Battle of the wills cont’d

My 4 year old has sat at that chair crying for over an hour because we told him he couldn’t get up until he took ONE bite of the breakfast eggs dad cooked. ONE BITE!!

He has cried, screamed, kicked made up EVERY excuse under the sun and claims he doesn’t like them even though the “bite” we told him he has to eat is miniscule!!! It’s a FREAKING crumb!! But at this point we REFUSE to give in and show him we’re in charge. #yallPrayForUs #BattleOfTheWills

Update: we took off our shirt and had another episode of crying and yelling followed by the FINAL submission those making the Hubby and I victors! Until next time stubborn son of mine 😒

One of the things I am most adamant about healing from is inconsistency. . Before marriage to a predatory narcissist, I was very consistent with every routine. Routines help with: 🔴 introspection - helping you to focus on yourself more to elevate vs. on the negative behaviors of others 🔴 recognize and release old and negative habits hindering you from experiencing positive abundance 🔴 help you reset goals if need be to experience the life you want . These are books I didn't complete over the last two years. Now don't go running off at the jip jaw to my Mama because she will have a hard time believing her eldest did not complete a book 🤭🤭🤭 . I'm not waiting for 2022, I'm starting this work now. Getting back to forming new and better habits are the flavors I'm tasting for a while. Let's get this consistency work in together! .
