first and foremost, this is still under construction and im only gonna touch on the betas and the sgrub trolls for now . some people have been at camp for a long time, some people have known each other for years, some people still need to meet, some people are dead. cracks my fucking knuckles

JOHN - zeus kid. new in town. this guy was carted in with his Gang (dave and sollux) and he spends a LOT of time in the hermes cabin. he gets claimed by zeus at a moment where hes completely alone and he has no fucking idea what it means so he just kind of shrugs it off and STAYS in the hermes cabin thinking hes still unclaimed. at one point he off-handedly brings up “some symbol appearing over his head” and upon describing it uhh yeah this kid gets moved to the zeus cabin.

ROSE - athena kid. been at chb for about four years. ive thought about making her a hecate kid because of the magic thing but i just really like rose just Knowing exactly whats going on from the start. she does find the hecate cabin and its campers fascinating though and shes been adopted as one of their own. shes incredible at her studies and she got so good so fast shes already teaching several classes ranging from history to language to fighting to tapestry weaving

DAVE - apollo kid. also new in town. he and the Boyz get carted in and hes claimed first. hes never wielded a bow and arrow but holy shit hes a natural at it. he still does prefer his swords though. i like thinking he fights with a light blade seeing as apollo is the god of the sun

JADE - demeter kid, been at camp for nine years. originally from hawaii, she was brought to camp at age Nine and she knows the ins and outs of everything. shes the demeter cabin counselor and shes insane with a shotgun, but she ALSO has MACHETE privileges. when it comes to powers she fights most often with vines to hold shit in place. also shes a weirdly good dog trainer and when the camp was attacked by a hellhound one time, she calmed it down instead of killing it and now its the camps guard dog. his name is bec. she rides him into battle a lot :)

ARADIA - hades kid, not at camp. dead, actually. i based her backstory heavily off a canon pjo character so if you know, you know. not spoiling who. aradias mother (handmaid) dealt with some Shifty Fucking Business and when her first daughter (damara) went and joined kronos’ army, handmaid almost went too. she was Punished, aradia got involved when she shouldnt have, aradia tried to save her, aradia gets sentenced to elysium and handmaid gets sentenced to the fields of punishment. aradia does not fuck with that so she gives up her spot in elysium so both she and her mother end up in asphodel. aradia gets dunked in the river lethe and, being mortal, forgets nearly everything, but being half-god, does not become a shade. now she wanders the fields looking off at a certain palace in the distance wondering why she would rather be there instead of here. the only thing she knows is that there is an “a” somewhere in her name. 

TAVROS - i havent really elaborated on tav yet :/ but he is a hermes kid and hes been at camp for five-ish years. long enough to have some authority but not long enough to be a counselor. and he does have legs made specially for him out of celestial bronze B) he has a pair of winged shoes and he doesnt know how to use them yet . hes figuring it out though

SOLLUX - JANUS KID . JANUS KID. THIS IS IMPERATIVE. janus has NO greek counterpart so this makes sollux ROMAN. and my god it SHOWS. hes new just like dave and sollux but he has a very hard time fitting in because a.) it takes him the longest to get claimed, b.) he cant read greek or remember the names of the gods for shit, c.) he doesnt fight like the other kids, and d.) nobody knows what hes saying when he speaks in the only other language hes comfortable in. of course, chiron eventually recognizes that its latin hes speaking. along the course of the actual plot hes gonna find camp jupiter and hell Know Whats Up but he stays with his boys because Theyre His Boys. also i really really think sollux wielding the scepter of diocletian is fucking BALLER

KARKAT - ANOTHER FAVE. APHRODITE. but my humanstuck hc and my identity hc comes very into play here ok. understand that how i see human karkat is lebanese with full-body vitiligo and a white streak in his hair, and hes greyromantic asexual. hes been at camp for six years and hes best friends with jade. he HATES his siblings because his siblings consistently bully him for being an “ugly, loveless child of aphrodite”. and a BIG part of karkats arc is self-acceptance and eventually self-love and pride in his appearance and his identity and proving to himself and to his siblings that he has worth and that there was never anything wrong with him. and after the whole plot quest he comes back and he challenges the current counselor since he can do that Since He Went On A Quest. also he can charmspeak

