoul. Being stuck with him on this trip to begin with has been frustrating and difficult. Trying to navigate his feelings about there being a new quint at all AND trying to make sure Aeon doesn't do anything stupid since he's still adjusting to life topside. (His glamor only slips once though, Dew has to give him that). And I think Aeon's inexperience is what leads Dew to be like "ok fine let's go do some stuff". Might as well take advantage of their time. But also show the new ghoul a thing or two. Let him buy himself some stuff he actually likes. But also, Dew is glued to him. He's not losing the new ghoul. He's not having that over his head. So they are attached at the hip. Whispering to each other and sitting close together at restuarant tables. Always touching. Less and less pillows in the barrier every night. You could even throw my favorite part of the "one bed" trope in there. Aeon shivering on his side of the bed. Curled up tight, but so cold he's shaking the bed and keeping Dew up. So, Dew just grabs him. Curls an arm around his waist and hauls him backwards, his back to Dew's unnaturally warm chest. Dew ramping up his heat little just to make sure the other ghoul stays warm.

He tells himself it's just because he can't have Aeon freezing to death on his watch--he doesn't want to get sent back to the pit. But really, it's just nice to have someone to hold.

Still not entirely happy with my characterization, but I do like the slightly experimental choices I made here. I just think Hypnos and Thanatos are extremely divorced, and it's partially because they both think Hypnos should be exactly like Thanatos. Neither of them is sure when it all fell apart, though.

Flavored with an eldritch being having body dysmorphia, and also copious flowery language surrounding People Dying.

It's an old and rotten unraveling, this thing between them.

Before earth and air, before moon and water, there was a suggestion of what could be. And it writ upon itself Night, and it writ upon itself Love, and the darkness filled itself with a thousand shadows, a thousand stars.

And they learned to sleep. And they learned to dream. And they learned to die.

They learned many other things, of course, and Hypnos learned at the knee of Mother Night what gave men delight and terror. He liked to be gentle with them. He liked to weave dreams of river mist and poppy stems and stardust, let mortals taste a little of immortality away from bloody work and bursting callouses. Everyone, everywhere, deserved something nice in their lives.

He'd really thought Thanatos agreed.

Sleep is the midwife of the gentle dead, after all. He lowered their eyelids, fluffed their pillows, reminded them they were loved, drowsy souls all wrapped up in a neat little bow for his brother to take below. They'd danced this dance for aeons, before Time fully knew its own name. A matched set, hand in hand, waltzing the thin blurry line of oblivion and eternity.

They were twins. They should have had an understanding.

Up the hallway Hades loomed over his desk, pinching the bridge of his nose to stifle a gold flush of rage in the wake of Prince Zagreus's latest antics. Mother Nyx hovered outside the prince's door like she'd just happened to be there since the dawn of time for no particular reason, and something about it- her hands, her jaw, the smoke-pale skin they'd all consciously matched to mark out family, was just... a lot. A lot to handle. Honestly, just a little bit hilarious.

He'd been using a human-shaped body for so long it had involuntary responses now, wasn't that funny? Thanatos had come by... some timeless amount of time ago, maybe a decade, maybe a year, to tell him to get better at record keeping. Registering new shades. It wasn't a bad job. It wasn't an ideal job. It could sure prove he wasn't incompetent and clingy and dependent.

All he had to do was stay awake and friendly and not do anything creative, with zero help from anyone, and try not to accidentally slice his hand on his quill every time Thanatos dismissed him. He bled poppy sap, after all, not ichor like the Olympians.

It was kind of funny. Very funny, actually. He really had no reason to bleed anything- he might as well bleed ichor, if he could. Something to work on after his shift maybe. If he dreamed hard enough, he might change enough to improve something. He'd only really remembered in the last millennia to keep the number of his fingers stable. Sometimes he'd wake up with more or less. Maybe that was a problem.

It wasn't, once upon a time. It'd just been him and Thanatos on the banks of the Lethe, dancing the way flowers and butterflies do, drawing souls gently down into that final sleep to end all heartache and pain. Something gentle. Something good.

Hypnos let his papercuts scar like a human, trying to keep track of the last time his brother gave a damn, and got back to work.

Okay so here me out on this idea:

Mc is a Nameless of the Express. So, imagine, during a warp jump, they somehow got displaced (idc if that’s possible in canon, let me have this) and ended up in the Devildom, and Dia and Barb think they’ve teleported the, one, wrong human, and two, brought them here a few hours earlier than pected somehow. MC knows that they’re far, far, far from anywhere they’ve been before because there’s no mentions or talks of Aeons or Paths here.

