One of the things I am most adamant about healing from is inconsistency. . Before marriage to a predatory narcissist, I was very consistent with every routine. Routines help with: 🔴 introspection - helping you to focus on yourself more to elevate vs. on the negative behaviors of others 🔴 recognize and release old and negative habits hindering you from experiencing positive abundance 🔴 help you reset goals if need be to experience the life you want . These are books I didn't complete over the last two years. Now don't go running off at the jip jaw to my Mama because she will have a hard time believing her eldest did not complete a book 🤭🤭🤭 . I'm not waiting for 2022, I'm starting this work now. Getting back to forming new and better habits are the flavors I'm tasting for a while. Let's get this consistency work in together! . Once in a while a pair of boots comes along that are so striking and super sexy that it takes you a moment for you to soak it all in. Ladies, please meet these thigh-high beauties from my favorite designer Haider Ackermann. How does one wear it? Let’s be honest, height helps. (If you are blessed with legs longer than the length of these boots, congrats!) Two suggestions: wear it with this season’s IT skirt length — the midi — so that the white stitching pops out subtly or opt for a short, pleated wrap miniskirt to really show off the sexiness. On top, make sure that your shirt is silky, the jacket is cropped, and leave the hair messy for some added attitude.
