oh, this is gorgeous.

you think of artificiality as something that's represented by straight lines and sharp angles, but the motif through the mechanical parts of her is actually circles, with a vine spiraled around her artificial spine, and the straightest line in the image is her presumably-biological chin.

the rose mirrors the pink wire that drapes down her back from a charging port offscreen. like the wire, the end of the stem of the rose has been disconnected. symbolically this implies she's dying. two beautiful creatures that were once alive and then were ripped from their soil.

but her face is calm and peaceful, her hand on the rose unhurried. she is in the place she yearned to reach, and she is not afraid.

this cyborg babe is my biggest achievement of this week as i was trying to get myself to draw her for so long but was always scared of the complexity (i don't usually draw robotics). finally she's here and in two colors!

the kid on the dad's shoulders (sobbing)

the mom's sweater(?) looks great, very fashionable. the kid's shorts are also green, but a different green, so the two balance each other without confusion. all the colors in the piece are muted, with the brightest color being the teeth and the highlights on the eyes. even the background isn't fully white.

all the cloth drapes like real cloth, to the point that I can tell what material it's made of: the dad is wearing wool, for instance, and the kid's shorts are polyester, or maybe rayon. the mom could also be wearing wool, but a finer wool or cotton. kid's shirt is spandex blend, which makes sense for a growing child.

the clothing and hairstyles speak to both interest and competence in style, appropriate to the ages, genders, and particular bodies of the people depicted. the clothing flatters, the hairstyles frame their faces. these outfits were clearly selected with care to put forth a particular image, no less by the artist than by the character.

the overall impression is of a photogenic family having a fun day out. your caption implies that that's not all there is to their story, and I look forward to discovering more.