MC who can’t contact the Express, who wonders if their friends are worried about them, who can’t tell anyone about their history with the Nameless for fear of not being believed and the like. (Barb can tell that something is off about this “exchange student”, but it takes awhile to get any solid conclusions.)

Months go by, and they are still waiting to see a familiar face or a train in the sky. Months turn to years, and MC accepts that they just may never return to the cosmos and the stars beyond.

They find comfort in the planetarium, spending night after night with Belphie up there. Maybe he’s the first one they confide in. They tell him about the planets they’ve gone to, and the people they’ve met.

Eventually, the rest of the cast learns about their trailblazing past, and Satan is always asking about their adventures, and he’s one of the few that ask for MC to retell adventures, just because he’s so fascinated.

Depending how long it’s been, when the Express finally finds where MC ended up, maybe they bid farewell to everyone and return to the cosmos (but they visit and sometimes the cast can tag along for an adventure or two), or perhaps they stop their trailblazing to settle here with their new family.

Ohh I think about aeon children all the time. I LOVE THEMEMSM

Ideas for names, I had a bit of a struggle with. For a while I just called their daughter "little girl" But I called her "Alicia!" So probably be hearing more about that soon. For a boy... Oh man still struggling T-T honestly, I think a 3 letter name. Sorta like Kai. I saw someone name their aeon son "Leo" that's also cute!

For how many they have, probably 2 minimum (because they'd want their child to have somebody to keep them company in the end.) And maybe 3 maximum. I can't see them with any more, and the pregnancies would probably be spaced out by a few years :)

Typically, boys look more like their mother, and girls look more like their father. But that really all depends on genes! I imagine if it's a girl, to be almost a carbon copy of Ada, yet still have remarkable facial traits to Leon. Like his nose, or soft jawline! If it's a boy, probably the opposite way around. Where he looks similar to Leon, yet has some features of Ada, of course! Soft jawline is a definite thing in my book. They'd both have black hair, though.

I feel like their child would take more from Leon, since he shares the most with them. They look up to him, and want to follow in his steps. But I feel like their daughter would still end up being very into fashion or something haha. I wrote something about that actually!

Depends on how big Leon's apartment is, they'd probably move to a new home though. Especially if they're retired and he doesn't want any agents bothering him while him and Ada are raising a family.

WHAT A WILD IMAGINATION LOL ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜;) I don't think they would shoot their ex partner... But probably Leon would try and comfort his daughter the best he could. Maybe take her out somewhere. If it's a boy, he'd probably be more harsh. Giving him a sort of peptalk. Adaa hmmm probably the same, yet she'd be more harsh to both. And of course, they'd be pretty upset that whoever their gf/bf was broke their child's heart but they'd have to remind them to move on best they can. Hopefully that makes sense!

Leon would drive, though we all know he crashes literally everything he drives LOLL. Ada is definitely a better driver imo, but she still makes him drive anyway cause she refuses to drive him. He'd slowly learn to drive safely. In all seriousness I'm sure he doesn't actually crash cars everytime he enters one... I hope...

what are yours unpopular opinions about your ships and maybe leon from the remake ? you mentioned that twitter side is wild so i got curious., i hope the question is alright?

By Twitter being wild I mostly meant people being real nasty to each other over very small things, haha! But I have tons of thoughts on many ships, so I'll gladly babble away. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so, anon >:) Gonna preface this by saying that just because I'm talking about a ship in a 'negative' manner (like pointing out what kind of issues the characters would deal with) does not mean I'm calling it 'bad'. I like conflicts in relationships and I like thinking about how these conflicts would contribute to the development at large. It's my way of saying 'I enjoy this dynamic and I'm going to explore it!'

With that out of the way, Imma go ahead and do them all just for the fun of it:

Eagleone: my unpopular opinion for this one is that Ashley is actually the more bold one in the relationship! In fact, she's usually the one who takes the lead on... pretty much everything. She has that reckless spunk in her that Leon both loves and dreads, depending on the situation. Another one is that I personally don't see Ashley being all that burdened by what happened in Spain. She's just fine bringing it up and even joking about it with him. It's a shared experience that brought them together, and I don't see her looking back at it as a negative thing. Also, Leon is the homemaker between these two. Ashley likes to go out, have fun and do her thing. Malewife Leon for the win.

Vallenfield: actually not sure if this is an unpopular opinion per se, but I don't really view Chris as this oblivious idiot that doesn't realize Jill's feelings or anything. And I subsequently don't see Jill pining for him much either. Their relationship is very natural in how it changes overtime due to their trust in each other. It's more of a slow, mutual understanding of: 'Oh. Things feel different now. But also sort of the same. Let's roll with that'. They are a very down to earth couple.