NEPETA - ares kid, been at camp maybe three years? i havent thought much on her character yet either but she does do avid patrols of the camp border and also she loves eating the strawberries out of the vineyards. she gets in trouble often :33

KANAYA - anon i REGRET TO INFORM YOU that i still have yet to really look into how children of iris work. but do know that kanaya has been at camp for a few years now and she is severely underestimated by any enemies because even though she is a demigod, shes a child of a “minor god”, therefore shes “less of a threat” and an “easier target.” my god no one has ever been more wrong. also there is one thing i have solidified that she can do and it is iris calling at will, no mist and no drachma needed. she has to wave several people away per day asking to call friends of theirs

TEREZI - nemesis kid, been at camp six years, arrived with karkat ! i also need to look into how nemesis kids work but ive had this neat idea before where she can literally manipulate certain scenarios to tip in her favor, like a literal “tipping the scales” kind of power. she has potential to be very fucking cool and i need to work on her some more

VRISKA - tyche. come on. goddess of luck. not much on vriska either but this 8itch is definitely in charge of her cabin on account of “I’m the oldest, therefore I should 8e in charge!!!!!!!!” despite how much she manipul8s and complains, shes also a very skilled fighter and probably taught new campers in swordfighting classes. unfortunately she is also probably banned from teaching new campers swordfighting because she is Not That Responsible With Other People Especially Middle Schoolers

EQUIUS - hephaestus kid, been at camp four or five years, met nepeta at camp :) hes very reclusive and doesnt really come out of the cabin that much. he doesnt have pyrokinesis but he is pretty heat resistant and. well. there are some rumors that hes been excavating the tunnels underneath the hephaestus cabin. he may or may not be well acquainted with bunker nine. 

GAMZEE - DIONYSUS KID HKJHKDSJHFKDSFHDS HE FOLLOWS MR. D AROUND SO MUCH AND HES JUST CHILLING BRO. if anyones stay at camp can rival jade harleys its gamzee makaras . nobody sees him at class though. he likes hanging out in the big house. and .. for some reason he really likes the oracle in the attic. nobody stops him from going up there though since she only speaks prophecies when prophecies are needed, but uh. h. g. gam? gamzee?? 

ERIDAN - ok this guy was fun for me to pick a godly parent for. his godly parent is kymopoleia, the goddess of violent sea storms. i like to think he has some poseidon-esque abilities, but not all of them. i actually feel like hed be part of kronos’ army if anything, at least at the very beginning. he used to be at camp but yknow, kymopoleia isnt exactly a goddess that has a cabin. so he turned elsewhere. 

FEFERI - COME ON. COME ON. POSEIDON. COME ON. shes old besties with eridan. when he split for kronos’ army, she stayed behind at camp half blood. she really wants to bring him back to camp but she has no idea how to get in touch with him. i havent developed her much but i do know she hangs out with tavros a lot. they both used to be aradias childhood friends. losing eridan kind of stings. :( 

BONUS: CALLIOPE - SATYRESS !!!!! CALLIOPE IS THE SATYRESS THAT BROUGHT JOHN DAVE AND SOLLUX TO CAMP i love satyr cherubs. she fights with a wand and a sword, both the same item that can be interchanged accordingly. she hides it as a charm on a necklace she wears and shes very skilled in magic.

"Never go away"

