#wooo awesome i feel like shit no matter what i do#can't logic my way out of it!#can't compassion my way out of it!#no matter how much i genuinely do believe in these things!#i have unlocked the Bad Feelings no matter what i eat or what quantity#i have no idea what's a normal amount of food#and i can't tell apart normal thoughts from contradicting ed thoughts#100 bucks to whoever finds my hunger cues and brings them back#my brain decided that eating things was the best goddamn sensory experience in the world and that if my arms can reach it i have to have it#so instead of balancing nutritional needs with sensory wants with circumstances like a normal person#i'm balacing all this + the stress-focus-feeling okay-o-meter since for some fucking reason the only way to lower it is crunchy things#and of course the ed. the arfid/autism(?) thing. the trying to eat an environmentally responsible amount of meat.#not going to lie it feels very neverending and hopeless#i think on some level i'll always have urges and compulsions to eat things that aren't to be followed upon body-wise#but are filling a need psyche-wise#and i have no idea how to balance that. how to replace with something else that fills the psychological need.#how to balance my diet around those urges and compulsions that help my psychologically.#and like all of my problems forever it's only a tiny part of a big interconnected mess that i don't even know how to begin to unravel#broadcasting my misery#vent#ed tw

Idk who might need this, but if you need to eat to get your blood sugar up, but nothing looks good, or you're just to tired to make food, try finding some juice or a sports drink (not diet).
If it still isn't appealing, add some warm water to heat it up, it might make it easier on your stomach. I like to add honey to warm drinks, and raw honey can help with digestion.
If you've been sweating a lot, or are sick, you can add a little salt to your juice or water to help replenish electrolytes.

DOMESTIC BIRDS HAVE NEGATIVE SURVIVAL INSTINCTS. NEVER RELEASE THEM INTO THE WILD!!
No matter how 'right' you think it is,it's never okay! Domestic birds,especially parrots,have no idea what is and isn't a threat. I take my budgie's cage down into the kitchen (when nobody is cooking) to clean it because the room he is in is carpeted,and I'd much rather sweep then vaccum every time. Sometimes my dogs get into the kitchen,and this little bird is not afraid of my dogs whatsoever. In fact,this bold little shit was about to go over and bite one of their noses through the bars when said dog got past the baby gate into the kitchen.
Besides this,even if said bird can recognise a threat,they have no idea how to evade it sense they weren't taught to.
And birds bred with unnatural color mutations have no camouflage to defend themselves. This is most common with blue budgies. If you didn't know,budgies are naturally green and yellow,the blue color comes from years of domestication.
Not to mention,most places birds are released are not even the correct habitat. I often see videos of pet parrots being released into cities or towns,when most parrots live in tropical rainforests,while Budgies live in the outback.
These birds often die in a few days of 'release'. Throwing pets into the wild is in general a death sentence,no matter the species.
I know a lot of people don't believe birds should be 'mistreated' in pet stores,but here's the thing: Proper bird owners give their feathery friends happy lives. Birds are often mistreated in captivity mostly by the average person. I know someone reading this probably has or knows someone with a pet budgie or finch that is treated like an ornament. It may suprise many,but budgies need a balaced diet,a large cage,and plenty of exercise and meantal stimulation,just like Macaws and Cockatoos. Birds in general aren't low maintenance pets,and a bird being smaller doesn't mean it has less care needs.
Some might say that an animal like birds shouldn't be domesticated in the first place. And this is partially true,due to all the unintentional mistreatment of birds,and how they are marketed as easy low maintenance starter pets,especially budgies and finches,when in reality,all birds are as exotic of a pet as a koala. Many people impulse buy because of how cheap birds like budgies and finches are,and how supposedly 'easy' it is to care for them,just because they don't require daily walks or grooming doesn't mean they're low maintenance. Before you get any pet,you should do extensive research.
In conclusion; Releasing a pet bird into the wild,no matter the species,is crueler then keeping them as pets and giving them a good life. Please,do not do this.

a guide to glow up ♡
not just physically but mentally too.
mental glow up:
-be nice: basic one, nobody wants to be around a bitch and you cant glow up or be at your full potential if you are always bringing negative vibes around you. try being more tolerant and kind, you will feel so much better!
-be greatful: always apreciate what you have, even if its just a plate of food be grateful
-journal: have a book to write how you feel, what you like or you can put wathever!
-read: for me its so calming, it can be at night after a long day or in the morning with a cup of tea
-have time for yourself: always prioritize yourself, enjoy some food or do some skin care after a long day, you deserve it!
-meditate: even if its 5 minutes, taking this time for clear your mind its so healthy! it can be in the morning and there is lots of apps for a guided meditation
-be outside: nature charges your energy, taking some fresh air will clear your mind! you can take walks, grab a coffee with a friend or be outside with your pet and still enjoy nature
-stay active: this is so important, not just for a better body but for moving your body. you can go on walks, do some yoga or even pilates
-dont be too hard on yourself: always treat yourself as someone you love, taking care of yourself mean to know when you want to do something and went you dont. listen to your mind and body!
-spend some time with loved ones: you dont have to be 24/7 with someone to make it clear you love them, show some love like cooking them something or giving random hugs to let them know you love them
-study: this is a basic one. dont be "cool" and skip classes or go knowing nothing to a test. focus on your future self, i know its hard but keep going! you will feel so much better with a great note
-always be yourself: dont follow stupid trends or like what your friends like. people are way more atractted to original people, so just be yourself and do what you enjoy
physical glow up:
-make up: LESS IS MORE, always keep it natural in the day, enhances your features, for example: if you have a mole dont cover it, you can define it with a brown pencil. a make up basic for me its mascara, blush, highlight and concelear
-skin care: always have a skin care routine that you can do at least 2 or 3 times a week. go to a dermatologist! dont put wathever in your face, i know skin care products are pricey but you cant put the cheapest things or your face
-sunscreen: always put sunscreen at least in your face EVERYDAY
-face massages: this one saved my life, buy a gua sha or a face roller they are life changing. there are many videos for techniques and massages you can do. if you dont have any of those you can do them with your hands. but if you are going to massage your face always have some cream or some product in your face (it has to be moist)
-exfoliate your body: do this at least 4 times a week, this renovates the skin and removes dead skin from your body. you dont have to buy many exfoliants, you can make them at home! i use coconut oil plus sugar. after this put some body lotion
-dry brush: after showering brush your body, it makes your skin so soft
-take care of your hair: put some argan oil and use good hair products. you can also make homemade mask for the hair
-eat clean: focus on a balaced diet. sure you can have chocolate or ice cream, but focus mostof the times on whole foods and protein
-jewelry: always have on some ring or necklace
-paint your nails: you always look put together wit your hands painted

Habis welcome party kadiv SPE, cukup menarik, sepertinya setahun kedepan cukup berwarna. Anyway, sekarang gue harus ngerjain PR Termodinamika yang tak kunjung usai, ditemani apel dan peanut butter.