Aeon: Ada is not a mom. I'm sorry. She's just not. She's a deadbeat dad. At best. That woman is horrible with kids, stop making her a soft housewive, I beg of you. She'll leave for milk and never come back. LMAO On a more serious note, though, I see Ada as someone who has big issues with being vulnerable and communication at large. That makes any close relationship very difficult for her to maintain. She's having fun and flirting until things get emotional, and she instantly pulls away. It's not even because she's cold and unfeeling. A part of her, a human part of her we all have, longs to be understood and embraced as she is. But she just can't bring herself to be this vulnerable. Leon is not an exception to that.

Chrisker: Funnily enough, when I think of Chrisker, I moreso focus on Chris' feelings towards Wesker than vise versa. Poking fun at Wesker's obsession over Chris is entertaining, but there's just something so appealing to me in the angst of feeling so betrayed by someone you thought you knew and admired. Sprinkle in some unspoken romantic tension that was genuine but never got resolved, and you got a perfect cake of sadness. They are my 'doomed by the narrative' couple.

Serennedy: I don’t think I have any actually unpopular opinions with this one, but I like to think that Leon tends to hold back on the puns and quips when he's near Luis. That's because he knows he's a damn hypocrite for always huffing and grumbling at Luis' jokes, while he basically does the very same thing himself lol. He still slips up though, and Luis doesn't let him live it down. On a sadder note, I like to think of Leon taking Luis' lighter, much like he takes Marvin's and Krauser's knives to remember them. He doesn't smoke, of course, but he still keeps it on him.

Clairejill: Again, not sure if this is an unpopular opinion per se, but I don't think they'd be this cool, badass couple or anything. I actually think they'd have a relatively soft and quiet relationship instead, built on mutual understanding of each other's experiences and a desire to be one another's rock. Jill is there when Claire feels like she's not doing enough, and Claire is there when Jill feels overwhelmed by guilt and regrets. They're also very supportive girlfriends. I love them.

Cleon: Hmm... I guess my unpopular opinion is that I see it as a very rocky relationship. Not because either party does not care for the other. Moreso because of the growing differences between them that take place over the years due to their occupations. I like to think of them having to face these challenges. Maybe not in the most graceful manner, but they do pull through in the end. I like my Cleon a bit complicated and emotional.

Metaltango: my unpopular opinion on it is that I don't think Krauser was this violent and cruel asshole to Leon during his training. I actually think of them forming a very genuine and close bond, one where Leon trusted and relied on Krauser to the point of sharing some very personal things with him. And I also think Krauser showed genuine tenderness and care for Leon in turn. He trained him so that he would never have to be hurt like that again, so that he could become strong enough to protect those he wants to protect. Makes it that much more tragic to see him mocking Leon for it later.

Shake: no idea if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but Jake sucks ass at flirting. He's abhorrent at it. Sherry is the charmer between these two. She gets all cheeky about it too. Watch this tough, scary man blush like a school girl because his girlfriend just complimented him on his new jacket. No one is allowed to tease him about but Sherry, of course. He has a death stare that could kill.

Chreon: These two would have issues with communication. Well, to be more precise, it's a somewhat complicated situation where they both remind each other a bit too much of their own pain and past mistakes, if that makes sense. They understand each other's burdens more than anyone else will, but it's also... hard seeing your own worst moments be reflected in the one you love. They both would find themselves getting a bit frustrated and saying something insensitive sometimes. Specifically because they project their own issues onto each other. It's like metaphorically grabbing your old self by the shoulders and shaking them. I like to play around with this duality with these two.

Valeveira: I actually think Jill secretly enjoys Carlos being unserious with her but she's just too proud to say it. Especially if we're talking post!re3 events, where she knows he is a good guy and has trust in him. She'll also steal some of his quips and use them during her own adventures.

Mithan: No idea if this is an unpopular take or not, but I headcanon that one of the biggest reasons Rose seems to be so distant from Mia in her dlc is that she looks so much like her father. I see Mia being absolutely wracked with guilt after losing Ethan like that. Potentially even forming a sense of resentment towards Rose, which just makes her blame and hate herself even further for these feelings she can't control. She feels like a horrible mother that is just going to hurt Rose one day, too. It's sad, really. Mia also leaves most of Ethan's belongings to Rose and Chris, because she feels like she doesn't 'deserve' to have him near her after what she did. Mithan is my go-to for exploring grief and loss.

