The Magnus Archives #67 - Burning Desire.

I've now finished season 2 which felt like it went by quite quickly. I am a few episodes into series 3 and it truly does just get better and better. All my favorite qualities of the podcast keep getting expanded on which is of course enjoyable. I re-listened to #67 and started to question my design of Agnes. I wanted her to have a dazed look since the whole episode goes on about how odd she is and not quite human even though she looks alluring. But then I realized she was described as tall which I totally missed the mark on, oh well.

In your Magus AU, is Agnes just another a wizard/witch, a noble, or is she some sort of royalty for the Desolation-based kingdom? Also, does she still have a *thing* with Gertrude?

Soooo...

Agnes is the queen of the desolation-based kingdom-

she is an exception to the 'witches are only noble in name' rule but mostly her advisors make decisions.

She and Gertrude don't have the same *thing* as in GiSA but they have met 👁👁

more a headcanon-ish fanwork, as i assume painters, sculptors, and bards of sanbreque would have romanticized and glorified dion after he won over the strait of autha during the battle of the twin realms. of course, this work is also heavily based on a statue of 'saint michael the archangel' and dion's character cgi render.
