I feel like ganz/webkinz were really going somewhere with the designs of the peppermint puppy and pumpkin puppy. They still feel like they fit with the love, peace, and clover puppies, but are their own unique thing at the same time. I wish they'd continued along that route instead of choosing to make patterned puppies with busy designs and printed fabric (such as the spooky puppy, texting puppy, cupcake puppy, etc.) But that's probably a hot take lol

Do you know if Tee has any suspected age range? I want to look into the Super Monkey Ball series and he's very cute, but his shortness throws me off just a little bit ^^;;

hi anon!!! monkey ball is a series much like a lot of Sega series that keep characters ages very ambiguous but here’s always some context clues I always use to determine character ages!!

i made this chart a while ago comparing in game models of the characters side by side, yanyan and pallete are described to be around the same age in banana rumble, and yanyan has always been noted to be younger than aiai meemee and gongon, definitely older than baby though!!!!

pallete is also the young daughter of easel who we can safely assume he’s middle aged. tee is roughly around the same height as them maybe a smidge older bc he’s taller.☝🏽val is also the oldest of the gala family and fes is closer to his height too so I usually assume those two are a lot older than tee and around the age range of aiai, meemee , and gongon.

also this is everyone side by side in banana mania ( yanyan is noticeably a lot smaller ) [ also baby is big as hell for some reason (?) ]

aiai and meemee are often described as married in almost every game ( it depends on the game if baby from the future or not ) but it’s safe to assume they are old enough to be in a fully committed relationship/ be parents of a young child. Meemee is also described as being “everyone’s big sister” and takes a more older sisterly/maternal role for everyone!! (also doctor is an much older man and around the same size as aiai + meemee- if not shorter bc he slouches ) gongon is really tall bc of his species too I believe. ☝🏽)

with all this info I do like to think that tee might be a lot younger than the adult cast, roughly around the age of yanyan and pallete who are shown to be younger than everyone else, at least that’s how i go about things! 👍🏽

In what you based your vision of italy and/or itager?

People like italy does even exist?

I think fundamentally speaking the world of hetalia does not work like ours. this is obvious because of mf countries being humans but i mean also on philosophical level too like i think if ghouls were real then tokyo ghoul could probably happen. if countries cultures were humanized hetalia would still not be able to occur. Unless we completely deconstructed our sensibilities and reshaped them from the ground up, looney tunes would never be real and something around the same can be said for hetalia. Although I think hetalia is slightly more leaning towards being able to be real compared to looney tunes; it's a sliding scale and hetalia is around where the muppets are at in terms of their sensibilities working in real life. Actually the more I think about it the more I do believe that people with hetalia-like sensibilities do exist, but they're incredibly rare and fucking crazy. Since I dont live hetalia life but i have lived always sunny in philadelphia in real life which is arguably even more implausible of happening. Like bro have you ever read the wikipedia page for the guy who holds the guiness world record for being struck my lightning the most times. that shit is fucking crazy i genuinely believe he was being hunted down a malovelent force and i dont believe in god or anything like that tbh but if i had to then i would say that is probably the second biggest red flag i have ever seen of a higher entity being real. So anyways I think if the bullshit he endured happened then someone having the same disposition and sensibilities as hetalia italy isn't that far out there actually. our world is magical and wonderful isnt it!! :D

Taking this into account, my vision of Itager plays by these rules (warped sensibilities). I think that if someone like Italy is real, then he is not going to be meeting anybody who likes Hetalia because Italy would not be into this gay shit. And i don't think italy could be considered himself anymore if we put him in the same mindset as a normal person in our society; he actually has to genuinely be like the person he is in the show. It's a tall order, but i do think that is reasonable and something that could feasibly happen with how many crazy and insane things that can happen on his planet, you just need to seek these things out! I'm sorry if this is hard to understand with my wording because I also started writing this long ago and kept forgetting to finish. BUT THANK YOU FOR SENDING AN ASK LIKE THIS I REALLY LOVE IT. i don't care that much about this serie to be discussing, but i gonna say,........., this season 2 is a little bit weird lets be real(and will be and will end weird probably), but, but, it's not because of the themes or the things that happen, the things that add and the stories are interesting, but the way it's handled, idk, in season 1 every action had a consequence, I would say its losing it's.....humanity(yeah, that's the word, i mean i hate this fiction=reality thing, but season 1 it was very real and human the way the characters handled things)

this season 2 is being less human to me cuz characters pass by things even WORSE than season 1 and the way they handle it's like....okay, meanwhile season 1 the most little thing was enough to make characters lose themselves or reflect(just like us humans, if you see someone talking badly about you, you get sad or get angry, that gets stuck with you for a bit, if that person is your friend you question It, you remember it), it's looking like a Cartoon( cartoons that are usually like that, in cartoons characters handle things in a very vague and fast way, cuz well it's a Cartoon, first cuz it's a fiction so things are not handled in a very real way, and second cuz of the story cuz you don't have time to show that), but here's the thing, cartoons shows that in a visual way, with gestures and stuff, but i feel not even that this season 2 do much, I mean has cuz exist the subble messages/expressions, but it not totally sure by fact, you just can assume the character is acting this and that cuz of that

That just what i have to say, it's losing it humanity

Finished Star Wars Outlaws today and my review is that Kay Vess and ND-5 have more sexual tension than like 95% of Star Wars duos combined and I hope that if a sequel to this ever gets made they get to flesh out their relationship more, they have such a great dynamic and there was actually like genuine feeling under it all instead of just tropes and corny one liners.

Tim Drake has a hatred for Sherlock Holmes, has he ever read the books? No but his dad used to insultingly call him Sherlock as a kid when he was being too nosy or curious and now even when people say it as a compliment it just irks him

Jason being the resident classic literature nerd is dead set on at least having Tim read the books so he can either A. Actually like the books and accept that Sherlock is actually a pretty cool guy to be compared too, or B. Give actual tasteful criticism and insults based on the contents of the book

Robin!Jason, who constantly references different books at random times by quoting them and joking about characters, except Bruce doesn't have much time to read everything that Jason goes through. Of course, he understands some nods towards classics, but Jason is an avid reader, so it is hard to keep up with him sometimes. Jason tries to drag him to watch some movie adaptations, but he falls asleep in the very beginning of it.

And then Jason dies.

Bruce goes through all his library obsessively to the point he remembers the page of every little bookmark Jason left, and he knows his little notes on the margins by the heart. He watches movie adaptations, too, even though Jason only ever watched it to hate on them. He finds new books, books he thinks Jason would like if he was alive, and reads them, imagining what kind of analysis would Jason finalise by the end of it; his opinion not always matches with Jason's, but that doesn't matter. Bruce just likes to imagine.

Years pass, and Jason returns to Gotham. Not as a boy Bruce missed so much. Or, at least, he thinks so.

But then Jason does some bitter, irritated reference, comparing them to characters of one of the books he had on his shelf, and Bruce catches himself thinking... well, they still think similarly, but the conclusion they drew had always differed from each other. It is a different situation, of course, but... but maybe he could try to make this work.

Because, if anything, Bruce is tired of imagining. Especially, not when he finally has a chance to get everything back.

On the next day after their fight, someone sends Jason a copy of a new book from his favourite author - the one that he still hadn't read - his old set of colourful bookmarks, and a little note.

Bruce gets the book back in a week, full of frantic notes, a bunch of bookmarks, and a short note explaining what each colour means (a mystery he didn't resolve years ago, after he passed away).

And, oh, God. He completely forgot how fast Jason read sometimes.