As for my unpopular opinion on remake-verse Leon... People baby rookie Leon a bit too much in my opinion. He's not nearly as naive and innocent as some paint him as, and he actually has lots of depth and nuance that, unfortunately, gets forgotten or overlooked. I understand the appeal of this wide-eyed cute guy and all, but I do wish he would be given a bit more agency and maturity in the fandom.

Rookie Leon is my favorite iteration of him along with Death Island Leon, can u tell I'm sorta passionate about him lmao

Okay, I just saw your other ask about leshley/eagleone and felt like I had to get in on this because ever since RE4Make came out, I've been going crazy over this ship. I have always found it cute in RE4 OG, but now it's driving me crazy. I cannot understand how many people miss the many implications that Leon is trying to flirt during certain parts of the game. Like seriously, come on, pals, he's being so awkward, trying to sound cool and give compliments that end up sounding weirder than he intended. And I don't know if it's just me that noticed this, but I find it funny how Leon talks to Ashley in certain moments like it's the easiest thing to do; then, in other parts, he really has no clue how to speak to her. Does that not scream attraction to anyone?

i'm with you on this one. i don't know how people miss EVERYTHING about them. like they don't even go "oh?" at times when they're playing. it probably depends on the mindset you have when you're playing. if you're hyperfocused on the action, maybe you'll miss it. idk. on social media, there are two broad types of people who have negative reactions when it comes to leon/ashley:

1. aeon shippers (mostly, can be other shippers as well, but they're mostly chill because they themselves get forced into a corner by aeon stans) who think it threatens their ship

2. people who are fiercely anti-romance when it comes to whatever media they consume and consider it to be dumb and actively making a good piece of media worse (because in their eyes, romance is a lowly preoccupation to have)

and both groups are super bitter for no reason lmaoooo. you might have noticed a tendency in media discourse recently on social media that is very anti-romance - a few weeks ago, it became a whole thing on twitter because of the bear (the tv show) and the ship between sydney and carmy, to the point where even official media outlets started talking about it. romance is considered dumb. everything that contains romance is essentially a bad soap opera. blah blah blah we're all too smart for that. there's a very strong, almost puritanical anti-sex sentiment going around at the moment as well, and i wish it was just some isolated issue within fandoms overpopulated by young teens, but people lost their minds over two sex scenes in oppenheimer for god's sake. and if i had the time and willpower and knowledge, i'd turn this into a discussion about how that ties into humans being obsessed with moving away from every single instinct that they have, but well.

i also agree with the second part of your ask, about leon's attitude towards ashley. tbh, leon can't flirt for shit: most of the time, he's awkward (RE2R, the fence scene with claire: i can never tell if he's attempting to flirt, or if he's just awkward because there's a cute girl right in front of him) or even downright unfunny (was he trying to flirt with jill in death island? was he trying to lighten the mood? idk man leon is a bit of a whore so). he tries to flirt all the time: we got shen may in infinite darkness, ada, etc. we know he isn't smooth.

so one thing that really sticks out in RE4R is his tone with ashley, in two specific instances (maybe more): the one i mentioned in my previous ask, when he says "i can catch you", and when he sees ashley asleep on the bed in chapter 13 (and calls out to her). these are two very intense and high-stress situations where he kind of reverts back to RE2R leon (nick does a great job at conveying the difference in maturity in leon's voice in both games). he's very distressed. why does that matter? because fucking shouting ashley's name when there are two enemies 10 meters away (we know that, he doesn't, but the island is riddled with ganados, so why would he even try?) is the stupidest decision a special agent could make. and yet he does it anyway. there are other instances of leon being in a similar situation, yet he still retains that deeper tone of his - see his first encounter with krauser in chapter 11.

and it's not just because he's doing his job, which is what one of my friends argued, because you don't go around flirting with the person you're tasked to rescue for shits and giggles. not to mention, that's the president's daughter. if he was just doing his job, he'd stick to the plan, be stoic and get her home and that's it. that's what's required of him. implying that the first daughter is hot as fuck and that he doesn't usually enjoy his regular missions nearly as much as he does when he's with her isn't part of his job description. there's a difference between being a decent guy and not treating her like cargo, and overtly flirting with her.

i think he's also very awkward with her at first because he's toeing the line between what's acceptable and what isn't, so he can figure out if there is grounds for flirting and it's not wholly unwanted on ashley's part. then you get that pep talk in the castle, which is when they really start to get comfortable with each other and when he attempts some physical contact that isn't just 100% necessary. she reacts well, which explains why he takes it further in chapter 9. he spends the rest of the game painfully distressed and by chapter 16, they're all over each other (jetski + taking her hand to run to the elevator - leon, the girl is smart, she knows how to run and follow you).

