if the flame chasers are in a constant loop of reincarnating as the titans, becoming mad, and being slayed...then does that mean flame reaver!phainon's attempt to kill mydei was an act of loyalty and mercy? he knew mydei's maddening, then subsequent death, after becoming a titan would be more gruesome & cruel than any other fate. was his attempt to end it all before it started a desperate plea for his lover to be granted rest?

Headcanons: Lucifer with an autistic MC

- He thinks all humans are strange and confusing anyways, so he's not flustered by not knowing certain things or making mistakes with you. He takes the opportunity to learn in stride.

- At first he has a habit of reading too much into what you say before realizing a little too late and an argument later that you truly did just mean it as a surface level comment. While he won't apologize, he will try to make it up to you.

- Any time you're too blunt and accidentally call the others out a bit too hard in an off handed comment he hears wedding bells. The honesty is refreshing... Until it's about him. Then he just stares at you like you lost your mind before grumbling "humans.."

🥀Inexpressive mc🗡

- At first he thinks you don't like him but once you discuss why you do and don't do certain things he realizes that you're not singling him out you just behave differently than what he's used to. He asks if you're on good terms just to make sure then proceeds to treat you exactly the same as before, though slowly warms you to you.

- Enjoys the mystery and learning your cues. He takes a lot of pride in being able to tell what you're thinking and feeling when others can't. He occasionally makes notes when he notices something small he may forget.

- Makes it a personal challenge to earn the biggest reactions from you at any given time, even if it's just a tiny smile or a laugh. For example, if the others are getting you gifts he has to get you the best one on principle just to prove he can. That he knows you best, that he's your favorite, that your excitement is reserved for him. It pisses the others off to no end.

- Cherishes random acts of affection, especially when it comes at unexpected times. The more off guard it takes him the sweeter it feels. Sudden compliments flare his ego more than he's proud to admit, but he stands a little taller for the rest of the day after.

- Lord FORBID you catch him off guard with physical affection, he's going to subtly drop it in conversation to brag. No force on earth will stop this smug bastard from rubbing it in everyone's face.

- Enjoys nonverbal and selectively mute company although that is coming from the selfish place of not wanting to be annoyed or interrupted. Sometimes if you're quiet enough long enough he slowly forgets you're there until you startle him by doing something.

- He'll never admit it but if you communicate by passing notes in non-talking moments he will keep them in his desk and look back at them when he misses you.

🥀Stimming🗡

- Moments of being overly expressive and loud with him is the epitome of the "what do you see in him" "he makes me laugh" meme. He'll often times take breaks from whatever he's doing to watch you fidget, dance, rock, spin. Whatever it is you do to get energy out he finds it very endearing.

- Don't try to get him to join you, he won't. He'll let you buzz around him, hang off of his arm, cling to him, and mess with him but he will not be participating.

- Listening to you sing and hum to yourself never fails to put a smile on his face regardless of the quality. The slower softer sounds relax him anyways. Faster more upbeat/disjointed tunes and quoting things to yourself does admittedly entertain him. He's fascinated to hear what's passing through your mind at the moment.

- Will keep a few fidget toys in his desk for you so you have something to occupy yourself with when you spend time together. Though he has a preference for quiet ones he's so desensitized by his brother's chaos that he won't bat an eye at louder ones as long as it's not too grating.

- Clicky keychains that play repetitive noises have been banned from his room. They qualify as cruel and unusual punishment in his mind. Stop giving him those puppy eyes he's not folding.

- He bought you a zen tangle one but ends up using it more than you do because he likes being able to keep his hand busy while he's thinking. He's also accidentally destroyed more than one stress ball he's bought for you. Someone give this man a break.

- On the off chance you're getting antsy and don't have something to busy yourself with he's more than happy to let you toy with his hand under the table.

- He is fully willing and ready at any given point and time for you to show up to be held. You don't even need to ask at a certain point. Just take a seat on his lap and enjoy those deep pressure hugs.

- Allows you to accompany him while he does work just for company's sake, if he needs help with organization he'll ask if you'd like to help. He may or may not take advantage of the fact that some autistic people enjoy activities like color coding/alphabetizing/etc.

- Will occasionally give you pointless busy work tasks like organizing paperclips when you're restless just to see if you will because he thinks it's funny. If anyone else tries something like that he will inform you immediately though just to make sure you're aware and maybe chew them out if you're close enough.

🥀Overstimulation🗡

- "... If this is all it takes to put you out of commission I think I may need to keep a closer eye on you."

- Accidentally condescending, but well intentioned.

- Invites you to tea and chess when he thinks the others have been stressing you out, if you decline he lets you borrow records he enjoys and gives you your space.

- Respects touch aversion. You don't need to hold a sunset to appreciate it, and roses have thorns for a reason. He's more than content just sharing a space with you and enjoying your company. Existing near each other is enough for him.

- He appreciates parallel play, doing things separately at your own paces is perfect. He doesn't run the risk of overwhelming you, you don't run the risk of annoying him, it's foolproof. Nothing can ruin it.

- The best at keeping his volume at a reasonable range for any activity, however if he's angry that spot is temporarily filled by Belphie.

- Might accidentally make it worse by yelling at everyone to shut up, realized what he did slightly too late, then take you somewhere quieter while grumbling an apology.

- Let's you advocate for yourself first and foremost, but if he notices you refusing to communicate your needs will do it for you very blunt and unapologetically.
