Ohhh my gods, this one was so daunting (I don't like backgrounds 😭) but it was so fun!!! This scene is going to be like. The really fun dramatic one when I get around to writing it, but for now here's a piece for it instead!!

Very quick explanation for those who haven't seen my insane rambles: Dream was about to kill Killer (finish him off) when Nightmare bursts out of hiding to get between them!

The rings on Moon's cap give of a soft glow just like his little lamp.

Uh... well... a lot of eyes... I was thinking that maybe this could be like a gimmick that comes into play when Moon gets very upset.

Oh-oh. Your mood is making the dream realm shift and it's affecting Sun. (Slowly transitioning into Moon.)

Not in a good place at all. Lashing out at Sun but also feeling sorry for it afterwards.

If your whole world revolved around colors and shapes. How devastating it must feel if that's taken from you?

Touching Eclipse's face for the first time with his consent. The rays feeling so familiar to someone you know... Also the bells on his cap and wrists are not only letting you know where he is but also that he is there which feels comforting in itself.

As scary as things might seem with these three at your side you will be alright.;)

...I totally didn't make this like a month ago and forgot to post it whaaaat what fo you even meaaaaan-

But nah for real not much with this one but i think it was pretty fun! Been meaning to do some more animatic stuff lately (even if it's just rough, sketchy stuff so far), especially for my AU, so decided to dip my toes into that with this smol thing! This audio had been on my mind for a while and thought it fit pretty damn well, so i just hope i was able to pull it off in the spook department, which i think i did pretty well on even if pretty messy! Simple, but sweet/spooky! :D

Also may or may not kinda be a teaser into what's gonna happen in the next set coming up who said that?

But anyways that'll be all for now...unless i get anymore kicks to do some smol animation things for my AU....which i have p l e n t y of ideas on 👁👁

teehee au where merlin is beloved by like all of camelot and just has everyone wrapped around his finger (not that different from canon honestly) and one day arthur is on his way out on a mission from his father that merlin insisted he be on bc uther found out about his magic and merlin just wanted arthur far away from it so he didn’t have to witness it. uther knows that merlin cares deeply for arthur and was genuine in the compromise so he allowed it. after arthur is gone, uther orders the pyre to be built and merlin is burned before sundown.

since arthur’s mission was top secret (again insisted by merlin) no one knew where he was or how to send a message to him to let him know what was happening. the citadel is ROCKED bro like a lot of them are in shock and weighed down by grief (especially the guards and knights that were forced to follow their king’s orders). this was like the first time that almost the whole citadel knew who the sorcerer was and they all adored him. organizing happens rather quickly especially with the knights and guards turning a blind eye to the conspiring of high treason that’s literally happening right in front of them.

arthur meanwhile runs into either morgause or nimueh somehow idk and they tell him about the deal his father made and shows him the contract he signed and points out the line that states the deal calls for a life to be taken in exchange for a life made which makes it clear that his father knew somebody was to die for it. he pulls a quick 180° and dashes back to camelot, arriving in the middle of the night to see fires burning high as the rioting citizens scream and shout calling for justice and listing names that seem vaguely familiar but he cant place.

arthur, already hellbent on patricide, hears the fate that befell merlin and his rage is multiplied tenfold. he marches through the streets with tunnel vision until he finds his father who seems relieved to have his son back until he draws his sword against uther. arthur doesn’t argue or insist he draw his sword. arthur just lists his two people, his mother and his merlin, much like the rioting people outside are.

uther stops him: you look down on me for building a kingdom on blood, but that is what you’ll be doing if you kill me

arthur barely blinks: then i guess i really am your son

uther’s head is paraded around the city until morning

This part of The Crimson Horror novelization lives rent free in my mind:

‘I could materialise the TARDIS around her on stage!’ cried the Doctor. ‘No—’ he concluded bitterly. ‘Too conspicuous. Blow pipe?’ ‘What?’ ‘Use a blow pipe dart to knock her out. Just for a bit. Long enough to get her back here. Strong cuppa. Two rounds of toast. Gentle interrogation…’ ‘Right,’ I sighed. ‘Or—’ ‘Befriend her as a child! Easy! I can nip back in the TARDIS, make a huge impression on her when she’s just a nipper then reappear in her life and then it’ll be all bunting out, hail the conquering Doctor, all that. It’s worked before!’

He liked the results on Amy, so he tried it on Kazran Sardick, until causing lasting childhood trauma is one of his go-to solutions for easy compliance! That's my eleven. My eldritch horror.

Six(ish) Sentence Sunday

Thanks @blairwaldcrf and @ssmtskw for the tags! This is technically only five sentences, but there is also some wanton semicolon abuse, so I think it counts.

The thing about Alex is, he’s always ten steps ahead of himself. When faced with a problem, more often than not the solution will come to him fully formed and he has to pick up the thread and walk it backwards through the labyrinthine pathways of his brain’s logic until all the twists and turns fit together; until he understands the steps to take to get himself from point A to point B. He’s always been this way, to the confusion of most people around him and the dismay of more than one high school math teacher begging him to show his working. The point is, he knows that what he’s looking at is how they get June home safely. He just needs to fit all the puzzle pieces together so he understands how.

Looks like I might be getting an Xbox pretty soon. And maybe, 6 months game pass. I didn't want a game pass, planned just buying games I needed (one game, you know which one), but one local shop has some really nice offer with it included. Maybe it's a good idea - to try something else as well, and then buy it if I really like it.

(oh my, didn't plan it before the winter break... I don't have much time for gaming right now... ).

and uhhhhh then later on a very intense situation with kidanpping anddddd that comes to a very close miss of Forced Vampire Turning there's more stuff i remember but um im too embaressed to post it

Feel like trying to get back into making at least actual bits of world building stuff and OC infos after so long bc of reasons but lacking motivations and the struggles of finding the right words plus how I want this or that said in a way is really stopping me from getting back into it hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
