1. Offer your members Health Checks 
The offer of free and short health checks will help your members to interact with staff more, so they’ll be more open with the gym’s members of staff. I love this routine! I always look forward to doing Yoga and getting the work done. I've rocked my goals so far this morning. After yesterday played itself out I was lacking confidence the schedule I set for myself would become reality. Life has its ups and downs. Go with the flow. I told myself to get up and be the change I want today. That manifested in my setting an earlier alarm. Listening to that alarm. Then getting my morning routine done. So happy to have done so! I also had some cheerleaders and yoga partners. Jake especially loves downward dog and child's pose lol! . . As far as fitness. I made a huge step today. I'm definitely noticing major improvements in my arm muscles as I was actually able to glide through the plank down and up into Upward Dog. That is a lot of upper arm and shoulder work I've lost over the last couple years. I also was able to solidly do the shoulder stand!!! Still not pushing for Crow or the handstand just yet. I get too much of a headache still.
