I did this banded warm up, after 20 minutes on tne treadmill the other day for leg day. It is by no means perfect or what works for everyone. It helps activate my glutes and loosen up my hips, as well as get me in the "leg day" mindset. Side note: lateral tube walks look easy. Don't be deceived! They hit the gluteus medius hard! All exercises were done 3 sets 8-15 reps 🎆 banded squats (I did notice I leaned forward a bit too much, imo. Hump day workout: glute activation. The benefits of ensuring that your gluteal muscles fire correctly are numerous and help with all forms of core strength and stability. Strong glutes can help to alleviate back pain, increase strength and agility and prevent injury. Do this workout at least twice a week to get those glutes working optimally. You can do this at home and all you need is a band.(can be done without a band too) 🍑 banded clams-3 sets of 15 reps each side to warm up 🍑banded glute bridge-3 sets of 10 lifts each leg (rest for 30 secs after each set) 🍑superset banded donkey kicks and fire hydrant-4 sets of 13 reps each leg (rest 1 min between supersets) 🍑banded monster walks-15 steps each side-repeat for 3 rounds 🍑side plank with leg lift-3 sets of 12 lifts each side (do side one and then immediately side 2.
