AU where a few years after Obi-Wan gives Luke to the Lars', Quinlan finds him and says "join the hidden path Obi, please see" and Obi-Wan tells him "bro I can't leave, Luke is here, but I'll still help however I can" so Quinlan leaves and comes back a few weeks later with a force sensitive baby. And Obi-Wan just stands there holding the baby thinking 'what the fuck do I do with this thing????' and he does what any rational person would do and gives it to the Lars' cuz that way Luke can have some siblings. This happens a few more times.

And that's the story of how Luke thinks babies come from Obi-Wan

okay not to put a tinfoil hat on but like half way through he talks about how cool he thought Goldust was, "so unique", and then he goes on to mention a specific moment where Jerry Lawler is "pressing him about how bizarre he is" and then Dustin punches him, and the crowd supported him and Cody says "man that's cool" what he doesn't mention is that Jerry Lawler is literally asking if Goldust is queer in that promo, like it was a bad thing.

Does this not sound the story of a young queer kid seeing like, queerness defended and celebrated on wrestling tv (the word queer would have still been negative but Goldust saying no he's not "queer" when used in the way Jerry was using it would not have meant that he wasn't "queer" in general) and he's like, emotional about it?? I'm not making any claims here but am I off base?? am I making any sense here????? the fact that THAT'S the moment that stuck out to him enough to mention specifically???? that's what it sounds like, right?

Cody is the type of guy to adopt an old, scraggly looking cat. He isn't going to, but then he hears someone in his building is moving, and they can't keep their cat, so either someone takes it or they get rid of it. And Cody reluctantly gets pressured into taking it.

And at first they're roommates, sometimes he talks to it like it's a person. "Ripley, where is my phone? C'mon old girl, you saw me with it."

But then the cat gets used to him, and suddenly, he sits at night watching TV with this cat sitting on the arm of the chair next to him. "You see that? Unrealistic. You'd have to stick the knife deeper for it to bleed that much." "Meow."

But then, one random night, he's had a bad day. He's frustrated and annoyed at everyone and everything. He's sitting with his feet up on the table in front of him, and he's scowling. Then these little paws start stepping across his abdomen, and he stares down at the cat in bewilderment as it curls up on his abdomen and falls asleep. He gives her a little scratch behind the ear, and she purrs rather loudly.

After that, it becomes a nightly tradition.

Eventually, she gets out of his apartment and finds her way to a kind stranger and befriends him. When this kind stranger brings her back, Cody and this kind, friendly, and rather handsome stranger start getting along. A couple of months later, Obi-Wan wakes up in Cody's bed to see Ripley, the little old lady, sitting on his chest staring him down.