leon has a crush. plain and simple. he doesn't know how to deal with it, except for the few times when he does and the flirting is technically reciprocated. idk how people can't notice the plain signs of attraction, even in a generation that is as recluse and introverted as mine tends to be, but they're very obvious once you start paying attention.

there's a collective idea of hcs for ada and while i agree with some, some i don't see as realistic but that's the whole thing about hc! some people relate to more than others and since her backstory is a mystery, everyone can kinda go with what they want!

for her family specifically there's a fake story that she tells leon at some point but it's just on the fan wiki so i don't really wanna use that as any basis for what a fake story would be like

i don't like the idea of her being trafficked (a lot of people hc this but i don't think this is necessary for her story) but i see her having a rough childhood, be it her family was murdered or that she lost her house and family to a fire. something about fire seems like it's tied to her.

some people like the whole black widow route where she was taken into some school and taught how to fight and kill. i see her not really killing until she's in her 20s tbh. some people think of her killing when she's like 11 but i feel like that would contribute to her psychology more if she did kill that young.

there's also theories about her ethnicity since she may be mixed, chinese/vietnamese and or half white. i moreso subscribe to her being fully chinese or at least east asian with primarily chinese as her heritage. (i know that one video with ink ribbon perpetuated this idea that she's half white, but i've NEVER found a source on that.)

i also did a poll before! and the consensus was actually that ada speaks both mandarin and cantonese!

i like this better tbh so readers can relate more if they understand one or the other language or both!

Could you do caelus (hsr) burp headcanon pretty please🛐🛐

with a few other asks (maybe from the same person) over time.

As I put on this list, I think that Caelus is actually a fairly big burper , especially when he wants to be. In fact, I think he'd be pretty close to S tier but he has a few things working against him.

I'll get the few things working against him that puts him at a disadvantage first. First, is that he's newly born or without much memory (depending on how you want to interpret the beginning of the game). This puts him at a severe disadvantage with lack of experience. Second, those around him most, such as Welt and Dan Heng (though I'll get to his burp canon later since I think he is one just, he's complicated) are more polite and try to be refined so it's not like he has experience with witnessing it either so must be taught. Third, because of all of that together, I don't think he has much opportunity to burp as some of the others.

However, that being said, I don't think he wouldn't learn. He's also a gamer as we've seen from his idle and he's definitely learning as things go along and his friends will definitely rub off on him. Plus I also think that Caelus would experiment on himself especially when he can see what others are doing. He's stubborn that way. If others around him are burping and showing off, he's not one to be left behind. He's going to force some out and be able to let out some monsters. Because rules are meant to be broken!

There is another counter thought working in his favor. Because of his lack of memory, he doesn't necessarily know all the manners of others and so learned behaviors from others slobbier than him will rub off quick or he may do it because it's natural and not realize it's rudeness. There in the bonus of if March 7th says that it's rude, he's definitely going to burp again just to mess with her. Though this also makes me laugh at her then saying Caelus' epic burps are part of his secret strength.

Caelus also comes off as less mannered as everyone and able to slip easily into a more relaxed state. We already know he can be a master at eating contests (even if it takes several tries to do so) so I'm sure his appetite is there and even during these contests when he's about to black out or he eats something weird (which seems to happen a lot), that he just lets belches fly so that he can try to settle his stomach or make more room. If he's eaten something weird, I'm sure he'd rub his belly and let them out or even try to cover them by burping into his fist (depending on who he is with).

Because he's kind of baby at having a body, I think he doesn't have much control over his belches so he's not really suppressing them. His belches will be loud and resonant, even if he's burping into his own fist. If he's casually eating too much then, I do think he'd pat his belly and show off and belch loudly with a smirk, satisfied in belly and his performance. I think someone like Luka or Sampo and their belches would definitely rub off on Caelus and he wouldn't want to not be able to be at their level and even try to emulate them.

I imagine that he'd also be one to just chug soda and be surprised when he lets out a huge belch. Speaking of, there is the thought of that Caelus likes to stop at all the vending machines on the various worlds so he's trying all kinds of foods and drink, with many of them fizzy. So he's bound to just burp up a storm, and even have some unintentional ones that go up his nose and burn a little.

What would be hilarious is if one of the Aeons (even if it was in simulated universe) and his stellaron power was infused with the power of his belches and one such very epic belches ended up attracting the notice of an Aeon and he's granted a blessing (probably something like from AHA since pretty sure Sampo is already in that club.)

So overall, I think that Caelus could be a pretty epic belcher, almost unintentionally, and them would be deep and bassy, but with almost no control and not ready to force out monster belches like some of the others.