Okay guys so this is my first fanfic which I have been writing for nearly 3 hours.. I hope you enjoy it ^_^ It had been a full day of essay writing for Beca and she'd been getting stressed with all of this work which she sure thought would be for nothing. She'd always wanted to become a music producer and work in LA. With that goal in mind she sat in the corner of the sports hall and put her overly large headphones on and tried to continue to edit the music for the Bella's set but that was a hard job when Chloe kept bending over and showing off her ass. The other bellas were all working hard on a routine that Chloe had been choreographing, she was determined to beat the trebles at regionals again this year. All of the girls were in groups, Flo, Jessica and Ashley and then Cynthia Rose, Lilly and Amy. Chloe and Stacey had been trying to teach Emily to do the splits but so far the only splits had been in two pairs of yoga pants. This was going to be one of the last tries but Chloe wasn't giving up. "Ok girls, on three. One. Two..." There was yet again another rip. "Oh shit" Emily mumbled. "How does this keep happening? Aren't these meant to be stretchy?" "Go and get changed Em" Chloe sighed "I'll have a look at the routine again and maybe I'll get Beca to take your place" she said jokingly. As Emily walked out with Stacey's hoodie around her arse, Chloe approached Beca who had her laptop balanced on her lap. Beca and Chloe had been dating for a few weeks now and were trying to keep it quiet among the bellas but with Fat Amy around, things weren't going to stay quiet for long. "Becs" she said "Beca!" The brunette jumped, her laptop almost falling off her lap. "Jeez Chloe, give a girl a shock" "Hmm, maybe later" the red head replied with a smirk. "I need your help. Emily's split 3 pairs of yoga pants and I don't think the store are going to let her buy anymore soon." Beca lifted her head and her eyes met Chloe's. "So you need me to do what?" "No need to sound so grumpy" the red head said as she sat down beside Beca and put her arm round her. "What's up?" "I'm extremely stressing over everything right now. My dad isn't very encouraging with the whole music producing side of life. He's happy to have a daughter in college who's going to be able to earn loads of money and live independently. I hate it, he'd rather be with the step monster than help me get to LA." She rested her head on Chloe's shoulder and Chloe's head rested on hers. "I'm never gonna do it am I?" "Yes you will Becs, I know you will." She squeezed her hand "No matter what your dad says, you've gotta do this for you and you only" Chloe lifted Becas head and brushed her hair behind her ears, planting a light kiss on her forehead. "Guys! What are you doing, stop with the gay! we need a routine so I can kick Bumpers ass!" Fat Amy of course arrived at this moment. All the girls loved her, she was the big fat glue that held them all together. But at times she could get a little bit too...well too much Amy isn't always a good thing. "Chloe come on, Emily's back but says she's not going to go into the splits again. And I'm tired so can we hurry this up" The three went back over to the group, Chloe holding Beca's hand and Beca not really wanting to be there at all. She'd been feeling distanced from the group and wasn't too confident with Amy blurting out about the girls relationship to the other Bellas. "Right girls, plan is changing slightly. Emily, you're going to swap places with Beca and Amy you're going to be grouped with Jessica and Ashley instead of Flo. Are we all okay with that?" All of the girls nodded, happy to continue practising. "We'll give it another 20 minutes and then we'll leave it until tomorrow" Beca and Chloe split from the group and Chloe tried to explain how the splits were going to fit into the routine. "So after Flo has blackflipped i need you to go into the splits in time with Stacey. Do you think we can try?" Chloe trying to make eye contact with the brunette. Beca seemed very distant. "Babe come on, this is all going to be okay..." "Chloe you don't understand." She snapped "This isn't okay, I have no idea what Im doing. My dad wants me to get this degree and I have no clue what I'm even studying" Her voice began to break. I can't...I can't do this". A single tear rolled down her cheek, this was quickly wiped away by Chloe's thumb, she couldn't stand seeing Beca hurt like this. Chloe put her arms over the brunettes shoulders and rested her head on her girlfriends forehead. Chloe felt beca softly place her hands on her waist and heard a sad sniff coming from the brunette. "Look, everything is going to be okay. I'm here." Tears now streaming down Becas face as her eyes met Chloe's. The red head kissed her gently and Beca returned the kiss, her hands holding onto Chloe so tightly as if she was scared of losing her. "Chlo.." she said in a soft sniffling voice. "Yes?" "Never go away" Chloe pulled Beca in tightly. "I'm not going anywhere without you" she whispered in her ear. Chloe's left hand holding her thin waist against her stomach and her right hand tenderly placed on the back of Becas head holding her close. "I'm always going to be here. No matter what." She gave her a squeeze. Chloe lifted Beca's chin and kissed her again. The girls both felt the rest of the group looking at them, they turned to meet the eyes of the Bellas. "Well, like I said last year. Everyone loves a good Bhloe."
