One of the things I am most adamant about healing from is inconsistency. . Before marriage to a predatory narcissist, I was very consistent with every routine. Routines help with: 🔴 introspection - helping you to focus on yourself more to elevate vs. on the negative behaviors of others 🔴 recognize and release old and negative habits hindering you from experiencing positive abundance 🔴 help you reset goals if need be to experience the life you want . These are books I didn't complete over the last two years. Now don't go running off at the jip jaw to my Mama because she will have a hard time believing her eldest did not complete a book 🤭🤭🤭 . I'm not waiting for 2022, I'm starting this work now. Getting back to forming new and better habits are the flavors I'm tasting for a while. Let's get this consistency work in together! . Ever since Phoebe Philo took over, Céline has become the thinking fashion girl’s favorite label.  We’ve lusted over her perfect silk blouse, her tomboy trousers, her classic camel coat but it’s the bags that have every girl (and a few boys) swooning.
