All my love to writers who DON'T make Buggy OOC-competent
he's a bombastic cowardly loser who somehow, inexplicably, against all odds, keeps failing upwards out of sheer chaotic luck
that's the point

I do my Masuda Method eggs in batches of 330 right? Out of the first 330, I only got one shiny Feebas.
I did another, cause I was doing this for my friend! I got a second shiny Feebas, also male. Now, female Milotic has longer hair which my friend likes ofc. But she'll take the male because she loves Milotic regardless!
Last egg, #660!! Shiny female.

hmm was thinking about it and i just wanted to ask, is there a particular character you hate to draw because of how difficult it is for you? tried to draw knives for the first time and absolutely hated it... think it's cause he's so... clean (?) so it makes it harder but blah blah blah
guys……. im gonna be so honest with yall rn…………….. I ACTUALLY THINK WOLFWOOD IS RLY HARD TO DRAW LMAO😭😭😭
tho obviously, i still enjoy drawing him despite that so i guess it doesnt count HAHA 😅 to answer your question, i dont think i have a specific character i “hate” to draw? i mainly draw for fun so i dont often find myself drawing things i dont like, and even when i do draw things that are difficult i still think i enjoy it to some degree. the closest thing i can think of is that i do wish i could draw inklings more easily… im OBSESSED with the splatoon ocs ive made with my friends but for some reason i have such a difficult time drawing them, so i very rarely do 🥲

Angie,
I love you for challenging my brain not to be lazy and making me try to read your tags in Italian instead of running to google translate 😅😘
I think Louis likes the aesthetics of the anarchy symbol, but also, it's not a mild statement that I think he would just tattoo on his body without caring about the meaning behind it. He seems to be the kind of person who really attributes meaning to things (like 28), and that would care about what people might interpret from a tattoo like that.
Yeah, that’s why I wrote that it’s partially hope and partially denial.
For a man who seems to be oh so strongly opposed to conspiracy theories, he sure chooses a lot of possible controversial symbols 💀

watching bridgerton and obviously there were a lot of things wrong with the way socializing has worked in the past, but honestly the idea of a "calling hour" is so appealing. office hours for friendship. you can show up unannounced at my home between 1 and 3pm. you must leave by 3pm. I may give you a pastry. lets bring that back

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).
Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.

Asked for a doctor's note to show to the airport staff if necessary for an upcoming flight where I need to bring my T with me and they were like "yeah sure no problem" and then sent me a note that makes it sound like I will literally die if I go one day without my testosterone LMAO

Guys.
Y’all.
I…
I just. I just… i have discovered something. And I have laughed too much. I have laughed every time I have tried to explain it to someone. I cannot get through this.
Look. Okay.
There are two things you need to know, here.
First: There’s a style of Greek pottery that was popular during the Hellenic period, for which most of the surviving examples are from southern Italy. We call them ‘fish plates’ because, well, they’re plates, and they’re decorated with fish (and other marine life).
Like this one, currently in the Met:

Or this one, currently in the Cleveland Museum of Art:

They’re very cool. We’re not 100% sure what they were for, because most of the surviving ones were found as grave goods, but that’s a different post.
The second thing you need to know is that when we (Classics/archaeology/whatever as a discipline) have a collection of artefacts, like vases, sculptures, paintings, etc. and we do not know the name of the artist, but we’re pretty sure one artist made X, Y and Z artefacts, we come up with a name for that artist. There are a whole bunch of things that could be the source for the name, e.g. where we found most of their work (The Dipylon Master) or the potter with whom they worked (the Amasis Painter), a favourite theme (The Athena Painter), the Museum that ended up with the most famous thing they did (The Berlin Painter) or a notable aspect of their style. Like, say, The Eyebrow Painter.
Guess what kind of pottery the Eyebrow Painter made?
